This is a story where it is a post-apocalyptic setting in the Pokemon world. Humans and Pokemon no longer live with each other in harmony after a nuclear war occurred between the regions and it caused conflict between humans and Pokemon. Humans have started to move towards the extinction of all Pokemon in the world. 60% of Pokemon got wiped out from the war and then another 30% got hunted and killed by humans. only leaving 10% of Pokemon remaining in the world.

You are a Pokemon and you are just simply trying to survive. Food is scarce, there are very few allies and you are hunted so paranoia apart of every Pokemon now. Will you live long enough for this dark age to pass or will you die alongside your fellow species? Will harmony be restored between humans and Pokemon or will Pokemon have to resort to fighting for their lives?

Rules:
  • Make sure you have read the Pokecharms rules before joining
  • No controlling other characters
  • No double posting
  • No one liners, at least three lines per post
  • No overpowered characters, no one is perfect
  • No legendaries/ Mega evolutions
  • Romance is allowed and somewhat encouraged, but keep it PG
  • Swearing is allowed but don't go crazy
  • Post regularly at least once every three days if possible
  • Maximum of three characters per person
  • Death is allowed and encouraged since it can freshen up the RP at times
Before making a character I always encourage people to go outside their comfort zone and be a bit creative with their Ocs.

Name: Ichiro
Species: Monferno
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Appearance: He has a mechanical left arm and he has blue tattoos covering his right arm. He also wears a backpack over his shoulder. He has steam punk style goggles on his forehead and he wears a balaclava scarf that covers the bottom half of his face.
Personality: He is a bit of a lone wolf since he has been through too much trauma and tragedy to want to start having bonds with other people since he's afraid the same thing will just happen to them as it did to everyone else he got close to. However, when he does get close to others, he is a laid back, sarcastic, witty guy. He is a great leader and is good under pressure unless something reminds him of his past.
Other: His tattoos occasionally glow immensely and he is still unsure of the meaning behind them and why he has them.

Appearance: He has a focus band wrap on his left arm has a sea bag. Owns a a fur trimmed blue jacket.
Personality: He acts like an older brother to his group and is usually kind-hearted. He usually doesnt interact with anyone, except for his group, if it doesnt involve their survival. His cold hearted when it comes to the topic of humans and at times blurts out ways on how to kill a human which his group will stop him from doing so since it makes things uncomfortable.

Personality: She's quite the mother hen of the group and sometimes acts harshly when her boys acts impulsive or reckless. She's the practical thinker of the group and doesnt really like it when people insult or hurt others.

Appearance: He has a leather harness that allows him to carry multiple bags and metal talons over his talons to add more damage to his opponents.
Personality: He might be big but his a kid at heart. His the one that always helps his group escape and the fastest in air borne.

I'm so sorry if it's all short but I have nothing to write in the appearance and the personality because this is my first time doing a Pokémon-only rp and I cant really think of anything there personality since I could sometimes change it and made them too OOC.

Personality: Leafy is a bit of a loner, and usually hides from other pokemon. She's scared
of a ton of things. And she really loves eating berries, but if she meets somebody, she'll try to be friends with them.

Appearance: Other than looking like the average Ducklett, Icing is wearing a pouch with herbs in it, and goggles on his forehead.
Personality: Icing is always naughty and causing trouble, and loves to eat. He'll usually try to paint, like a Smeargle.

Appearance: Wears thin silver bracelets on both of her arms and a silver necklace with a pink petal amulet.
Personality: Mature and gentle Sure is known to scavenge different lands and aid surviving pokemon who were to injured or scared to move. She is a kind soul but very strict and motherly to even those older than her, when not out rescuing other's she spends her days sitting in her flower garden and tended to it's beauty. She is known to have visitors when sick or injured pokemon can't heal themselves due to her willingness to take them in and her knowledge of medical necessities.

Personality: Quick to fight and hot-headed, Matchi tends to get himself into trouble but he is also selfless and brave in many ways. He thinks of everything as a competition and can be thought to be quite immature, he thinks of it as living life to the fullest.

