Against all odds, the Rebellion has managed to succeed.
The Empire has suffered its greatest loss yet. Darth Sidious - the Emperor - is dead, as is Darth Vader. Without a leader, the Empire is in turmoil. A large power gap sweeps over the galaxy, and many rush to attempt to fill the void.
Leading the New Republic is Leia Organa, daughter of the former senator Bail Organa, attempts to fill the gap with a democracy based on the old Republic, similarly named as to convey the same ideology.
Meanwhile, Gallius Rax is attempting to lead the Empire in the same way as the Emperor would have, appointed by Palpatine in his will.
And unseen behind it all, while the war comes to an end, a new power attempts to take center stage.
What of you, young one? Are you a survivor of the war, already in the middle of the conflict? Are you one with a faction separated from the tale of the Skywalkers that shall be instrumental in the saga to come? Or is your legend just beginning now?
Prepare yourself, young one... for this story shall place you in between two Star Wars.

So yeah. That's the basic premise for the RP. It takes place not too long after the end of Episode 6, but the war is hardly done yet. The main idea is that the RP will be all about factions and ideologies, but I understand if you're just there for the Star Wars. And yes, the heroes of the original trilogy will most likely be having an appearance. I just mentioned that factions are important in this, so I'll list the ones I have so far off.
The New Republic: Formerly known as the Resistance or Rebel Alliance, the New Republic is led by figures such as Mon Mothma, Admiral Ackbar and Leia Organa in their mission to restore democracy and peace to the galaxy. After their massive victory, the faction has grown incredibly, with over half of the star system now allied to their cause.
The Galactic Empire: The classic Empire... or what's left of it, anyways. Despite Rax's best efforts, the Empire is falling apart at the seams. Many of the old members are deserting, and Stormtroopers are now canon fodder compared to the elite troops their enemies are gaining.
The Legion Lost: An independent and secret faction allied with the New Republic unofficially, the Legion Lost is led by three Jedi - Kit Fisto, John Ka'lar and Margot Venei - as well as General Jack, a clone trooper. The Legion Lost is made up of mostly clone troopers, as the Legion was previously the 437th Legion of the Republic's Grand Army. These clones are all specialized and powerful warriors in their own right, each with the power to think independently. The Jedi have also taken in ten young souls to be trained as Jedi, to potentially start a new Jedi Order.
The First Order: The First Order in its earliest stages, it is at the moment merely an idea that many former Empire loyalists have come up with.
The Bounty Hunter's Union: A union of bounty hunters united in getting a job, getting paid and getting the job done. Despite what it seems like at first glance, the Union is actually a very honorable organization... who doesn't tolerate double-crossing.
Original characters are what we're using, for the most part. If you'd like to create another faction, ask me about it and explain it thoroughly. I'll create a character sheet for you all to make characters with, and create my own later. Please fill it all out.

0) The obvious one - follow the regular Pokecharms rules.
1) This RP has a quality assurance check, which means that if you lack a certain degree of RPing skill you can and will be denied. Good RPers is what I'm looking for here. If you get rejected, don't be discouraged - just work on improving your skills.
2) This RP will be a mostly original story, and therefore new elements exclusive to it are allowed. Just don't contradict Star Wars canon.
3) Make sure to work with the other RPers here - we're writing a story, so try to look at things from a narrative standpoint.

Name: Jacen Corr (Nova 4)
Apperance: A human male in his mid twenties, He has red hair and stands at six one, while not on duty he wears a white T shirt and pants
Personality: Calm and extremely loyal to his team.
Allied Faction: New Republic
Abillities: is very perceptive, is force sensitive( though unlike a certain jedi he doesn't flaunt it.), good at hand to hand combat.
Force powers: Mind trick, Push/Pull, battle meditation. force jump,
Weaponry: Blaster pistol that's always on his hip, Blaster riffle, a double handed lightsaber constructed from scrap meteal he and his family could find and his father's former green Keiber crystal.
Equipment: None that I can currently think of.
personal ship: A blue striped RZ1- A wing interceptor
Backstory:
Born as Corrine Tyrel to the Ex Jedi Davos Tyrel and Hand maiden Karra Jyce- Tyrel. During his first five years everything was peaceful until an inquisitor and four storm troopers attacked his farther do to the fact that he was a former Jedi. While his farther survived his mother was killed in the crossfire. In the aftermath Davos sent word to his friend Kyp Horn the captain of the Flying Aces a Corellian Transport ship. During his time on board Jacen was taught the way of the force from his farther. His farther taught him differently from how he was train. When he was fourteen the twilick pilot taught him how to fly the Flying Aces as well as it's shuttle. When he was eighteen he joined the Rebel Alliance. For the first year of his time in the rebellion he worked as a freighter pilot bringing relief to worlds affected by the empire and natural disaster that the empire didn't care about. He was quickly transferred to Blue squadron when most of it's members died in the battle of Scarif. As soon as he arrived on Yavin he was thrown into a Y wing and participated in the battle of Yavin being one of the few survivors of the battle. Afterwards he joined Nova Squadron a group that specialized in A wing combat. As Nova 5 he participated in numerous battles against the empire some where victories such as the recapture of Datooine, the battle of the Alpha Nebula cluster. But, where complete failures such as the battle to retake Ryloth which lead to the death of Nova Leader. During the battle of Hoth Nova squadron acted as an escort to fleeing rebel ships. Nova squadron participated in the battle of Endor.

