Ask to Join Stranded on an Island

"Captain! The ship is going to capsize! We must evacuate the passengers!" said the First Mate of the Businia (Pronounced Bus-in-eye-ah)

"We cannot evacuate in this kind of weather! The life boats will go down in an instant! We have to hope we can make it through." The Captain said. The Captain's history was deep in sea life, being born of a fisherman and growing up as a sailor. The grim look on his face, the sweat running down his brow, though it could have been sea water getting in from the broken windows, the heavy breathing, and overall the trembling of the hands when he steered, this seemed like it was going to be the end for him and his crew.

Some of the crew members already seemed to be praying to whatever they worshiped, being Arceus the Author of creation, Xereas giver of life, or even some of the smallest of religions, such as the Church of the Helix. A Siren on the ship went off meaning that part of the hull has been breached and the ship has begun sinking.

"We could still save the passengers! We can get the Water Pokemon to carry them ashore!" Said one optimistic crew member.

"The waters are too rough. They would have to go under water to save them. The likelihood of the trainers not drowning is next to none." Said the Captain. His face was now even grimmer than before. He knew for sure what was going to happen; they were going to sink, and all the passengers are going to die with him. He released his hands from the steering mechanism and opened up a small booklet containing a picture of what seemed to be his wife.

The ocean roared in anticipation of its prey. It was eating the ship, inch by inch. The Captain's quarters was beginning to fill with water now, as the crew began to say its farewell to the world. There was one last act of the Captain, though. He released all of his Pokemon, sending them into the Ocean in hopes that they could live on where he could not. Trainers filled the waters as their water Pokemon tried desperately to save them, but to no avail. All they could do is hope that the Ocean spares them.

Trainers heads went under left and right, some not returning up. It was a massacre of both Trainers and Pokemon. Items from the ship littered the ocean, filling it with an assortment of all kinds of items. Some trainers tried to hold onto these, but they would soon be devoured by a wave and disappear. Suddenly, a strike of lightning hit the ocean, knocking all the humans unconscious, and most Pokemon too. The only Pokemon to not be affected by this were the ones under water, where the current could not affect them.

Sometime later...
A group of trainers began to wake up on an island. They seemed to be the only ones to survive the grand wreckage. The beach was littered with trash, though some of it could be useful because these trainers will be here for a while. Extreme weather surrounded the island, but the island itself was not affected by any of it. Rather the island was quite peaceful. It was an untouched, uncharted sanctuary of Pokemon. A dormant volcano lies in the middle of the island, around it a mixture of jungle, forest, lakes, plains and of course the edges, beach. The Volcano housed a secret, however. This secret could change the lives of these trainers forever, and just save their lives and return to civilization

Bubbles, James's partner, woke up first. He had managed to wake up on the shore next to James, so at least he wasn't lost alone. Since Bubbles could breath underwater, he hadn't drowned at least. But the saltwater was irritating on his skin, as he usually preferred to swim in fresh water and his skin wasn't adapted to the salt. He looked over to see James lying down on his back. He hopped over to James and shook him to try and wake him up.

James woke up slowly, but once he could make out the little Froakie, he woke up quicker. "What's up buddy?" He hadn't quite noticed that they were stranded on an island yet.

"Froakie!" Bubbles yelled to try to wake him up quicker before trying to explain to him what in the world happened. James couldn't perfectly understand Bubbles, but James knew what Bubbles was trying to say.

"Wait, the Ship crashed?" He looked around, and at himself. "Oh. Heh. I'm too tired to think straight. At least you're okay." He picked Bubbles up as he stood up, and hugged him.

Ahnoah was washed up on the beach, with a large gash going down the outer side of his right leg. Alongside him was his trusty Floatzel Caesar. The rest of his Pokemon were in their Pokeballs, waiting to be sent out. Caesar began regaining consciousness, slightly rolling over and moaning. He blinked his eyes slowly, trying to process the bright light. He looked over to Ahnoah, clearly exhausted from the incident. Caesar tried to stand up, but his legs gave out due to the intense swimming he had done. He called out to Ahnoah with as much as a voice he could muster, but no verbal reply. Ahnoah rather just made an "ehmmm" sound from the pain. Ahnoah tapped the Pokeballs on his side, all of them coming out one by one, first being Tiberius, then Stardom and Zehriyah, lastly Autumn and Reina.
"Ahnoah! You made it! We made it! We're alive!" Shouted Zehriyah. She immediately became aware of the pain both Ahnoah and Caesar were in and rushed over to Caesar.

"Tiberius, help Ahnoah, I'll help Caesar. We need to see if anyone else survived the wreckage." She said.

