Why not add sub-forums for both the Pokemon Trading Card games? It may not work well for the actual one with physical cards and such but with the Online version we would be able to discuss deck builds, trade cards, and battle each other.

Because there aren't enough people who want to discuss it enough to justify forums specifically for it.

Feel free to discuss it as much as you like in the general Pokemon Chat forum. I actually play and collect the cards myself, so I will happily join in - but it's just not got the amount of people here interested in it for there to be any special space dedicated to it.

This is the same reason why we don't have a forum for the anime or manga series either. All of these non-game specific topics are best suited in the general Pokemon Chat forum.
