Reaver’s heavy body stomped toward Kiro, as Kiro futile attempted to stay in a defensible position. A long pole extended from his wrist, which seemed to have a curved blade and a special injection tool as well.

“Pathetic. But your feisty. I’ll remember you for that.”

The tip of the injection tool scrapped across Kiro’s wound, covering it in blood. It then exchanged out for another tool, a stamp. The stamp was loaded with the blood of the wound, the kanji for ‘feisty’ written on it. Reavers intimidating mech like figure stopped inches away from kiro, the stamp aimed to put the imprint on Kiro’s headband, awhile his thick metal left arm aimed to lift him by the neck

Kiro felt blood drip from the left side of his face after Reaver sliced it with the injection tool. It stung, but it wasn’t as bad as his ongoing headache. No matter how much he struggled, Kiro wasn’t able to do much when Reaver grabbed him by the neck and lifted him up. Seeing as it was only option, with each hand, Kiro reached for a kunai in his weapon pouches. With one of Reaver’s hands already occupied, he shouldn’t be able to stop both of Kiro’s attack’s. “I warned you not too touch me!” Kiro exclaimed, blood dripping from his face. Quickly pulling out a kunai in each hand, Kiro attempted to slit Reaver’s neck with one and slice off the pole with the other.

Shen: King of Digimon

Previously Shen: King of the Mist
The kunai hit Reaver’s metal casing around his chest and neck, barley making a dent. Reaver’s eyes looked down at it and back up at Kiro, cocking his head. While he was watching that, the other kunai slashed at the extended pole, the pole sparking as it was half severed, hanging by threads.

“A fitting title for my next trophy. There will be tales of you, you shall not be forgotten.”

The extended pole retreated back, it’s head being switched out for another pole’s base, which seemed to have around six extra spares. It extended out once again. Reaver looked back to Kiro. He imprinted the stamp on him, reading ‘Fesity’ from the kanji. Now, he prepared his bladed tool on the opposite end of the pole, the curved blade...meant for scalping.

Shura looked at what Reaver was doing from around the corner. “I don’t know who that guy is but I can’t just watch someone get killed.” He thought to himself as he reached back into one of the bags around his waist. He pulled out a shuriken. “Wind style: Wind Enchantment.” He said after rising his other hand and extending 2 fingers. The shuriken would then get covered by a layer of wind, enhancing its speed and sharpness. Hen then glanced back towards Reaver and threw the shuriken at him before ducking back behind cover.

Sagisō

While not intentional, Sagisō was still able to keep a perfect visual on Kiro from the moment they'd been in the arena. She wasn't pushing her Byakugan too far, fearful that the overexertion would cause her to lose her vision, she'd kept it open at a comfortable level, allowing her to see her immediate surrounding for several hundred meters. Kiro, as well as quite a few others unlucky shinobi that'd fallen down here, just so happened to fall into her field of view. She'd initially been heading towards Kiro anyway, as she'd heard Uchiha had a natural affinity for Fire and she'd planned to have him litterally blast their way to freedom. Her wind natured chakra would bolster his fire jutsu and on top of that she would be able to choose a spot that had nothing above it as to avoid another cave in. It was a seemingly fool-proof plan that'd blast her a path straight to the surface- or at least it would be if the Uchiha could keep his life intact long enough for her to reach him. She briefly considered just having Taiyo be her fire user, but she wasn't able to find a path that connected them in her immediate civinity, and if they tried to fire a large-scalled jutsu in this location, the entire stadium above them might just collapse and bury them all. She mentally cursed the lack of fire-nature users and grit her teeth, sprinting to save her ticket out of these godforsaken cavern.

She hadn't been that far away in the first place, and as such, arrived in a matter of second. Her fingers dove into the sash of her Yukata and hooked around a pair of Kunai which she promptly threw towards the armored man who was about to kill her most immediate means of escaping the tunnel. Attached to the kunai were paper bombs, which while being completely fake, might be enough to give her an oppertunity to rescue the Uchiha.

Reaver looked up, still hoisting Kiro. His right arm seemed to be changing it’s arsenal while his left hand holding Kiro, moved the helpless boy in the way of the shuriken. If they didn’t break of their path toward him, they would surely hit the captive.

“You have to try something more creative next ti-“

Before he could finish his sentence, he heard the sound of more projectiles being launched. More pests? He quickly looked over, putting his armored arm in the way, the kunai deflecting off, hitting the ground. On the ground, he noticed paper bombs attached to the backs of the kunai. His eyes flew open. Distract me from the front and blow me up from the back? That’s a tactic fitting of my incorporation... while reaver was impressed, he couldn’t get out of the way due to his lack of speed. So he threw him in the way of the shuriken and hunkered down, his arms and legs folding together, as he practically became a boulder of armor, awaiting an explosion.

Shura watched as Reaver put Kiro in front of him as a shield and scoffed. "Tch, coward." He said to himself as he flicked his finger and made the shuriken curve away from Kiro. He then noticed someone else throw the kunai with the fake explosive tags. "Someone else is here." He then looked at Reaver throw Kiro at the tags. "Crap!" He thought.