Zehriyah helped Caesar up and threw his arm around her neck, supporting him so he didn't fall down. Autumn helped pull up Ahnoah but threw his arm over Tiberius. His leg rubbed up against Tiberius' fur, putting small drops of blood on it. Little droplets also fell onto the sand, staining it red.

"T-thanks guys... Zehriy..ah's right...we need to find...others." Ahnoah said in his attempt to speak.

Ahnoah and his team made it down along the coastline without saying a single word to each other along the way. While walking, trash from the wreckage made it to shore, some useful, some not.

While James was standing up, all of a sudden, his legs felt extremely sore. God, I'm so tired I couldn't even feel pain. James was forced to sit down. He noticed a few cuts and bruises on his legs. Nothing too bad. Why is it so sore.

Bubbles noticed the Pain that James was in and wanted to help. He took some Frubbles and rubbed them on James's cuts, which seemed to help. Bubbles smiled.

"Thanks, buddy." James responded. He looked at his trusted buddy, who seemed to be fine and smiled.

A Smeargle sat on top of a tall palm tree while scanning the beach after noticing that there was quite a bit of mysterious looking articles, though he wondered why they would be littering a beautiful shore on this very island all of a sudden. He noticed some humans that appeared to be near the island's shoreline, though it was almost impossible for him to put two and two together. He recalled a Castform explaining to him that it was almost impossible for visitors to even stumble upon this seemingly uninhabited land to all outsiders because the violent storms and currents would be too much for them to endure.

His gaze was focused on a man that appeared to somewhat resemble an athletic Zangoose he attempted to draw back in his cave the other day. His tail perked up the moment when he noticed that the man had a collection of Pokémon with him. One appeared to resemble a big, orange dog with black stripes, while another looked most like a white and pink rabbit with some bows around its body. Another Pokémon appeared to look a bit strange with the blue tie being absent in its hair, while another one had the characteristics of a bird living a lively, adult life. There appeared to be yet another Pokémon that had some strange coloring that he had never seen before. It looked like some sort of leafy snake coming out of a ball from last fall. Last, but not least was the Pokémon that seemed most threatening to the Smeargle. After some careful inspection from a distance, he deduced that the Pokémon was likely some sort of orange weasel or possibly otter. It appeared to be likely to his thoughts that the weasel Pokémon could thrive in water thanks to its yellowish sac that could have been used for energy or for other purposes he's yet to find out.

After a careful analysis of the man and his Pokémon, the Smeargle decided to head over towards the jungle after some quick thinking. He gave his best at sliding down the tree like a man descending from a tall mountain, though it seemed as if he's still yet to master the art of climbing down back to sea level. He lost his grip halfway down the tree, as he fell and shrieked, "S- Sme, Smeargle!"

He fell face first onto a pile of leaves and some berries that were fortunate enough to be intact from being inches away from his impact. Knowing that someone could have possibly picked up his scream, he swiftly ran towards a lake near a forest where a Venomoth appeared to be long asleep in spite of the sun still being high in the sky for everyone to see. He scratched his head while thinking, "Why is she asleep? Aren't people normally awake during this time of day? I suppose it won't hurt to wake her since this might be pretty important."

He carefully patted the Venomoth, as a few buzzes were emitted which likely had the signal of, "Bug off." He gave it another shot, as the Venomoth's winged flapped and buzzed, "Hey kid, don't you know that I sleep during the day?"

"Y- yeah, but... there's something... important... I need to like, umm... what's that word for talk?" The Smeargle replied.

"If you're trying to say something, then just say it already! I'm really tired right now so make it quick," The Venomoth responded after emitting a high buzz.

"T- th- there's... th- th- these creatures here! They look a bit like brown or m- ma- maybe pale... b- but, they're here!" The Smeargle stated after raising his voice a tiny bit.

"Well, that's good to know. You should maybe talk to someone else that's awake since some of us like to sleep during the day. Now good day little monkey," The Venomoth droned before resuming its likely long period of slumber.

"Great, so I might need to maybe avoid those people or else something bad could happen. Now, where is that Castform at?" The Smeargle thought before making his way back to his palm tree.

Ahnoah signaled for Reina to fly up and scout out the area. The bird nodded and flew upwards, checking out the surroundings. Reina was able to catch sight of another trainer, possibly someone that could help. Reina let out a loud 'Caw!' before creating some sort of glistening arrow in the air. It kinda looked like lightning, but at the same time, like a bit of steal. Perhaps a combination of moves?

