Post Malone shares Pokémon-inspired cover of Only Wanna Be With You ahead of Pokémon Day concert

With Pokémon Day and Post Malone's live concert celebrating it just two days away, we've got our first tease as to what to expect from the show itself. Overnight, Malone shared to his own official Youtube Channel a cover of Hootie and the Blowfish's Only Wanna Be With You with a slight Pokémon tweak. While the song is otherwise a straight cover, Ecruteak City's theme can also be heard sampled throughout, giving us an insight into what we might expect from other songs in the show.

Not gonna lie, I thought the cover would be a lot more on the nose about the Pokémon spin on the song. Always hate when parodies do that, so I like this one a lot.
