I'm new here and want to make a trainer card but when I logged on and went to trainer card maker it said "Forbidden"I didn't know where to post this question so I thought this would be a good place to post it.please help!Any help is appreciated!

'Charms has just changed servers, so be patient. The TCM will be up and running again as soon as it's able ^^