Zehriyah looks up at this and nods her head saying "Alright, looks like I'ma take charge 'cause Ahnoah is for the most part down for the count, any objections?"

The team remained mostly silent, save for the little sneeze Stardom had let out.

"So help me if you get sick in this Situation..." Zehriyah looked over at Stardom with a bit of a crazy look to her.

"Eep! Justa sneeze Mama!" cried out Stardom. Zehriyah sighed saying,

"Sorry...Mama's just a little stressed out...alright?"

Stardom nodded and wrapped her ribbons around Zehriyah for a hug. Zehriyah gave a little bit of a warm smile, then took charge of the team.

"Alright, Reina saw someone else in that direction, so we move in that direction, ya got that!" Shouted Zehriyah. The team in sync said "Yes!" and began their journey towards the other trainer.

Ahnoah tapped Zehriyah on the shoulder and pointed down to his leg, which wasn't in the greatest condition. "We're gonna...hafta fix this up...sometime...alright?" said Ahnoah. Zehriyah nodded in agreement, then signaling Autumn, the healer of the team.

"Oh! Ahnoah! You got a big cut on your leg! What I can do is wrap it up until we find something to properly treat it. That ok with you?" said Autumn. Ahnoah nodded in agreement saying

"Anythin' to stop the pain right now would be great Autumn..."

Lily was curled up, her maroon eyes shut tight. As she stirred, her body began to convulse, and with a hoarse, wheezing exhalation, she awoke. Instinctively, the girl grabbed at the ground, after having been floating in water, and she coughed, violently- and found she was grappling at sand, scraping between her fingernails, slipping between her outstretched fingers like water. She felt very, very sore- her chest, especially. But before she could even think about her own wellbeing, after having shakily got to her feet, the girl found that her beloved Snivy was nowhere to be found. "No..." she murmured, her voice croakily hitching in her throat as she desperately attempted to speak more. Her words were scratchy, but she let out another violent cough, and clearly spoke, "Serpentine?!"

As if on cue, her sight befell a green pile, not too far from where she was stood. She attempted to run but her dizziness eventualy got the best of her and she fell to her knees, just beside Serpentine. To her delight, the Snivy too began to stir, and she picked up her partner-in-crime, giving her a hug. Serpentine nuzzled into her Trainer and friend, smiling.

The next thing that Lily was missing was not quite as important as her Pokemon parter, but she realised just as quickly- the very thing she got on that stupid boat to collect. There was sure to be rich snobs on it, and there were- Lily had taken delight in relieving them of their most expensive possessions, but the bag she had carried- disguised as a regular Pokeball bag- was missing- sorely, so. And this time, it was nowhere to be found.

"No, my loot!" cried the girl, her eyes widening. She looked, and looked, and looked, but to no avail. Somehow she had suspected that the search would be fruitless, but she held on to some hope. Alas, as for now that hope was gone. Curiously, the girl looked around, her strangely-coloured eyes narrowing at the sight of the island- quite beautiful, yet... something amiss. Serpentine knew so- the Snivy was running around her legs, squaking furiously in panic. Gently, she picked up her friend, giving her a hug.

"Ah, great. We're surrounded by goodies," growled the Team Skull member to her Snivy. "Now how about we go... relieve them of some weight. If they even have any."

On their way, Reina caught sight of another survivor, this one a little closer. She believed her eyes were playing tricks on her and blinked a little bit. Again, she cawed loudly and creating the lightning steel arrow as she had did before, this time pointing to the other person. This caused Ahnoah to look up and give Zehriyah a little pat on the shoulder. Zehriyah realized what Ahnoah was trying to say and changed the teams trajectory just a little so they would be on point to the first survivor. They weren't that far off so one of them could go on ahead. Stardom is the more childlike one of the group, so she is off the table. Tiberius, Zehriyah, Caesar and Reina are all helping with the recovery effort at the moment so that leaves only one left. Autumn the Serperior. After all, she can move pretty fast too, granted, poor for her kind but still fast none the less.

"Autumn...go on ahead, Zehriyah will be able...to hear ya, so you can still speak..." said Ahnoah. Autumn's 'ears' perked up at the sound of this. She nodded in agreement before sternly saying "Right!". It was her version of being serious and ready. Autumn moved on ahead quickly, slithering her way over to the grunt and to Autumn's surprise, Snivy. Autumn seemed a little uplifted like this. Hopefully the species relationship would be beneficial to communication. Autumn raised up her head allowing herself to come into view while she moved. She seemed a little tired, but moved on quickly regardless. She then let out a little shout to the trainer and Snivy duo saying
"Hiya! We lived too!"

