You forgot to add this gym leader to the list of gym leaders. I think I will go for the 3rd or 4th gym leader. I will post a form when I have more time.

I was looking at the level range you out for the second gym leader lv 27-30. Why is the level gap so far away from each other? (level gap for 1st gym leader level 17-20).

and for a Pokemon battle would you like to use Pokemon Showdown, and whatever happens on Pokemon Showdown we put on the thread, or would you just like to control the battle on the thread with no Pokemon Showdown

I think it should be on Showdown mostly because its live action and we can spectate but maybe we should hold a vote

The champion should be someone tough. They shouldn't be from another region from the games. If you want something truely original, I can have some ideas.

The Champion was decieded to be who ever beats the E4 first.
