The other way around, dear. Sentret still wins. Normal only loses to another Normal type, a Fighting Type, or a Ghost Type. Something like Girafarig would still lose to Sentret though, as although its normal beats Sentret, Sentret's normal beats its psychic, and as such, the house wins, being Sentret. Just a future example.
