Your a young New superhero with up to 2 powers (unless I give u permission for more, that's why I have 3) and your part of THE ELITE TEAM dundundaaa.

Villains Are part of the villains XD.

So you can be a hero or villain and theres a city.

Rules:
- Follow normal pokecharms rules
- Permission only for more than 2 powers!
- no swearing
- No controlling someones character
- I allow romance
