To sum it up: Pirates have Cpt. K. Rool, ninjas have Kakashi. Pirates have Cpt. Hook, ninjas have Koga. Pirates have Tetra, ninjas have Sheik. Pretty even to me.

You forgot two more, Pirates have Cpt. Jack Sparrow, Ninjas have Naruto.
