Henry is of Native American descent. He often has mood swings and, commonly, a lack of empathy which make him unlikable and add to why he was assigned to bagging duty. He carries a makeshift knife on him at all times, and is permitted one due to his ranking.
Henry usually takes the graveyard shift, meaning he sleeps for most of the day. There are dark circles under his eyes and his hair is cut curtly to keep it from getting in the way of work.

When he was a kid, he prefer to be called 'Jegger' than his own name. He was yet doing good on the sports at his school and he is the number one sprinter there but his education his a mess. He mostly got a short hair due to dandruff problems and he prefer shorts because he didn't like long jeans or trousers.
