Why does need to be level 100, out of curiosity? That is a massive chore without cheating and in-game competitive scales force level 50 if the pokemon is over 50.
Next up. Why Sheer Force? It doesn't boost any of the four moves you requested for it to have learned; Only attacks with an added effect beneficial to the user [or by extension, detrimental to the opposition] are boosted by Sheer Force.