( @tokyomustard @Aquaman @Froakie'sFrubbles )

Lily’s head snapped up in shock and she offered the Serperior a strange glance, furrowing her eyebrows. The Pokémon was... talking? She must have hit her head pretty hard. Serpentine, however, was hardly bothered at all by it, and squeaked happily in greeting to her elder. Serpentine then scurried up to perch on Lily’s shoulder, and introduced her trainer to Autumn- though, Lily sure as hell couldnt understand what Serpentine was saying. In a confused manner, the girl murmured, “So... d’you have a trainer? And if you do, can you lead me to ‘em?”

(I don't think I mentioned this in RP, but on my sign up sheet I mentioned Autumn was the actual color of Autumn leaves @tokyomustard @Aquaman @Froakie'sFrubbles )
Autumn seemed almost exhausted by the time she had gotten to the trainer. She had been panting for breath before raising her head and using her tail to point in the direction of Ahnoah.

"Over...Over there..he's over there..." Autumn seemed to have trouble breathing as her breaths were shallow, causing her to have a more erratic breathing. Zehriyah caught wind of this due to Autumn's trouble in speech and alerted Ahnoah.

"Crap...Ahnoah you're gonna hafta give Autumn a Chlorophyll shot again. She's gettin' exhausted real quick..." said Zehriyah. Ahnoah's face seem a little perplexed. He didn't have his bag so he didn't have any on him, however he recalled a way to create some sort of creme with enough leaves.

"I don't got da shots...I think I can make...a creme though..." said Ahnoah a little disappointed. With the amount he'd have to gather, it might take a while. Luckily the leaves on the trees were large and would make it easy to compress. Ahnoah did a little fist pump at this which caused Tiberius to look over at him. Tiberius had stayed silent almost the entire time, but internally was screaming in fear. Not for himself but for the safety for the rest of the team. Even though it wasn't his fault, he felt a little responsible for the stranding of them on the island. But Tiberius kept his mouth shut. It wouldn't look good for the bastion of fire to start freaking out.

The strangely-hued Serperior seemed to be getting exhausted, and the girl gave it a strange look. Serpentine stayed on her shoulder, and she began to walk toward where the apparent owner of this Serperior was. After catching sight of the trainer, Lily gave him a strange look, raising her eyebrows. He was surrounded by Pokemon. "Yo, you don't need to show off," she joked, gesturing to his Pokemon, a smug sort of look on her face.

"Not...showing off...just ya know...surviving" said Ahnoah a bit tired.

"Also he doesn't use Pokeballs...ever." said Zehriyah raising her arm to signal that she was talking. "Hi, yea we survived too. This is Ahnoah, I'm Zehriyah, you already met Autumn...hmmm....Sylveon named Stardom, Floatzel is Caesar......giant dog is Tiberius, and the bird in the air is Reina. That's everyone...right?...Yep! Everyone!" said Zehriyah a little cheerfully at the end. Ahnoah's face sunk a little bit.

"I coulda introduced...everyone" said Ahnoah. Tiberius shot up his head like a dart, trying to get the perfect view of the trainer and Snivy duo. He would keep watch over them, but would prioritize keeping Ahnoah standing as the salty sand wouldn't be so good for a cut. Tiberius shuffled a little closer to Ahnoah, making sure his arm stayed more secure. Ahnoah understood what Tiberius was doing at pet hit on the head a little bit saying.

"I doubt they are gonna attack us if we are both stranded here.......we might have something...they don't...goes both ways...hah..." Ahnoah seemed a little light headed, not being able to stand steady. His head moved around a little whimsically, not being able to keep it steady.

"Can we...take a quick break......guys..." said Ahnoah. Zehriyah turned to Ahnoah, looking at him a bit confused before figuring it out.

"Right Autumn you're gonna hafta fix him up right now or else you'll start choking in a few days. No pressure, you'll do fine" said Zehriyah. Autumn looked a little scared herself and took her a second to process just exactly what Zehriyah said. Once she had Autumn rolled her eyes a little and Approached Ahnoah. She wrapped his leg in vines that eventually branched out with leaves. These leaves then compressed against Ahnoah's skin, temporarily closing the wound. This caused Autumn to run out of breath, causing her to pant for air. Ahnoah turned to her and threw his other arm around her.

"I got 'cha...just take it easy now, I'll get you your medicine soon..." said Ahnoah a little nervously. He himself was a little unsure if he could even make it. Regardless Ahnoah had to try. Ahnoah then turned to the trainer saying "Alright...so...what can ya....what can ya do...like...what things are ya good at...building things, thinking, what is it..."

