Date: November thirteenth 20 AC

General Seth McNiel looked out the window towards the Excallibur. Earth's first interstellar space ship. It took twenty years and every bit of good grace with their Quzacion allies to create the ship. At first they were planning on making it a small ten man ship but after some fierce debate they decided a big ship would be better. ' Human ingenuity' Seth said with a bit of a smirk. ' Always make it bigger.' The General shook his head as he walked towards the debriefing room. Do to political influence he was nominated to be the ships first commander. Seth let out a breath as he walked towards the debriefing room ready to prep the officers, scientists, and citizens who will be under his command during the year long exploration mission. He walked in and gently moved his fingers on the podium as he waited for his subordinates to show up.