He saw him levitating a toy. Also a couple of questions.
1. How is Kit fisto alive. Sidius put a hole threw his chest, or fallowing the Novelization decapitated him.
2. When exactly does this take place. Since Rax is alive it has to be prior to Jaku but is it before or after the battle of Naboo?

1) Kit Fisto faked his death by taking the fatal wound and pretending to be unconscious, with Margot Venei arriving on the scene just after the Sith had left and in time to save the Jedi Master. More details later.
2) As said, it takes place directly after the fall of the empire. A week later, to be specific. So before the Battle of Naboo.

Name/Nickname: Jerry "Juice" Kouj
Appearance: Juice wears a thin tan robe. His mother always wants him to wear it like he should, but he thinks it's uncomfortable, so he wraps it around his utility belt, which includes many tools he uses to fix things. He has white skin and dry, brown hair.
Personality: Juice was given the nickname juice because his friend said his parent's landspeeder was out of juice and that he needed Jerry's help. He fixed it flawlessly, and was given the name Juice. He's often made fun of by the other kids
Allied Faction: New Republic
Abilities: SMACK, fix, SMACK AGAIN, and can drive a ship, he just hasn't come across one yet, for he lives with a poor family. And he's an escape artist.
Weaponry: He has a giant wrench that can SMACK opponents.
Equipment: A bunch of tools that I won't name because I don't know how to Star Wars-ify tools :T
Backstory: Juice's been always made fun of by the other kids on Kellar, because he's poor and isn't as gifted as the other kids. He has one good friend named Ashley.
Other: He's 16 now.

Name: Zeek Aleksson
Appearance: Zeek is a Selonian, an aquatic mammal sentient resembling an anthropomorphic otter. He is a typical male of the species, standing only about 5'11" with a thin frame with little muscle to speak of. He is covered head to toe in uniformly short brown fur. As a Selonian, he typically goes without clothes, but will wear a pair of tan slacks and a tan jacket when he expects to interact with people.
Personality: A quiet and independent sort who often comes across as skittish. Zeek is an agoraphobe who typically stays within his ship, only departing when absolutely necessary. Zeek keeps his interactions with people short, he is distant, and slow to open up to people. He attempts to affect an easygoing facade, though it breaks down quickly when he's put on the spot.
Allied Faction: Bounty Hunter's Union
Abilities: At home in the cramped confines of ship interiors, Zeek is an experienced mechanic who keeps his ship running mostly by himself. He is also deceptively good at self defense, able to easily switch between ranged and melee weapons on the fly, though he has a preference for guns. As a Selonian, he can also weaponize his claws, teeth, and tail in a brawl.
Force Powers: Though Zeek is Force Sensitive, his abilities here are more defensive than offensive. While not immune, he is less susceptible to the effects of attacks on the mind via the Force, including the Mind Trick.
Weaponry: Zeek's primary weapon is a Czerka Adventurer slugthrower rifle, with a Czerka Adjudicator slugthrower pistol kept for backup. Though he owns a lightsaber - three in fact - he never uses it. He won't say where he got them.
Equipment: Zeek carries a MicroData Technologies Versafunction88 datapad, which he uses both to record information, receive jobs, and keep up with current events. He also has a tool belt with a string of tools that might come in handy during ship maintenance, though that's usually only worn when he's actively performing said upkeep.
Personal Ship: A Core Galaxy Systems Dynamic-class freighter, named Sincerity.
Backstory: A crash. A murder. Zeek was taken from Selonia against his will after accidentally kill his den queen's favorite male. What happened to him after that, he's is tight lipped about. He certainly didn't pick up his skills on his home planet, however. He can't return to Selonia, so he wanders the stars in a self-imposed exile instead. Though he is technically affiliated with the Bounty Hunter's Union, Zeek tends to take secondary and support roles, aiding other hunters in return for a small cut of the profits, rather than hunt marks himself.

