Well, not exactly. I asked you peoples to put 's' next to a starter pokemon in your character bios and thats what they would be.

I was planning on having the Vaporeon a Vaporeon because her family are fishers. It would make sense that they would have evolved the Eevee ASAP.

If so, I think Turtwig might fit Lucy best...

If you already had the starter on your team, thats the one you would get in that case. But, if you didn't have a starter on your team, you wouldn't be able to get one unless you decided to get rid of a Pokemon already on your team, and post without them.

Don't make them too overpowered, depending on the evolution, give it the strength of a final evolution starter, or an Absol or Pikachu.
And you have to get permission first too.
Also- Don't make them common everywhere, just a few places. Think of the Galarian Ponyta in Pokemon Shield. They're only found in the Glimwood Tangle, and they're most common in one patch of grass. A bit like that, depending on how powerful it is ^^.