The Smeargle decided to climb on the smaller tree next to the palm tree he resided in, as he noted that some of the human's Pokémon could be ill or perhaps significantly injured. He jotted a mental note of the physically fit man likely being exhausted by now after hearing what he recently stated. He reached for the yellowish fruit that resembled some oddly colored grape, as he carefully rubbed the fruit after managing to gently pull on the roots for a good half minute. The berries seemed to be soft to the touch, as he hesitantly placed one on his mouth and consumed the tiny drupelet at an unusually slow pace. He took a few deep breaths after managing to overcome its bitter and sour flavors joining forces against his taste buds. Not wanting to complain at something that he got for practically no payment required, he devoured the rest of the drupelets and took in a lot more breaths after finishing with the last drupe.

Even though he was finished with the berry, something just didn't seem to add up with the Smeargle's mental list even after checking to make sure that nobody was onto him. He carefully glanced over at the shoreline, though there seemed to be no other sign of life whatsoever.

"You don't look too good." Lily murmured, her steely gaze softening for a moment as she stared at the seemingly exhausted boy and his weird talking Serperior. She tilted her head and raised her eyebrows, blinking a couple of times before parting her lips to say, "Look, if you ain't got any loot, then you and I must be in the same situation. Do you remember what happened? I kiiiiinda need to get back to Boss." Serpentine nodded in agreement, shaking quite violently but trying to look tough, despite her miniature size.

Ahnoah looked a little annoyed for a second before catching himself. "Well, uh...no loot here...but...I don't think you're getting back...any time soon...The boat crashed...No boat, no getting off the island...so get comfy..." said Ahnoah. He chuckled a little bit before frowning a little. He looked over to the weakened Autumn and shook his head, knowing he had to get moving fast. Autumn gave a meek smile to Ahnoah, staying now silent. She nodded her head and began moving slowly. Autumn looked over to the Snivy acting all tough and gave the smile as well.

The Silence was broken by Zehriyah saying "Alright, we gotta get a move on. If you wanna come along, we got no objections, 'ight?"

Ahnoah nods in agreement saying "She keeps speaking for me...but yea...you should come along...What's ya name...anyways?"

The first thing Adrian Lawson tasted in his mouth was blood, upon his awakening. His face was pressed against the grainy sand which seemed to cling to his face as he raised his head to examine his surroundings. He was on a sandy beach and had no idea what exact beach it was. He closed his eyes and searched through his memories. The boat he was on had crash, and he had survived by clutching a piece of driftwood. He must have lost consciousness and wound up on this island. “Lucky,” he thought, as he pushed himself up, and checked his belt for his Pokemon. Six, his entire team was there.

His mind quickly raced on his next options. He should probably look for survivors, and the best way to do that, would be from the sky. So Titus would be his best bet, and he would be strong enough to deal with any threats that this Island could hold.

“Titus, you need to hit the skies and look for any survivors,” Adrian said firmly sending out his Dragonite. In a flash of white, the orange Psuedo-Legendary appeared and let loose a loud roar.

“DRAGONITE!” He was claiming his strength and telling all Pokemon of his presence. He was a very stubborn and egotistical Pokemon. With a flap of his wings, he hit to the sky, to look for anyone.

Adrian’s next assumption would be he would need to quickly search the underbrush, so someone speedy would be good. Kasai would be his best bet, as he could ride him and the POkemon was extremely quick on his feet. “Kasai, let’s ride!” he shouted sending out his partner The Fire type appeared beside Adrian and nuzzled is outstretched hand. Adrian was quick to get on his back and said, “We need to scan the jungle. But first, I want you to follow Titus. If he sees something, he’ll let us know.” And with that, they sped ahead.

Tiberius and Zehriyah both picked up on a voice. Both of their heads perked up at the shouting in the distance. Tiberius nudged at Ahnoah to signal that he heard something. However, it didn't matter since now there was a bright orange object in the sky. Looks like a...Dragonite? Zehriyah held her hand over her eyes to look up at it, before remembering she had a black lens somewhere in her hair. She rummaged her hand through her hair before eventually finding these glasses. She put them on, which always seemed to put her in a good mood, regardless of the situation.

"Always lookin' for an excuse to wear those..." Said Ahnoah quietly to himself. Zehriyah turned around and gave Ahnoah a glare.

"You're always lookin' for an excuse to get outta work." Said Zehriyah back to Ahnoah. Caesar perked his head up at this and mumbled "She got you there..." before assuming his sleeping state once again.

Ahnoah winced a little bit at the come back but shook his head. He said, "Anyways...we need to get a move on. Someone's over there... so we should probably go that way."