Name/Nickname: Arnold Greye (Wingman)
Appearance: Wingman has short brown hair and green eyes. He wears a light grey, light vest and black pants. A blaster hilt hangs on both sides of his body and a mixture of devices are fixed on a strap across his chest. When in battle, a pair of black goggles are set across his eyes.
Personality: Wingman thinks he's beautiful, and everyone loves him. He has a big ego, for a reason. He always likes a challenge, and has been seen as insane by some. But not exactly the most trustworthy person, unlike his nickname. He's seen the force, but doesn't believe in it. Never has, never will.
Allied Faction: New Republic
Abilities: (things a character can do without need of weaponry) Wingman can make a weapon from most anything. He's also a pretty decent pilot.
Weaponry: Two HEAVILY modified blastech A-180 Blasters and an anti-sith weapon used in combat with lightsabers he calls the Hailbringer. (Basically a shorter lightsaber made from a fallen Jedi's crystal. He's not supposed to have it, but who's going to argue with him?)
Equipment: (generic tools not classified as weapons) A set of tools used to make weapons and rewire things.
Personal Ship [if character has one]:
The Star Reaper is made off of a plan for an Empire ship before the Star Destroyer. It was made so that troopers could have accommodations before and durring battle. They are roughly about as big as 12 TIE fighters, and have 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, free area, kitchen, storage, and a training area. Plans were shut down when the Star Destroyer was created. Wingman got his hands on the plans and made one. Weapons include rotating light cannons on the side, and a heavy cannon in the nose.
Backstory: Wingman was one of those guys that hung out at bars getting drunk, but was a good person in the eyes of the Republic. Well trusted, he was sent on many missions to aid Jedi as a pilot and overall assistant. One mission, the Jedi fell in battle. Wingman took the saber and slayed the one who killed the Jedi and excaped. Taking the crystal, he made the Hailbringer.

Name/Nickname: Cato
Appearance: Cathar, a brown cat person with bright green eyes. She wears long pants and a long hood when in public, including the republic base, due to people making fun of her and her race. Cato wears a vest and shorts on missions though and on the ship. Her head stays uncovered.
Personality: Kind but harsh. She's the brawn on the team, able to take on quite alot. Cato likes to be pushed past her limit often and often trains.
Allied Faction: New Republic
Abilities: (things a character can do without need of weaponry) Claws and night vision.
Weaponry: A large knife from her home planet and duel custom blasters made by Wingman. They are longer than blaster pistols and pack a bigger punch than blaster rifles.
Equipment: (generic tools not classified as weapons) Cato carries around a device like droids do that allows her to access data.
Personal Ship [if character has one]: Star Reaper
Backstory: Cato was kidnapped by the empire on a trade ship with her family. She was made a slave, but Wingman saved her. She worked with him ever since.

Name/Nickname: Ajax Knight ‘Knightmare’
Serial Number [Clone/Droid only]:
Species: Chiggnash-Huamn hybrid (the Chiggnash were a species of scorpion like humaniods from Star Wars legends)
Appearance: humanoid with dark grey skin and piecing orange eyes which glow slightly in low light conditions, his hair is cut short and is of a light grey hue with bright orange streaks through it. Ajax’s skin is thick and leathery with various scars and marks from his years as a bounty hunter and an imperial experiment prior to that. His retractable and highly articulate tail, which protrudes from the base of his spine is covered in scaly plates with a sickening stinger claw at its tip.
Ajax usually wears painted mandalorian armor beneath a grey trench coat both with a hole at the base of the spine to accommodate his tail. Ajax’s helmet comprises of a modified Clone commando helmet.
Personality: Ajax wants people to perceive him as a force to be feared and is very slow to warm to people, some call him cold or heartless however he is known to show genuine concern for the few people who earn his trust.
Allied Faction: Bounty hunters union
Abilities: (things a character can do without need of weaponry) due to his human hybrid status Ajax lacks the telepathic abilities common among Chiggnash however thanks to genetic manipulation at the hands of the Empire, Ajax’s tail is capable of administering a variety of chemical compounds, ranging from harmful neurotoxins and acids to antibiotic serums and painkillers
Force Powers [Force User only]: none
Weaponry: twin blaster pistols which combine to form a larger blaster rifle for long range sniping, Ajax also wields a vibrio-blade when facing opponents with melee weapons
Equipment: (generic tools not classified as weapons) multitool with repair, scanning and communication functionality, as well as this Ajax wears a small jet pack with space for Ajax to ‘store’ his tail while flying
Personal Ship [if character has one]: a modified Firespray-class interceptor
Backstory: Ajax is the result of early Imperial attempts at creating human soldiers with the abilities of various alien races. He was born from the combination of the genetic materials of Jango Fett and a Chiggnash warlord, making Ajax technically half clone however his Chiggnash DNA proved dominant causing his unusual skin tone along with the presense of his tail however his human genes also caused the telepathic powers and subsequent instabilities to be rendered null and void. However tests of his endurance and resistance to physical and psychological torture saw Ajax labeled as an unlikely success and was to be transferred to a secret imperial base in the outer rim for further training and conditioning. While on route his imperial transport was set upon by raiders who took Ajax as their slave. However Ajax’s refuses to be the lap dog of anyone else and fought back against his captors using his natural resistance to his benefit by destroying his shock collar and executing his captors. Selling their ship, weapons and equipment and beginning his life as a bounty hunter.
Other: Ajax is one of few bounty hunters who doesn’t not despise working along side other bounty hunters hence the reason he joined the Bounty Hunters Union
