Okay, heres movesets for both of them...

Typhlosion @wise glasses/ Focus sash/ Heat Rock
Rash
Blaze
Eruption/ Fire Blast/ Flamethrower/Lava Plume
Focus Blast
SolarBeam
Sunny Day

Had to give him only special moves because his attack was far lower than his special attack. The fire type moves for STAB. Eruption if you want more power and dont mind risking getting its power decreased. Fire Blast if you want more power but dont mind the less accuracy. Flamethrower over Lava Plumb is you want a bit more power, but less chance of burning the foe. Focus Blast and solarbeam bacuase he can't learn any other good special moves (aside from Hidden Power). Sunny Day is that you dont have to keep charging up for SolarBeam; it also powers up your chosen fire type move.

Feraligatr @Leftovers/ Lagging Tail (only if using Avelanche)
Adamant
Torrent
Aqua Tail/ Waterfall
Earthquake
Ice Fang/ Avelanche/ Brick Break/ Rock Slide/ Return
Ice Fang/ Avelanche/ Brick Break/ Rock Slide/ Return

Aqua Tail/ Waterfall for STAB. Earthquake for coverage and high power. The rest are for coverage (aside Return). Ice fang/ Avelanche for dragons (many with 4x weaknesses), lagging tail can work well with Avelanche (although his defences aren't brilliant, he should still be able to take some hits). Brick Break has a lot of coverage and decent power. Rock Slide is mainly thier as a filler. Return has high power (102 with max frienship... wel thats what it says on serebii).

Either of them are fine, although Feraligatr has a lot more moves to choose from. You should choose one based on what it covers that the rest of your team dosn't... or somthing like that.

Judging from your trainer card, Feraligatr is the better choice. You already have a fire-type, but no water-type, so Feraligatr will give you more coverage.

If you're willing to consider re-breeding and you don't intend to use Avalanche, then Dragon Dance would also be a good idea -- it's a physical sweeper's best friend, really. Adamant is a good nature for it, but Impish would also be okay if you want a bit more staying power.
