Ask to Join Pokemon DnD

@PlayfulFox47, Accepted. I love the character and can not wait to see her in action. I feel like a Altira might be a good pokemon as well for her. I see them as being elegant, yet protective. Can you send me a basic bio of the main people you have mentioned in your character sheet, through private message. I plan on using a few of these characters to further story, so I am going to need some info about them.

@Red Gallade, I like the character. Can you send me some basic bios for the people you have mentioned. Like I told Playful this will be used to further the story along.

Ok, here is the Pokemon. However, the backstory isn't that good. I think it fits though.

Pokemon: Smoke (Male Fletchender (will evolve later))
Pokemon's Backstory: Silvia found Smoke when he was a Fletchling during her training. He was injured after getting to close to a mother Ursaring. Pity filling her heart, Silvia took the Tiny-Robin and healed him up using everything that Furrin taught her at that moment. Smoke hung around Silvia, but never really went to claim her as his partner. Later on, when he was a Fletchender, Silvia left. He did not know why, but he suddenly felt alone. With a huff, he flew after her. He found her, barely victorious after the battle with the trolls. He landed next to her and chirped, saying that he wanted to stay with her. Although Silvia could not understand Pokemon, she got the message and the two had been together ever since.

Anyway, I will get a Furrin bio later. He might be dead (old age) though, I'll have to check half-elves ages again.

Just things that are not too detailed. All I really need is what class they are, appearence, and personality. I do not need a backstory for them. If they have a pokemon let me know that as well. I just need some info about them to figure out where they would be and add conflict with your character.

He would still be alive. They do not live as long as elves but they do have longer lives then Humans. It would be very plauseable, that he would be alive as well.

I hope these will do, are they accepted? (Along with Longinus?)

Name: Valerie Whitemist
Age: 22
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Race: Human
Class: N/A
Looks: She stands at 5'8" with fair skin, Sky blue eyes, long beautiful White hair that reaches her waist and potential signs of an elegant and curvy body build that's likely to catch stares.
Clothing: Due to her nobility clashing with her easy going personality, her attire consists of a simple ankle long White dress with a few Ruby gems decorated along the waist and Grey dress shoes.
Personality: Like all nobles, Valerie is someone who behaves formally and does well to use manners, but this is all an act to hide her real personality; a laid back woman who simply likes to relax when she can. She does everything she could to help out those she cares about and is loyal to her family. After meeting Longinus, she gained feelings for him, but is unaware that the feeling is mutual.
Alliances: The Whitemist family
Enemies: Longinus' enemies
Connections: Longinus Skrall (Love interest)
Weapon of choice: Although she may not be a fighter, she keeps a dagger hidden under her dress for self defense.
Alignment: Lawful Good
Skills:
  • She is charismatic and tends to use her beauty to 'sweeten deals' (No this doesn't mean anything inappropriate)
Pokemon: Gallade (Mainly acts like her butler, but can be laid back as well as Valerie and is no stranger to battling)

Personality: Gareth--like his title suggests--is a ruthless man who greatly relishes bloody battles and rarely shows mercy to his enemies. Despite this, he does care about his comrades and even his family, especially his only son, Marduk. His confidence and ambition have been mixed to form the tyrannical crime lord he is today
Alliances: Hydra's helm (Leader)

Okay, finally done! I put a lot of thought into this guy, so I hope everything is okay with you Kitty. :)

Name: Caspian Gryphinfeather
Age: Irrelevant (476 years if you really want to know)
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Demiromantic/Demisexual
Race: Air Genasi (father's side)/Elf (mother's side)
Class: Druid

Looks:
In his true form, Caspian has a soft pastel blue skintone and whipsy, almost white-blue hair. It's a bit longer, reaching his shoulders. Being an Air Genasi (on his father's side), there is wind constantly blowing it gracefully to and fro, giving him a sense of elegance. His eyes are the same shade of white-blue as his hair. He is lean and toned, standing at 5'10", weighing in at 120lbs. He has little to no body or facial hair, and his features are soft and attractive, with an almost feminine touch around the eyes, cheekbones and jawline, and long, pointed ears. This is due to his mother being a purebred Elf.

Clothing:
He wears a simply sewn poet shirt with a tan vest, tight but flexible black pants and brown boots. He tends to keep his clothes on the lighter side to make it easier for stealth, levitation, flexibility and overall movement. Accessories include a leather necklace with a red jasper crystal hanging from it. It reaches the middle of his chest. Red jasper is a stone of balance and is very special to him, as it was given to him by his mother when he was young.

