Of the coast of Australia lies three islands known by the natives as the Wumpa islands. On the islands the evil Doctor Cortex experiments with animals turning them into a somewhat anthropomorphic being in order to lead an army to control the world. A few of the enhanced animals escaped from Cortez's grasp. Now they must survive while out maneuvering Cortex's henchmen.