So the team agreed and began moving on. Autumn eventually was lain on top of Tiberius as movement was a little exhausting to her. Though Tiberius sensed something. It seemed like instinct, but he knew another Arcanine was present. Luckily for Tiberius, his gigantic size had him tower over other Arcanine's. This would deter most of them but the bolder ones would keep approaching, but Tiberius' bite was worse than his bark, and his bark hurt. Ahnoah picked up on this after knowing Tiberius for so long. He scratched Tiberius' neck in comfort praying that he wouldn't get territorial over his family.

"Take it easy big guy...I'm sure they don't mean any harm..." said Ahnoah

An Alolan Raichu by the name of Frus dragged Caeli's limp body across the sand with her psychic abilities. She could have lifted the girl's entire body off the ground, but a lot had happened and the mouse wasn't really up to it. Besides, it was kinda funny to watch the trail she was creating with her. "Look! I'm making art! It's an SOS for rescue! Huehuehuehue!" She joked to herself, relishing in the aftermath of the disaster. She observed her surroundings; It wasn't as if she wanted to leave, though...As opposed to the stormy horizen in all directions, The island was peaceful and entirely void of weather or clouds, and the sun beamed down on the hot sand. There was definitely something atypical about the place, and she was going to find out what. Before that, though, the least she could do was settle the unconcious human child in the shade of the trees at the end of the shore and simply wait for some of the other survivors to scoop her up. Upon reaching the jungle, the Raichu somewhat carelessly released her telekinetic grip, and the ash-haired girl dropped to the ground, hitting the back of her head. Just then, Frus's ears perked, catching a rustling not far away. Twisting to the direction of the noise and looking up, she spotted a pokemon in a tree...not one who looked dangerous...perfect to interrogate! "HEY, WHITE DOG THING. YES, YOU, YA MUTT! DOWN HERE." She yelled telepathically into the creature's mind. "Kyogre must be having one hell of a tantrum out there, yet this island is untouched. Do you know why?"

(Might as well start off short. @Aquaman )

The Smeargle's tail perked up to the sound of what seemed like roaring in his mind, as he was startled the instance it hit his thoughts and almost fell from the tree. He quickly climbed back down and made a break for the forest, as he thought, "What the... Are these berries like the ones that make your mind go crazy or is someone playing a trick on me? Either way, I gotta warn the others or take down whoever's doing that quick since that voice sounds like one of the poachers from long ago."

He hid behind a bush for a brief moment, as he quickly drew the best musket he could on the ground and lifted the three dimensional drawing after managing to get the details down within a matter of minutes. Although it lacked any color due to the amount of time he had, it would still get the job done. He silently ran into the forest and cried to the Breloom, "Code P- poach! They're here... w- we have to d- do... s- so- something!"

The Breloom looked over at the Smeargle in a bit of shock, as she asked, "More of them already?"

She cleared her throat and said, "B- but I thought it was impossible to get here... this place is surrounded by storms that would bring even a Blastoise onto its knees!"

She stood up while taking a deep breath, as she asserted, "Even if they're not poachers, we're not letting some insolent people take this land away from us! I'm gathering all of the other Pokémon to arms and taking the younger ones to safety. We're not just little monsters to be put on display with a tag of numbers below us."

The Smeargle gulped after taking note of every word the Breloom said, as he continued to carry the musket in his arms. He made his way back to the tree and detected a peculiar looking Raichu near an ash-haired girl on the ground. He readied his musket and pointed the weapon at the Raichu after checking the gun to make sure it was loaded and ready to discharge without problem. He softly cried while holding the gun with a rather shaky grip, "P- po- poacher... D- don't move... O- or... I- I- I'll b- bl- blast you into r- red d- du- dust!"

It seemed that Frus had startled the white creature, as it soon scampered away upon taking notice to her. Sighing, the Alolan Raichu delivered a quick glimpse to the unconscious girl before gazing out to the expansive beach, spotting several moving figures about a hundred meters away, facing away from them. Frus figured there would be at least a few other survivors who managed to land from the nearby sinking ship, either by complete luck or thanks to their pokemon. One of the silhouettes let out a roar she could easily hear before ascending into the sky. It headed to them momentarily before going another path; perhaps it had not noticed them due to all the vegetation? Not able to make it out, she was simply thankful it was a trainer's pokemon. That said...she turned back to the girl. Did she have any pokemon? No pokeballs were visible on her person, but her bag was currently unexplored. Frus waddled over to it and turned the flap to open it when the monkey-dog had returned soon enough, bearing in its arms...a long gun?! Aren't those...weapons wielded by humans? How could such an object exist on this island? Unless...

