Ok so I havent had much luck in the area of making my own roleplay as of late but this ideas been rolling around in my head for a while now.

The year is 25XX and the world is not as great as you'd think. Don't get me wrong the advancements in technology are incredible but they have just made the rich richer and the poor near extinct. The rich live in palaces and mansions while the poor dwell in dingy slums that a rat wouldnt sniff at. In this era money is worthless and Joltz are the new currency.

You are one of the rich elites entitled little brats. You go to New New York Academy and get whatever you want. Until the day of the incident. On a particularly dingy Friday David Gardiner, an ex-military engineer and scientist set off a bomb killing most of your class and leaving you and a select few barely alive. He then takes you away and fixes you up with enhancements, turning you into his own personally death squad so he can take down the rich so the poor may prosper.

Joltz - Electrical currency with no physical form

Enhancements:
There are 3 types of enhanced being used by the military. These are Titans, Warlocks and Dodgers. All three are enhanced by technology.

Titans are the tanks and heavy close range units. There enhancements increase they're durability and strength. Sometimes a Titan is even a full conversion when only a small amount of human is actually salvage able.

Warlocks are the ranged units as well as being supports and healers. They have access to mysterious liquid called Mana that grants them limited elemental capabilities with the element depending on the person. Warlocks will usual have Mana tanks fitted into there body in some way.

Dodgers are kind if an all round unit that specialises in speed above all else. With there leg enhancements to maximise speed they are able to get around with ease but dont have much in the way of defenses.

Real Name: Kenny Hendrickson

Appearance (Include before and after the incident): Kenny is 5'8 and quite athletically built but still skinny. He has blonde hair and green eyes. He wears a black hoodie with bunny ears on the hood and plain jeans with black and white trainers. After the incident Kenny suffered severe damage to the lower part of his body with everything from the chest down being unsalvageable. This resulted in him having cybernetic replacements for most of his organs as well as his legs and spine.
Personality: Kenny is pretty calm and collected when it comes to most things, he isn't fond of instructions and tends to do whatever whenever. He will only do something if it helps him in some way. He has a fear of snakes and is very talented at singing but has never told or shown anyone.
Parents Job: Military Weapons Manufacturer
Enhancement Class: Dodger
Enhancement Description: Kenny's enhancements remove his need to consume anything other than fuel. His cybernetic spine grants him super human agility and reflex's while his legs grant him cheetah like speed.
Weapon of choice: Kenny uses a pair of double ended curved daggers.

Appearance: Kayla is very good looking. She has stunning blonde hair with sparkling pinkish grey eyes. She has freckles on her nose and has a busty but slender build. She wears shorts and a crop top with a denim jacket and black shoes. After the incident she lost one of her arms and her face was grossly disfigured. She was fitted with a cybernetic arm and cybernetic eyes. She also has a adaptive face mask embedded on her face.
Personality: Kayla is a bitch. She is self centered and cruel and has a cold heart. She is used to getting her way and likes to make others do her work for her. She does have a hidden sensitive side however and is afraid of insects.
Parents Job: Luxury Fashion
Enhancement Class: Warlock
Enhancement Description: Kayla's enhancements give her access to ice 'magic' thanks to the mana store in her arm. She also has access to a pheromone she can release from her mouth that confuses anyone who inhales it. Her eyes have x-ray, infrared and night vision capabilities and she her face mask gives her the ability to change her face at will.

I was thinking about that and I'd probably say it depends as I am still deciding between personality changes or shutdown/explosive devices as his method for getting the kids to do what he asks.

Appearance (Include before and after the incident): She is a light skinned young lady with a well feminine build. She has dark brown long hair pulled up in a high ponytail with light blue eyes. She is 5'3 in height. She wears a black tank with a shirt over it as only her right shoulder is exposed leaving the tank strap visible with black skinny jean pants and flats on her feet as the straps wrap around her ankles securely. She wears a silver and black cross necklace around her neck which her brother Shadow had given her. After the incident, her right eye and stomach was securely damaged causing her blindness in her right eye and difficulty to eat and digest food normally which resulted in replacing the tube system of her stomach and organs with mechanical parts only saving her actual stomach. As for her eye, she had no interest in replacement of her right eye but had no choice but to accept the enhancement on her right eye to see again because of the severe condition she was in. Her wrists and ankles suffered the same date unable to move them which was also replacement with mechanical enhancements to be able to use them again. This resulted in numerous of scars which she had covered in bandages on her wrists, ankles, and stomach. She even wore a white wolf blue-streaked mask to hide her facial appearance given the name "Arctos Loba" due to the coloring of her mask. Her mother was the only survivor to have found her in this state with her two older brothers Shadow and Soren missing as she won't allow anyone but her to fix anything she really needed so decided to work there so she would be nearby at all times.
Personality: She is quite distant and slightly stubborn young lady which can be a pain to handle and is sometimes a bit cold towards the people that did this to her. Despite her stubborness, she is a gentle young lady that will judge no one no matter who they are. She has serious trust issues but if you can gain her trust completely she will protect you as if her life depends on it.
Parents Job: Mech Enhancer
Enhancement Class: Dodger
Enhancement Description: JC's enhancements allow her to see and track enemies movements in a far wide radius and even pin point the opponents weak point through her right eye as she is even allowed to scan the person in full detail through her right eye to identify if the person is a threat or an ally. Unlike like a normal human, her wrist enhancements give her incredible flexibility even when she is wielding her weapon and if she is angered enough, she can break open almost impossible doors and lift others up by their vitals. As for her ankles enhancements, her speed is highly increased making her movements impossible to predict
Weapon of choice: Katana( with wolf handle and light blue orb in the middle.
Other: She has a wolsky named Dove who also has some enhancements. She lost both of her older brothers Shadow and Soren during the incident as all she has left of them are crosses they wore around their necks.

So several things.
1. The parents are all rich successful people so wouldnt work for a poor man
2. It is just David not a whole facility
3. No missing people after the attack they either died or were taken by David
4. I'll allow the dog if you can give a reason for why it would be in the classroom

The dog is more like a service dog to her since had experienced a lot of tramua that was beyond her control including seriously anxiety so she is there to comfort her if it gets out of hand to calm her down before she loses control of herself but Dove did suffer some major losses in her some parts of her body so enhancements were repaired on her. However, I did edit to change it up a bit.
