It's time to come together to celebrate the biggest occasion of year!
On Veraheros Island, an island on the southern coast of what would be Kalos in this universe, is usually quaint and sparsely populated. However, it comes to life in what would be October in the Pokemon world, hosting the gaudiest event of the colder months. The Hallow's Festival- Pokemon from all over the world come just to see the wonderful sights of the annually hosted festival, with every event you could think of to fit the spooky month. Scary haunted houses, costume parties, corn mazes; everything you could ever think of! And with the date of the Festival rolling around once more, it is time to celebrate this wonderful holiday.
The town prepares one month in advance- hotels, markets, and everything else have worked hard in order to prepare for this week long festival. While some come to the festival for old time's sake, others go for the scares, or even to find the time of their lives. And this year, you've decided to attend! Take a boat or fly yourself to Veraheros Island to enjoy the time of your life.

Basic Information
- The Hallow's Festival lasts a week, and a week only.
- It's very cold in Veraheros during the festival- bring your warm clothes!
- However, even though warm clothes are supported, a lot of Pokemon like to dress up as witches, ghouls, etc.
- The main town for the festivities is Historiara Town, which has a vast landscape with different hotels, restaurants, and other amenities.
- The Hallow's Festival doesn't have trick-or-treating, but essentially is the same as Halloween. But Pokemon.
- All Pokemon that live in the town usually have careers in the hotel business or the restaurant chain business.

Rules
1. Keep in mind everything stated in Pokecharm's rules for role-playing! I'd advise you read over the document.
2. No Mary-Sues/Gary-Stus, they make role-play no fun and generally can give people headaches.
3. This is a Pokemon rp, so we will be playing in a more civilized world without humans. Things in our worlds still exist, but think of it like PMD but more modern.
4. Just a polite request. Try to have decent grammar/punctuation. Sometimes we make mistakes but it's no fun if a role-play is just one-liners and nasty grammar mistakes in words no-one can understand.
5. You have a limit of 3 characters, but can request more if you really think you can handle it.
-No Legendaries, Ultra Beasts, Mythicals, or anything or the sort, as they are simply too much of a hassle for somebody like me. Instead of those type of Pokemon, many stronger Pokemon that are more normal are permitted for use.
6. Keep cursing to a minimum. It's not like I really care, but at the same time this can't be a festival of 'curses' (ironic).
7. Love is allowed, but it's not really the main focus of this particular rp. It's more about friends and spooks, if you catch my drift?
8. Have Fun! This is just a small rp before the spooky day comes up.

Personality: Lana is an odd case. While she is reserved and rather introverted, she has well-developed people skills and has no trouble in social situations. For an introvert, Lana is naturally social, and has an easy time interacting with others. She is a true altruist; engaging in her work with enthusiasm and kindness. However, she is often meticulous to the point of perfectionism, always striving to do the best she can in her work. Even if doing her best work exhausts her. Lana also has a tendency to dismiss herself and most compliments.
Appearance: Lana is your typical Glaceon, with pointed ears and a ice head-piece in the middle of her head. Blue fur with darker diamonds- you get the jist. However, she has longer legs and paws, along with a somewhat larger headpiece. She also has a long tail, which helps with holding things and keeping her balance. Lana usually wears a small bowtie and a white long-sleeve for work, but when she's off she enjoys a scarf and a black sweater, as it's rather cold on Veraheroes Island year-round, even for a Glaceon.

Appearance: She has the appearance of a normal female Partner Eevee. She likes wearing a small pink rose at the bottom of her left ear.
Why Are They Going to the Festival?: For fun, and to "help" Tiara loosen up.