Personality:
Caspain is normally an easygoing creature, tied closely with the earth and sharing her ups and downs. He is free spirited. Adopting the gypsy culture at a young age, he goes wherever the wind takes him and protects the earth and her creatures along the way. He travels from town to town, but never stays longer than a week, as his mission to cleanse the earth of impurities and keep the balance of nature is neverending. This is what keeps him going after all this time. In his spare time, he is a merchant, selling his homemade remedies, potions, and magic spells.

He's quite a charmer, and most people and creatures tend to like him for his laid back nature. He has a kind soul and is very dependable when someone, especially someone he cares for, is in trouble. He has a soft spot small creatures and pokemon. He can also be quite a romantic, though his efforts are mostly in vain due to his traveling, and he has a hard time getting really close with anyone, so he tends to play it safe and keep his walls up. Though if he genuinely likes you, his loyalty will show in his efforts to back you up and protect you.

Alliances: The Eladrin Empire
The Feywild is an interdementional plane in which this particular Elven Empire resides. This is where he grew up with his mother, Dahlia, within the community. They are a reclusive race of Elves, often keeping to themselves in their own plain of existance. It's a thriving empire ruled by Queen Lola, with large villages and an important role for each individual. Their beliefs are that everyone is important to the community in their own way, and they strive to keep balance and natural health. They specialize in herbal remedies and elemental magic. The empire can be seen every once in a while on the material plain, and in these times is when anyone who would like to adventure out can leave, or anyone from earth can come in. Earth creatures are welcome, as this race does not feel the need to be judge or be weary because of their gentle nature, but can defend themselves if need be.

Enemies: Faux the Warforged
Faux was one of the first Warforged created. He was a flawed specimen with no soul and only one thing programmed into his core: War. Now that the war is over, he travels endlessly, attacking anything that could be seen as a possible threat and sapping the energy of the earth to keep himself charged. This wreaks terrible damage to the earth he charges with. He has had several encounters with Caspian because of this. It has been an ongoing rivalry for hundreds of years. Caspian despises the Warforged in general because they were build soully for war and destruction and ends them the moment he encounters any. But Faux is one that had been able to preservere despite his efforts. One of his main goals is to rid the earth of his existance.

Connections: Lola Kalani, Queen of the Eladrin Empire
Lola is the Queen of the Eladrin Empire, a kind and noble leader who has been around for hundreds of years. She treats all of her people with respect and does everything she can to keep everyone happy and healthy. She keeps herself open to anyone who brings an issue to her, and she does her best to help. She is very well loved and cherished in the community.

Caspian had come to her many years ago, telling her he wanted to leave to be a protector of the earth. Everything was peaceful and easygoing in the empire, and he yearned for adventure and a purpose in life. He saw how earth was riddled with all sorts of dangers and evils threatening good people and the earth herself, and he wanted to help with that. She accepted his need for change, and he's been traveling earth ever since.

He still keeps in contact with his mother and his people, and the Queen will assist him when he needs help and guidence. He contacts her with a telepathic connection that everyone in the empire has the ability to do through meditation.

Weapon of choice:
A bow and arrows he carries on his back crafted from the wood of a yew tree, symbolizing death and rebirth. The arrows are dipped in ash, which symbolizes life. He believes every person and creature vanquished by his arrows, no matter how good or evil, will be purified by his efforts and reborn in a new light.

He also uses different kinds of stones and barks from the earth for spells and healing. Each individual ingredient has a meaning and purpose in his work, and he thanks the earth for her help after every usage.

Alignment: Neutral; he sees all grey areas in between good and evil.

Backstory:
Caspian was concieved by a purebred Elf named Dahlia and an Air Genasi named Hawkeye. He grew up with his mother in the Eladrin Empire in the Feywild, but never knew his father. The only things he knew about him were from the stories his mother told him about him. He was a traveler, and never intended to become a father. Still, his mother held him in high regards. Life in the Eladrid Empire were peaceful and happy, and he had almost no bad experiences as he got older. Dahlia was an amazing mother, and his entire village were close knit. Everyone took care of each other, and no one was left behind. He was always an outgoing child, and would travel from village to village to get to know everyone he could. He was well loved by his people, even though he looked different than other elves. He learned a lot about accepting others, taking care of the land that sustained his life, and elemental magic.

Though this life was grand, he yearned for adventure and action. Hearing the stories of his father's adventures, and having his blood running through his vains, he wanted to follow in his footsteps. His mother was sad, but accepted his calling. The Genasi in him was always more prominant in him than his elven side. After speaking with the Queen about it, Caspian was given permission to leave the Feywild and explore other plains. He would always be welcomed back with open arms, as he was a valued member of the community.

