"Why thank you sir." Laura said, being completely oblivious to the robbery.

Being a fancy lady, Laura's character also thought she was more important than everyone, so she held out her hand like a fancy lady, for him to wrap his arm around hers. But she didn't think about the awkwardness until now. But her worried thoughts quickly subdued as she thought about how they were only acting.

Only acting.

Even also had to admit, Laura inviting him to wrap his arm around hers was a thought that almost made him blush, however Even reminded himself this was just an act for an play. Nothing more.

Right?

Even, having done his best to keep in character, would wrap his arm around Laura's and begin to walk her towards the "bank" all the while trying to keep the blush he no doubt felt died down. Soon they got to the door.

"A-allow me." Even said as he opened the door, in character as he wiggled his free hand to make his first attempt to pit pocket her when she would walk inside.

(First bit of comedy, Laura can walk by and shut the "door" behind her which causes Even's thief character to slam into it)

(Okie dokey)

Laura walked inside the "door", and slammed it behind her, while walking inside the bakery, which was truly nothingness.

"What a kind man. Y'know, I bet he wouldn't hurt a fly." she said, as she falsely strutted around the stage, pretending to pick up bread and such.

Before Even could make the pit pocket, he was slammed into the non-existent door and fell on his butt; Even was no drama major but he was determined to do his best to sell it.

"Oh drat." Even said to the audience before he would get up and walk inside the store. Even would have his character act "casual" even if he look suspicious and only someone who was completely oblivious wouldn't have noticed.

Thankfully, if Laura remained beautifully in character like she had, that would not be an issue.

Laura grabbed an imaginary baguette, and then explained what the air she had in her hand was.

"Ah, one fresh baguette." she said.

Then she purposely tripped, and the imaginary baguette went flying in the direction of Even. Hoping he would be of character, and the events, he would get hit by the baguette. Then Laura would accuse him of stealing the bread, being a dumb woman.

Even, in character, would suddenly "see" the baguette fly and hit him on the head before it fell into his arms.

"Clumsy fool." Even, in character, would mumble to himself as he "held" the baguette in his arms while he rubbed his forehead to help sell the "impact" earlier.

Laura turned around, and gasped at the sight of "the robber" holding her baguette.

"You filthy thief!" Laura said, stomping up to Even and hitting him in the face with an imaginary purse.

Laura then swiped the baguette away from him and stomped over to the imaginary check out line.

Before Even's character could offer a reply, Laura had "smacked" him in the face with the non-existent purse which knocked Even flat on his butt just as Laura had taken the baguette.

"This can't get any worse." Even mumbled to himself as he would be slow to get up, and had intentionally placed his hand in the path Laura's character would have to walk to get out of the store. Even hoped Laura could pick this up and perform a fake walking on his hang gag, with her character oblivious as usual, to add to his character's pain and humiliation.

Lis weakly smiled. By now, she was watching Even and Laura put on their little act in front of the class. She rested her chin in her hand, looking down at her feet with a troubled expression. Sighing, she rubbed her eyes and leaned back a bit in her seat.

Lis slid from her seat, blankly announcing to the teacher that she needed some fresh air and a drink of water. With permission, she slipped from the classroom and slowly walked down the pretty empty hall to the drinking fountain.

Upon reaching it, she just stood in front of it, not drinking. Her fist clenched and her eyebrows furrowed as she stiffly stood before leaning over and barely drinking any water. Then, she frustratingly stepped away and into the girls’ bathroom.

Rico let out a chuckle as he watched the performance, seeming pretty amused by it. All the while, he began to think of what he and his partner (whoever it would be) could do for their performance. Maybe something like a martial arts scene? It was possible... except in the very likely event that his partner didn't know any martial arts.

Dylan watched as Lis left the room and tiredly ran a hand through his hair and got up from his seat, asking to use the restroom. The teacher lowered her glasses and peered at the boy. "Hurry." Dylan nodded in thanks and left the room, heading for the boys and girls restrooms. He stopped at the girl's restroom and gently rapped his knuckles against the door. "Lis?" Dylan asked softly.

Ryan sat next to Rico and nudged him with an elbow. "I'm assuming you know martial arts. With me knowing it as well, we could make something happen for this performance thing we're doing."

Lis, who had been standing near the sink, turned her head back with a unreadable expression. She went over to open the door, and slipped out to face Dylan. She met his gaze for a second before softly wrapping her arms around him, hugging him with her face buried.

Dylan sighed and hugged Lis back, patting her back comfortingly. "It's okay. It's gonna be okay. Cry if you need to. I'm not going to pretend to understand what you're going through, or the reason you're hurting. All I want you to know is that I'm here for you."