Appearance: Sylvie has a very weak appearance, with scars and cut up, rough fur. Her pink patches are faded, and her bows are torn up. Her ears and tail are rough and also torn - the same situation with her ribbons.
Personality: Sylvie is a loner, and always hides away from everybody. She is very weak and always paranoid a trainer is creeping up on her, ready to attack her. She is anxious and very shy, scared of what will happen in the future. Luckily she has a best friend, a Vaporeon, called Aqua, who protects her.
Other: Sylvie has a very weak heart, and this really limits her from doing anything. Her best friend is a Vaporeon called Aqua. She lives in an abandoned house in Pallet Town with Aqua.

Appearance: Aqua has very smooth, bright blue skin and bright, indigo eyes. Her ears are long and help her to absorb water from ponds/lakes/streams and bring them back for Sylvie and her. Aqua also has a very long tail, and always tries to stay positive, so she always has a natural, pretty smile on her face.
Personality: Aqua is a kind, caring girl who always tries to stay positive. She is very protective of her best friend Sylvie, sorry for her. Due to her caring nature, she is quite sensitive and will do what she can to protect a Pokemon in need. Aqua is quite confident with Pokemon, as she is quite sociable, but with people she is terrified. She trains herself often, but not all the time in case trainers attack her and Sylvie, resulting in her being pretty strong.
Other: Aqua is best friends with Sylvie, and will do all she can to protect her. She lives in an abandoned house in Pallet Town with Sylvie.

Species: Joltik
Gender: Female
Age: 10
Appearance: Jolty, being a tiny Pokemon at default, is even smaller than the average Joltik, allowing her MANY ways to hide. She has fuzzy but dull yellow coloured hair which can randomly spew little electric bolts, however, even though she has dull yellow coloured fuzz, the blue on her is very bright.
Personality: Jolty is a tiny, shy Joltik who likes to hide in trees, struggling to survive. She has tried to become strong, to fight off the regular illnesses she receives, but this never works. She is normally quite shy, but with friends, she will turn into a funny, quirky jokester - although she doesn't want to make friends, as she is cautious of everything until she can TRULY trust them. Jolty is quite stubborn, but humble as well, whilst also being a sarcastic comedian who makes witty comebacks - sometimes.
Other: Jolty has no friends and moves into a different tree every day.

He knows many secrets around him, taking a ranger training course. He will help anyone who asks, but will hurt anything that gets in his way.
Other: Blade was once a pokemon ranger. He was attacked by his partner, causing him to grow a deep resentment to all humans, especially rangers.

Appearance: A regular Eevee, although much smaller than average. A ragged pink bandana covers the cream fluff around her neck.
Personality: Hana is quite optimistic and joyful, seeing the best of her pretty awful situation. She'll always be talking, trying to cheer up her companions with jokes or just wishful thinking. However, she understands when to be quiet and will always be respectful around new people, as she's been taught making enemies is not a smart thing to do.

Species: Absol
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance: A standard Absol; a dark blue base with thick white fur and deep red eyes. She hides a golden necklace within the thicker fur around her neck with a cracked and useless Absolite attached to it.
Personality: A massive loner. She suffered at a young age and was taken in by a kind trainer, so she has an unreasonable trust for humans. Her trainer was one of the few who saved their Pokémon, releasing Serena when they could no longer keep her safe. She still trusts trainers, but is much more cautious now and tends to keep wholly to herself to protect herself. She will act emotionless around strangers and will only open up to those she has known for a long time.
Other: Hana's guardian; she's unhealthily skinny because she gives all her food to the Eevee

Species: Umbreon
Gender: Male
Age: 13
Appearance: He's very roughed up, cuts and scratches covering his body and his short fur unkempt. He has a short blue ribbon tied around his paw, a memento from a friend long lost.
Personality: He's upfront and confrontational, picking a fight with anyone who's willing and never backing down from a challenge. He'll get defensive if asked about his past, and a little misty-eyed if asked why he travels alone. Sometimes he'll sit and stare at the ribbon and, if he's approached in this state, he'll be much more emotional and perhaps even open up a bit more if you're lucky. His habit of getting into unnecessary battles often leads to him getting even more beat up and he'll usually act... weaker after a big fight, even if he won.
Other: If any of my characters are going to die, it's probably him.
