Leafeon doesn't need Razor Leaf. Replace it with Aerial Ace or X-Scissor.
Seismic Toss over Ice Beam on Blissey
Drop Dragon Claw for Dragon Pulse, that or re-breed for a different nature.

How about listing some EVs, too? (If its competitive)

EditManapie: Synthesis lets the user regain more HP (2/3 of max) while it's Sunny. Any other weather but clear lets it recover less HP (1/4).