"Sounds like a plan. Name's Rico, and you are by far the luckiest coincidence I've ever met." Rico joked. "Nice to meetcha." Ask and thou shalt recieve, I suppose... Rico thought. "So, then, what've you got for an idea?"

Lis let out a soft, sort of whimper, hugging Dylan tighter as she squeezed her eyes shut, trying to prevent tears. Her negative emotions had much more reason behind them than being her high school friends. She barely moved under the hug, which she didn’t want to end.

Dylan hugged a little tighter as well, now patting Lis' head softly. He pulled away and looked into her eyes, which were on the verge of tearing up. "Remember, even if nothing's going your way, and you feel like nothing ever will, I'll always, always, be there for you, whenever you need me to, okay?" He smiled warmly and stroked Lis' cheek softly.

Dylan, feeling a certain compulsion to do so, leaned forward and planted a gentle kiss on Lis' head before pulling her into another hug. "Let's get back to class, huh?" He pulled away and smiled.

Ryan shrugged. "Let's just do an improv sparring session. Just make sure to keep your blows... ah.. flashy? Who knows, the teacher just might dig it."

Nodding, she let out a breath as if to cease her crying. She began walking back to class, hand in Dylan’s and eventually sat herself back in the same spot quietly.

Dylan smiled as Lis sat down and gave her hand a gentle squeeze before letting go and turning his gaze to Even and Laura's performance, his mood much better than before. Dylan felt proud. He had helped his friend feel better, and it gave him a sense of happiness that nothing else could provide.

Laura did her fake strut, and walked right into the hand gag, not expecting it at all, either, because her eyes were closed as she walked. She didn't even see Dylan and Lis leave! But she didn't really notice they were there at all, for she was so caught up in her act. (how sad)

Nichole sat at the back of class, watching with a smile as two students, who she vaguely knew of named Even and Laura, did their little drama play. She giggled as she watched, though she had no idea what she'd do when it was her turn. She hoped she wouldn't have to do one. She prayed she wouldn't have to do one. She felt something light hit her head and she turned around in her chair at her desk, noticing on the floor there was a paper ball. She rolled her eyes crossly, ignoring it, but her curiosity kicked in and she picked up the paper ball, opening it up. A boy nearby snickered and she assumed he was the one who chucked the paper ball at her. It read:

"Wouldn't it be sad if your glasses were knocked off?"

She raised her eyebrow quizzically, very confused, when suddenly the boy who snickered scooted his chair over to her and elbowed her face, knocking her glasses right off and hitting her in the cheek as she reeled back, the group of boys around him laughing at the prank. Nichole clutched her face angrily, quickly getting out of her chair to pick up her glasses and put them back on her face. The boy's continued to laugh crudely at her, Nichole shooting them a glare. It looked more like this though:
cute sad face.png
To be exact, it wasn't the most menacing face, and the boys just snickered more. Nichole let out a little sad sigh as she turned away, trying to focus herself and her thoughts on the act that Laura and Even were doing. She couldn't ignore the boys snickering though.

(Super hyped for this roleplay! :D )

Dylan turned to the sound of snickering boys as he watched a boy knock a girl's glasses off her face. Frowning, he stood up and took a tissue to "blow his nose". He walked toward the trash can to throw it away, but not before making a quick stop. Dylan grabbed the back of the bully's chair as he walked past and pushed forward sharply, causing the boy in his seat to fall backward and fall to the ground. "Oh, whoops," He said nonchalantly. "Sorry bout that." Dylan smirked internally as he threw the crumpled up tissue into the trash can and sat back down in his seat as if nothing had happened.

Nichole watched in shock as a boy walked past the boy who'd knocked Nichole's glasses off her face and shoved his chair, knocking him down to the floor. The whole group of boys stopped snickering at once as the boy now on the floor groaned, getting back onto his feet and sitting back at his desk. She smiled a little at the sight of the group of boys looking quite timid, turning back to watch the act. She then got a bit nervous. "Should I thank him? Well, yes... but..."

She felt quite scared, but she pulled a clean sheet of lined paper out of her backpack and grabbed her pen, writing: "Thanks for that!" Plus a little smiley face at the end. She then folded it into a paper aeroplane, a jet plane to be exact (making origami things was actually one of her hobbies, and something she was quite good at) and threw it across the classroom, the plane swerving and soaring through the air as it just about landed on the boy's desk. She grinned, waiting for him to read it.

(Oof sry, had school)

Dylan looked down as a paper airplane landed on his desk and raised a brow. He quietly unfolded the origami model and grinned as he read the message. Probably from the girl who's glasses that kid had knocked off. He turned around in his seat to face the girl, flashing a thumbs up and a grin before turning back around.

