Trading between Black and White to Black and White 2

I was wondering if there's a migration system on Black and White 2 so you can easily get your pokemon from Black and White 1?

Migration is from one generation to another. As BW and B2W2 are both Gen V, it should be as simple as just regular trading.

Yup, it will. I know this pain well. XD

The one plus is that if you have a second DS you can do IR trading, which appears to be slightly quicker than trading via the Union Room or over the WFC. It's still going to take forever to trade a large amount of Pokemon though so you're likely better off just recatching anything common on White 2.

My friend, I feel your pain. Which is why I'm keeping my 270-something strong collection on the original White for the foreseeable future!