With that, he took his leave. He traveled many plains of existance, but the one that caught his attention the most was earth. It was riddled with impure creatures and threats to the beautiful land it offered. He vowed to protect the earth and all her beautiful glory.

One enemy in particular has been giving him a hard time. Faux the Warforged, an unbeatable creature created for the soul purpose of war and destruction. No matter how hard he tries, he cannot vanquish this creature, and he trails him endlessly to stop his distructive behavior, along with any other Warforged he comes across. Still, there is something different about Faux. Something slightly more sinister. And Caspian is determined to put an end to his tyranny. The rivalry at this point has almost become natural to him, and he tends to have a good time with such a well matched enemy.

In the meantime, he's been purifying threats to the earth, selling his magic for profit, and flirting with pretty creatures. And he's pretty content with that.

Pokemon: Lilium the Shiny Gardevoir

Pokemon's Backstory:
Lilium, much like Caspian, was a traveling creature that felt the need to protect the innocent people and pokemon who were in danger. She valued the earth as he did, and they had a lot in common. At first, they didn't travel together, but merely worked as alliances against impurities. But as years passed, they found valuable trust and friendship in one another. She decided she would travel with him, and help him on his quest to protect the balance of nature. Nowadays, they are inseperable, and would protect each other with their lives.

Skills:
Caspian is well versed in shapeshifting into practically anything as long as it is naturally created. He can also use levitation, as well as create natural spells and elemental magic with his natural stones and plants. (more info in 'Weapons'.)

Extra info:
- I just used "earth" as a general term for the pokemon universe and the inclusion of DnD aspects.
- might add more later idk yet

Class: Rouge
Looks: Wes is about 5’10, he has messy dark brown hair that hangs just above his intriguing gold eyes, and tan skin. He has well toned muscle and a scar going diagonally across his chest.
Clothing: Wes wears a tan long sleeve shirt underneath a black leather breastplate that extends slightly below his waist and just above his elbows. His left arm (his fighting side) has dark gray chainmail running down it and he wears a black obsidian gauntlet on his left hand. His right arm is unarmed except a leather bracer. He wears black pants and gunmetal gray knee guards that end just above the start of his high black boots. He has a sword the hangs diagonally across his back going from left to right. He wears a black cloak with the hood down that is connected by a silver circle button on the right side, the cloak hangs down to about knee level. He has a one handed crossbow strapped to the outside of his right thigh, a leather pouch with extra arrows and items on the back right side of his hip, and small silver curved daggers discreetly strapped on the outside of each boot.
Personality: Wes may seem rude, stern, or secluded upon first meeting him, but that is merely a front he puts on. In reality Wes is as kind as they come, dreaming of one day becoming an apothecary before he was dragged into the life of a rogue. He has genius level intelligence and pairs that with his great agility to out maneuver enemies in combat, making up for his lack of raw physical strength. His kind soul has been tarnished as a result of growing up, losing faith in the notion of a good and fair world. He has a large desire to gain money, which can make him appear greedy, but in reality he seeks wealth so he can help others.
Alliances: Himself and his Pokémon partners
Enemies: The thieves that murdered the apothecary, The guild of rogues he was formerly a part of, anyone else he sees doing wrong.
Connections: Lots of random people he has helped throughout Kalos
Weapon of choice: Double sided Sword, one-handed crossbow, duel curved daggers
Alignment: He has lost faith in the notion of good and bad and operates in a gray area. He has a strong personal moral code (helping the innocent) but will do things others would deem “bad” to succeed in his goals.
Pokemon: Aerodactyl, Joltik
Backstory: Wes came from a small village that was not even on the map. One year a plague tore through the village and many people fell ill and it often resulted in death. Wes’s younger sister was on the verge of dying when a traveling apothecary came through and cured everyone in the village with the only fee being just enough to pay for the medicine, food to eat, and a place to sleep. Wes admired this apothecary and decided to journey with him as an apprentice. While traveling alongside him he learned medicine and was taught the concept that simply being a good person would allow you to make it in the world. One day after a couple years of traveling together a gang of thieves attempted to mug them, but they did not believe the apothecary when he said he had very little money, as it usually is a wealthy field. The thieves were angered by his small offering of a few coins, which in reality was all he had, and attacked him, thus killing the apothecary. When Wes tried to fight back one of the thieves slashed his chest, leaving him to die. He awoke later taken in by a different guild of Rogues and was forced to to grunt work in order to pay back the debt of his life. However, due to his natural talent he quickly rose through the ranks and was given a high title and great gear (the one-handed crossbow, daggers, and leather armor). After living a life of crime for a few years, he began to forget about his previous dreams, as he received a good fortune as a highly skilled thief and assassin. One day, however, he heard the guild leader bragging about a raid he had done a few years back in a small village that sounded like his own home. He snuck away that night and traveled on Aerodactyl to his hometown, where he was agonized to find it in ruins. He returned to the guild that night, killed the leader and lit the base on fire. He fled on Aerodactyl and has since traveled as a rogue, doing apothecary work for free but gaining the money to do so by doing shady business as a rogue.
Pokemon's Backstory: He was on a quest to recover lost treasure from a cave deep underground that was left by a previous group of rogues that never returned. Upon reaching the bottom he found an Aerodactyl looming over their bones. They engaged in a fight and Wes succeeded in tricking it into crashing into a wall and trapping itself under dislodged rocks. The Aerodactyl began screeching in fear and Wes soon discovered a Joltik that looked mistreated and was attached to a choker collar and a leash. He concluded that the previous band of rogues had enslaved the poor Pokémon (as he heard of guilds that often did) and Aerodactyl has killed them out of anger. He quickly began healing Joltik and freed it from his restraints, earning Aerodactyl’s favor. After healing Joltik he dislodged Aerodactyl from the rocks and worked on healing him. Upon recovering Aerodactyl presented Wes with a treasure chest, upon opening it he found extremely rare and valuable items, including an obsidian gauntlet, an elvish cloak that can conceal your presence in shadows or darkness when the hood is drawn, elvish boots that muffle the sound of your footsteps, and a high carbon steel sword with an obsidian guard with a yellow topaz embedded in the middle of it, sharkskin grip, and an obsidian pommel with a gold covering over the back side of it. In addition to these great gifts, Aerodactyl and Joltik decided to travel with Wes and lend him their abilities.
Skills: Great stealth, genius intellect, great agility, combat (sword, twin daggers, one-handed crossbow, basic hand to hand), medicinal knowledge, lock picking, thievery, basic illusion magic, very little combat magic.
Extra info:
  • While Wes is very weak in combat magic on his own, Joltik will combine forces with him and give him a power boost. For example Joltik may use thunder wave to embed his sword with electricity, use toxic to make his arrows poisonous, use string shot on his arrows to create grappling hooks, use gastro acid to melt barriers, use discharge to “charge” Wes and make him faster and stronger, etc. The idea is that neither is extremely powerful on their own but are very formidable together. Additionally, when combining forces, Wes’s attacks resemble actual Pokémon moves (like a poison coated sword representing poison jab or rapid firing arrows representing pin missile)
  • Aerodactyl is a power house and will fight on his own to support Wes. He is otherwise used for transportation but when he is not needed he can be seen flying around high in the sky keeping an eye on Wes just in case.

