Hello children. I have gathered you here to pledge your allegiance to my cult, The Inked Hearts. Well okay, it's not really a cult. We will be a guild of authors who try to improve the status of written works here and spreads the love of them.

Our motto is, "Dic nobis in nobis nostris fabulis fabulas." It's Latin for, "We tell our legends through our stories." Which is what we will do. Let me explain. By joining the Inked Hearts, you can clasify it a a story or series under the Inked Hearts. All that will happen is that it will be classified as a Inked Heart Story and will be catcegored by them on the thread, allowing others to read them. By joining you don't have to swear to never post art, and there is no deadline for storie you want to submit, unless for a contest.

So yeah. If you want to join, let me know. There will be other things we will do as apart of this guild, like hold contests and create stories.

So to try and invite some people, I'll say there name by tagging them and mention a story or series they are known for. If i didn't tag someone, I'm sorry.

However, anyone is welcome to join. You are not required to simply be a writer. All you need to do is be willing to support our writers here within the Inked Hearts and throughout 'Charms in general. So if you feel you can't write don't worry about it. We can even give you helpful hints and tips if you want, to help yu get better.

Now for the Archives. This is where we catalog all of the stories given the tag, Inked Hearts. My only request is that if you want a story catalogued with these, let me know and add the tag, "Inked Hearts" to it. So we can have an alternate source of finding them.

I know you've mainly only seen my Roleplays (and old cringey written works), but I currently have a couple of drafts and ideas for 1-2 series I plan writing - and I would love to join!

Welcome to the Inked Hearts, @Platinum_. Don't worry there is no limit to how many people we have apart of this. Think of it something like Team Rocket, in having a good variety of members, without the stealing and crime.

If I can add anything from the past, I'd like it to be this short story, titled Meeting a Legend. I wrote it as a sort of backstory kind of thing for an RP that died a long time ago. May it rest in peace...

Welcome @Psycho Monkey. As for activity, it doesn't matter. The way I see it, is that if we just have people apart of it, then we will have more support for the writing community.

As a note, you can contact me though 'Charms, my email, ryburst@gmail.com, or these apps. The first link is for GroupMe, a simple app I use, while the second is for Discord. They are both the groups I made for the Inked Hearts, but try to friend me n Discord once you join and I'll be sure to do the same. Finally, as a note, I will need some help with a story. It's not really a collab as I want to write this thing solo (call me selfish if you feel like doing so) and I want input, as in things readers would see and things that would worry them. You know, anything that may seem ridiculous or editing, along with ideas for plot. What i have set up is somewhat of a Greek God story in the 21st century and them being reborn as mortals. I don't want to get too in depth wiht the plot as it could ruin parts for any potential readers. If you are willing o work on this with me, let me know.

Okay, sorry guys for the wait. I've been feeling poor and that's the reason for my lack of activity this weekend. Here is the breakdown of how things will go onsidering we have a growing number of members. First off, to advertise stories withi the archive, we will have a drawing. Every Monday, I will use a randomizer and chose one of the stories in the archive. And for the whole week, uti the next drawing, the Inked Hearts will try to promote that story or series. Stories will NOT be picked twice, until every story on the archive has had a weak in the spotlight.

Now, as for how we will promote, first off, we'll mention it in the first post and announce it in this thread. Next up, I will add it into my signature for the week and I ask any members willing, do the same. And finally, something I ask everyone, member or non-member, read the story. If it's a series, read a chapter, but I ask you to be fair to all other authors and read their works. Who knows, it may help you become a better writer, or spark some ideas.

Anyways, yeah, I would reccomend everyone give it at least a chance, and any least read a part. As for me, I've already completeled the parts of the prologue and am moving on to parts of Chapter 1.

Okay folks. A week has passed and it's time for another story to hit the block, t be the week's sponsored story.
