Ok, the confirmation e-mails have been sent out. If you're coming down, make sure you got yours, 'cos if you didn't - you aren't on my list tomorrow. (Or your e-mail client ate it).

I'll include a copy of the confirmation in the topic below, but just to clarify a few things:

If you registered without a full team, didn't complete the form properly, included banned Pokemon, didn't supply a valid e-mail address or applied in spanish. Your entry was considered invalid and deleted.

Also, due to a coding error on my part, nobody's held items were registered - so they will all have to be registered tomorrow when your teams are checked off.

We wont be putting any names into the Tournament listing tomorrow until after 1pm. And it will be first-come, first-served. Due to the time it may take to put the first bracket together, the tournament itself may not start until closer to 2pm.

When you are entered into the tournament, you'll be given a sticker with your number on it. When it's your time to battle, we'll be calling your number - so don't lose it, and try not to wander off for too long either.

For those who make it down after the tournament is full, but have registered, your name will be marked for priority in the next one - whenever or wherever it is.

Anyway, I hope you all make it down and all have a great time - it should be good fun. :)

And the confirmation e-mail's details:

This e-mail is to confirm that your registration has been accepted for the Pokecharms UK Tournament and that you may enter if you arrive in time to be placed in the Tournament.

The following is a confirmation of the final details of the Tournament:
-Location: GamerBase, in HMV Manchester - opposite the Arndale Center.
- Time: Registration in the tournament begins at 1pm. No entries will be accepted before then and it will be first-come first served to be placed in the Tournament Tree. The Tournament will last no longer than 4.30-5pm.
-Team Changes: You may make changes to your team before the event, but it must be checked by Pokecharms Staff and edited into your registration details. These changes must also follow the rules of the Tournament.
-If you arrive too late to enter the Tournament: We will have another station set up for casual battles, and there will be plenty of people to trade and battle with outside of the Tournament. You can also avail yourself of the Gamerbase facilities so long as there are enough free stations.

PRICE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Entry into the tournament will cost £6 to cover the cost of the facility, prizes and server costs in relation to the Tournament. You will also have to register with Gamerbase upon arrival - but this is free of cost. If you wish to use the Gamerbase systems while at the event, they are available for £3 per hour.

PRIZES:
First prize will be a new, UK copy of Pokemon Platinum, a Pokemon Platinum wallet, a choice of 2 hours free play time at Gamerbase or an HMV £5 voucher and a secret prize organised by the Pokecharms staff.
Runner up will receive a Pokemon Platinum Wallet, a rare in-game item of their choice and a choice of 2 hours free play time at Gamerbase or an HMV £5 voucher.
All other competitors in the Tournament can select a rare in-game item to receive.

We look forward to seeing you at the Tournament tomorrow, and good luck!