The firearm's barrel pointed straight towards her, Frus listened to the quivering creature, frozen in place. Poachers? What were they again? Didn't they use guns and whatnot too? How confusing...and exciting. It amused her that the seemingly harmless creature WAS in fact dangerous after all. Her blood pressure rising steadily, she restrained herself from smiling. She could attempt to yank the object with her psychic powers before it could pull the trigger. She was confident she could reach it...probably. what she was not certain about was it being a good idea. The pokemon appeared to tremble nervously, but would that decrease or increase reaction time? Hmm...As much of a thrill she could get out of trying something, it wasn't worth the risk. Besides, she had...another character to look after.

"Poachers?" She replied seriously with her real voice. "I'm not the one pointing the gun, here." She wasn't sure if the true definition of the term would render her defense useless, but she didn't care. "You see all that crap littering the beach, Frus added, outstretching a nub behind her without moving her head. "That's the remains of a ship destroyed in the storm out there. We're not 'poaching' anything. We got stranded here by pure chance, and I doubt there are many survivors." That last sentence was stated in the tone of casual annoyance, as if her life wasn't hanging by a thread at that moment. Such encounters were actually fairly common for Frus, and the only twist this time was the presence of some passed-out baggage. Such is the life of a daredevil.

"I just wanted some questions answered, is all." She asked in addition following a brief pause.

The Smeargle kept the musket pointed at the Raichu, while retorting, "W- what... q- que- questions? A- and how did you get w- washed up? N- nobody outside here can survive t- the s- st- storms!" He kept a finger on the trigger while focusing his aim on any possible weak point he could find on the Raichu's body. His tail discreetly drew something else on the ground with the time he bought.

His tail lifted the detailed, steel gray sword after managing to get it drawn in a matter of less than a minute. The sword had a brass handle, followed by the blade being about a foot long while having the engraving of a fist deflecting a beam. He pointed the sword towards the Raichu while it glimmered a flickering, faint light towards her. He quietly said, "A- and... what survivors? I'm not letting some p- peo- people... take o- over... u- u- us."

Sticking his nose through the brush, Kasai was quick to pick up a new scent. Something familiar, one of his species, along with a few other individual Pokemon scents. However the scent that caused him was the smell of a human, which was know Adrian was looking for. The beast stepped forward, revealing himself and Adrian to the much larger Arcanine, it's trainer, and the trainer's other Pokemon.

"I'm assuming you were from the boat that crash, yes?" Adrian asked fiercely, while Titus came to a stomp, landing beside his trainer's Arcanine. There could be some kind of off chance that this trainer could be trouble, so Adrian kept his guard up. "Have you found anyone else who ended up here. It was a heavy crash, and there could be many injuries." Adrian ignored Titus as he spoke, as the Dragonite was sizing up the other Pokemon with angry eye, thinking of how to best take each of them down. But as his trainer had made no motion against them, he would wait and see.

Stardom the Sylveon looked up at Titus and waved her ribbons a little bit before slowly approaching. It seemed as if she was completely oblivious to the aggressive of the Dragonite. For Stardom, she would often befriend dragon types because the tough exterior usually crumbles when she is around...for some reason...Stardom leaped onto Tiberius' back, which was an impressive feat of dexterity as she made almost a completely vertical jump, to get a better view of the Dragon. She moved over Autumn's body and stood at almost a face to face standing with the Dragon before letting out a happy squeal.

Tiberius on the other hand was not too keen on the Situation. Tiberius seemed almost a little nervous...no, that's not the word...he had both faith in his winning and wasn't afraid himself, but felt threatened none the less. Tiberius flared up his teeth for a bit which really got Ahnoah going. Ahnoah clung to his neck shouting "You better not!". Tiberius' loyalty to Ahnoah overtook instinct which caused Tiberius to stand up straight and look directly ahead, avoiding eye contact with both the Arcanine and Dragonite.

Then there was a little bit of a Silence on Ahnoah's end. He looked nervously at the other trainer as an all out battle may have broken out. Zehriyah then spoke up by simply saying "Yeeeeep". She moved her black lens up a little to get a better look before letting them fall back down.