Nichole cheerfully grinned back, also blushing slightly (Out of shyness. I would start a ship but Dylan is taken, ahaha!) at the boy before focusing back on the act Laura and Even were doing. She secretly pulled her sketchpad out of her backpack as well as her pencil case, beginning to draw a detailed picture of a Rowlet on the head of a Leafeon. She loved Pokemon way too much - she'd been playing it on her DS since Black and White.

(ngl, i think it’d be funny to have nichole like dylan, just to get some rivalry out of nichole and lis :D not forcing or suggesting anything though)

Lis glanced back at the snickers and muffled sounds being made by students. She didn’t bother fully turning back to see it, and instead blankly looked forward with her head in her hand. She was barely paying attention to Even and Laura’s skit. In fact, she wasn’t even thinking about anything, just staring straight at nothing.

"OW!!!"

Even, in the most over-dramatic tone of voice he could act, showed the "pain" of Laura stepping on his hand as he clutched it while he rolled around on the ground. Even would let out an annoyed sigh as he could up and aimed to follow Laura once more, his character enraged though it put him in the perfect scenario for Laura to slam the "door" in his face and more hi-jinks to ensue.

(Actually, that would be pretty cool! :D I can imagine Nichole getting a crush on somebody. Maybe. :p )

Nichole continued to draw her picture, finished drawing the base of the Rowlet. It was very rough and messy, but completely ignoring the act now, she grabbed her eraser and started refining the drawing with a cheerful smile.

After a minute, she'd made the Rowlet look... well, not so demented. She stared at it with a cheerful, bright smile, clearing the bits of chipped lead that had come off the pencil off the table. She was so focused on her drawing she didn't notice the same bully from before chucking paper balls at her head continually.

Laura glanced at some ruckus going on in the crowd, but ignored it, and continued her act, slamming an imaginary door behind her. Mr. Ater blew his whistle, which Laura had gotten used to, since he and coach did it all the time. The whistle meant that the skit was over.

"You may sit down, you too. Good job." Mr. Ater said with a nod, as kids began to clap.

Laura hopped off stage, and sat in a seat near a girl with brown hair, and glasses. Laura saw a rough sketch of a Rowlet on her desk, and looked at the girl, not knowing her name, like she usually did.

"Your really good at drawing." Laura whispered, an awe like tone in her voice.

Once the applause had died down, Mr. Ater reviewed his clipboard and called out, "Ryan and Rico? If I'm not mistaken, you two are partners. Please make your way up to the front." Ryan sighed and got up from his seat, turning to Rico. "Showtime. Remember, keep it flashy."

Even slammed into the "door' before the teacher said the skit was over and he made his way back to the audience and sat down next to Laura, who seemed to be conversing with a girl next to her so Even would let her engage in her conversation as he focused on the stage.

Nichole heard somebody sit next to her, but she didn't look up to see who it was and continued drawing. She didn't fully realize a girl was sitting next to her, and at the sound of her voice she jumped up in her wheelchair in shock, turning to the girl as her cheeks flushed pink in embarrassment. She stared back down at her rough sketch of a Rowlet and then back up, grinning at the girl and blushing happily at the compliment. "Thank you!" She exclaimed in response, a cheerful smile on her face as she was filled with determination to make the drawing look as good as she could if there was somebody sitting next to her. She got the outline of the Rowlet, finally, and pulled a black marker / outline pen out her pencil case, drawing the outline of the Rowlet with the black marker.

"It's fine, I-I just get, scared easily," She responded with a slight stutter, her face still flushed slightly pink. She smiled to herself in her mind when she introduced herself as Laura. "Called it!" She joked to herself in her mind, realizing she was daydreaming and seeming like she was ignoring Laura. Her eyes widened in embarrassment, feeling awkward and irritated with herself for embarrassing herself so much. "I-I'm Nichole," She replied awkwardly, her head hung slightly out of embarrasment. "I've heard of you," She said, lifting her head back up. "On day one. You punched that bully guy in the guts, didn't you?" She asked with a grin. "Henry, wasn't it?" She quietly muttered a curse word describing him, frowning slightly.

Nichole raised her eyebrows in confusion, lowering her voice to a whisper. "Why do you regret it? He's a dumb bully," She whispered scornfully, glaring at Henry out of the corner of her eye. She hated him. She was one of the victims of his bullying. Just looking at his face made her feel angry.

"Well, you should never result to violence, unless for self defense. Not in the way a bully would hit you, but if a stranger tried to grab you. And he's actually very nice now." Laura said, smiling at Henry, even thought he didn't notice.