Guess I'll give it a shot. Feel free to turn me down, I don't want to be a bother. I have very little experience with RPs like this.

Name: Claire Bennett
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Race: Human
Class: Wizard
Looks: She has long red hair and green eyes, and stands at a height of 5'10. She has a very slim build, is of caucasian descent, and has medium-toned skin. She does have freckles, but they're not very noticeable.
Clothing: She wears a simple black gown, and occasionally puts leaves in her red hair.
Personality: Claire's quirky and a bit strange. She is quite awkward socially, and has trouble meeting new people. She's got no filter, and always speaks her mind - even in very inappropriate situations. Even so, she's pretty likable - much more than she gives herself credit for, anyway. She is overly modest, never taking credit for things she's done - but she always takes responsibility when she messes up.
Alliances: None in particular
Enemies: Anyone who judges her.
Connections: Various people she's helped.
Weapon of choice: If it comes to combat, she prefers a dagger.
Alignment: She aligns with whoever wants her, but mostly good.
Pokemon: Spiritomb
Backstory:
Claire was abandoned at birth, because her parents wanted a boy. She was taken in by a young woman by the name of Ralia, who cared for her until Claire was fourteen. At this age, Claire was growing restless, not really knowing what she wanted to do with her life. She began practicing magic, which her adoptive mother disapproved of. She was abandoned once again - but Claire took it as a blessing. She practiced in secret for some time, often helping people with her magic.
Pokemon's Backstory: (how your character got this pokemon.)
When Claire was seventeen, she found a strange keystone in a well. She could tell that it was no ordinary rock, just by looking at it. She brought it home, hoping to figure out just what it was - until Spiritomb popped out, surprising her. The mischievous Pokemon has followed her ever since, helping her with her craft.
Skills: Magic, cooking, survival
Extra info: N/A
