If your Togekiss has the Serene Grace ability switch Shockwave with Thunderbolt. Shockwave doesn't have the ability to cause paralysis like T-bolt does. And yes I actually checked that in a guidebook.

Or are you like me and you find it hard to ditch a move you taught with a TM.

My bad. I wasn't familiar with Togekiss. But that is weird that it can't learn T-bolt.
