Well, personally I think that the pincers look stuck-on tackily and they're a bit too big for the head - I just mean because the bottoms kinda stick-out a bit.

Did you save it as a JPG? Beacuse if you did, it's gonna effect the quality of the image a lot. So save it as a PNG. It will work wonders.
Now...
The feet appear to be too thin for the Pikachu and the horns are too big. Way too big. And it's left arm is almost invisible... but a valient effort.