The break in silence gave Ahnoah a little bit of leeway to talk now without it being as awkward. Right as he was about to speak, Reina the Staraptor whizzed down and landed on his shoulder with a little bit of an impact. This caused Ahnoah to stumble forward a little bit. "Reina, what did I say about doing that......it was a good time to speak too..." Ahnoah sighed while Reina gave a little bit of a innocent smile. "Well...yes...we are from the wreck. The Floatzel leaning on the Zoroark is the...reason we're alive. I'm Ahnoah...and this is my team...and as you can tell, some have......quite the personality"

Adrian felt Kasai's muscles tense upon looking at the larger Arcanine and its quick flash of teeth. Titus' teeth were pressed together tightly at the friendliness of the Slyveon. Not only did Fairy types deeply annoy him, but they also had a natural advantage over him. Adrian however didn't move, as there was things that needed to be done. However the interesting thing, was how the Zororark seemed to say yep. Normally they were known for creating illusions, but human speak was something even knew to him.

"My name is Adrian Lawson, and we should get some distance and find the others from the ship. Others might have washed up here."s Adrain said sternly.

Frus reeled back a bit in surprise as the creature pulled out a sword from beneath the brush, impressed was being held by just a tail. "You're just...full of surprises, aren't ya?" The mutt didn't look like much, but she could sense he was no idiot in defending himself. Despite how eagerly she craved some action, she'd remain fixed on the diplomatic route.

The Alolan Raichu then groaned as she tried to break down his words. "I already told you how we got here. We're survivors of a cruise ship wreckage...And how would YOU know who can survive the storms and who can't?" She began with a suspicious tone. "By labeling me as some kind of poacher, you're implying poachers have been here before, yes? Theyd've had to survive, too, then, right? You're not making much sense right now, dude. Besides, there ain't even many of us from what I can tell. We probs couldn't take over this place if we wanted to...which we don't! Seriously, if there's something oh-so precious on this lonely hump of land, defending it fiercely against random visitors will only reveal its existence." Frus did her best to sound disinterested, but reality she's trying to extract information, dying to venture further into the jungle. If a mere mutt could restrain her at gunpoint, then oh boy.

The teenage girl beside her moaned weakly.

After the tragedy, Sergiu found himself on a shore of an unknown island. His leg was badly scratched. Unfortunately, his Pokémon were lost in the deeps of ocean. Without them, he was exposed to attacks, this island's biology still remained as a mystery. To raise his chances of survival, he began to forage twigs and rocks. Then Sergiu connected them with a fiber plant. He made a flimsy spear, he was confident of his power. He applied a makeshift bandage from the fiber plants. Sergiu loved survival movies as a kid, he had plenty of various books about it. But at the island, his skills were put to test. The castaway realized that maybe he isn't alone and started looking for other survivors. Sergiu decided to walk by the beach. After a hour of walking, he found a Pokéball buried in the sand and took it. He realized that, he can catch a wild Pokémon, so he went to a nearby forest/jungle. He was barefoot and stepping on a stone would be very painful for him. Suddenly a wild Torracat leaped at him. He threw his spear at it and then used his Pokéball. The device seemed to malfunction. Nothing strange, it was soaked with water and buried in sand. Eventually, Torracat was caught. The survivor was rejoiced and continued the exploration.

“Others outta have washed up. Be a little more...depressing if not...” said Ahnoah. Zehriyah looked down a bit from this realization. She thought about all the others who had sunk into the ocean or the Pokémon trapped in their Pokeballs, never to see the light of day again, permanently faced with eternity under the ocean until they eventually break from their balls...knowing what happens next. Ahnoah noticed Zehriyah’s realization and nudged her a little bit on her shoulder. Zehriyah shook her head and was released from her daze before saying “it’s fine....”

“I didn’t...say anything...but, I know what your thinking...” said Ahnoah.

Autumn looked as if she wanted to join the conversation herself but she was to save her breath. She looked around at the other mans team and gave a weak smile, showing that she was another friendly face in the group.

“Anyways...Adrian...You’re right, we better look for others...hopefully, there are some” said Ahnoah.

Caesar woke again from what seemed to be his slumber and looked at the other team. He looked timidly at them but Caesar somehow still had a sense of strength in him as well. Caesar knew that he’d be able to take them on, even in the exhausted condition he is in.

“......better...not...” muttered Caesar quietly. It wasn’t clear who the recipient of this was, however.

Sergiu didn't have any luck with his exploration - he didn't find any survivors. As the hours passed, he was losing his hope.
What if I catch a disease like Cholera? What if I starve to death? Where are my Pokémon right now? - he though. It was a fight between him and his thoughts. Luckily, our survivor, still had a Torracat that he previously caught. Sergiu let his Pokémon and continued searching for civilization. Then, the trainer saw that something was moving in distance, probably some people. He was about 5 km from there, but he could spot someone with his keen eye. Sergiu advanced towards them.