Sagisō

Needless to say, Sagisō certainly wouldn't miss the chance she'd both created and had been waiting for. She rushed forwards, pumping chakra into her legs and increasing the precision of her Byakugan. She was 100% certain that neither of the two people present would be fooled by her fake paper bombs for long, so whatever she was doing she had to do it quickly. She arrived beside Kiro in seconds, grabbing one of his arms and then quickly retreating back to her original position by performing a great leap. She didn't really expect her opponents to watch dumbly as she retreated so she also prepared a bit of trouble for them. With her remaining arm, she placed a scroll in her mouth, before whipping out a series of kunai and shuriken with wires attached. She tossed the shuriken around the hunkered Reaver, watching carefully as the strings spooled around the surrounding rocks near the shinobi.

As soon as she landed she threw Kiro to the side and unfurled the scroll in her mouth. This scroll contained the fire sealing technique, which had sealed a weaker Fire-styled jutsu. Of course, Sagisō had not been the one to seal the jutsu as she didn't know any fuinjutsu, and neither was she capable of fire style. She'd received this scroll from her aunt when she'd tried to test the effects of fire release in combination with her own wind release. She wanted to see if by sealing a fire jutsu beforehand she could unseal it in battle and add her wind jutsu to create a devastating attack. She'd used up all the other scrolls of this type during training and this was the last one she'd retained. Her attempts had ended in failure because weaker flames would be blown out by her wind style, while she couldn't control stronger flames proficiently enough without burning herself. Her only real use for this scroll was setting a campfire or some other equally mundane task. Well, that was until now.

She pressed her hand down onto the scroll and released the fire style technique, tongues of flames leaping from the scroll until they made contact with threads attached to her shuriken. The flames burned their way down the thread, filling the scene with fire as they traced their way towards Reaver. While the attack itself wouldn't be able to too much damage, she planned to let the shinobi cook himself to death. Since he liked turtling up in his armor so much he could boil in it as well.

Reaver began to unfold, realizing that the bomb would have exploded by now if it were real. His arms had begun to fold out when he hit wires with fire climbing on them. His priddd suit would no doubt take much damage from simple heat. However, it began to resonate throughout the surrounding areas, making Reaver sweat on the inside from the heat.

“Going to make me feel parched? Is that your plan?” Reaver announced, his legs now unfolding, coming back in his true state, his arms and legs wrapped by the wires. “I have claimed that trophy. But you’ll be a fine addition as well. What should I call it?”

The metal heating started to singe his skin on the inside. He winced before looking at the wires. He took his left hand and yanked the wires off of his metal casing. His frame then lifted his two arms into the air, facing both Sagiso and Shura’s positions.

“Perish!!”

Out of tubes under his metal cases arms, several spheres shot out, rolling around the cave area. Upon closer inspection, these spheres were covered in paper bombs, and real ones too! Reaver has planned to blow both of them sky high and claim his prizes

Shura saw the incoming paper bombs. “That’s not good.” He then waved a few hand signs. “Wind style: Air Breath!” He shoute as a stream of wind escaped from his mouth and blew the paper bomb upwards. He then saw that the flaming wired hasn’t completely died out yet and pulled a scroll out of him tactical vest. He tossed next to the wires and Reaver, as the scroll rolled open, Shura put his hands together with two fingers extended. “Wind release: Twister Trap!” He shouted. A twister of wind would then form at Reaver’s feet, starting small to make the fire around it grow before becoming much bigger and absorbing the fire into it, making a forensic tornado.

For Kiro, everything was a blur. All he knew was that his body was basically being thrown around like some ragdoll. First, Reaver attempted to use him as a body shield to protect himself from shuriken that a mysterious shinobi had thrown in an effort to save him. Luckily, none of the shuriken made any contact. However, Kiro suddenly found himself being flung in another direction. Kiro wanted to know why, but that all changed when he felt someone grab his arm.

Kiro was still concussed, so his mind wasn’t allowing him to think clearly. What he saw, or perhaps who he saw, shattered the fragile state he was already in. His mind seemed to be going a mile a second and the pounding in his head only made it worse. ‘No, it’s her! The demon princess!’ When Kiro saw that it was Sagisō who grabbed him, he nearly had a mental breakdown. He couldn’t believe it. Was he about to be saved once again by her?!

To be make matters worse, when Sagisō landed, she simply tossed Kiro away like he was some toy. ‘This is blasphemy! I’m being treated like I’m some doll!’ Kiro’s fingers dug into the ground under him, his anger boiling over. The nerve Sagisō and Reaver had to throw him around was something Kiro couldn’t stand for. It was a disgrace in every sense of the word. What had he done to receive such a curse? Were the words that had been stuck in his mind not enough for her? Not only had Sagisō verbally shut him down, but now on more than one occasion, Kiro had been disgracefully saved by her. He couldn’t allow himself to fall this low.

However, all Kiro could do for the moment was watch as Sagisō used a scroll to summon flames before the other ninja, Shura, threw another scroll at Reaver’s feet. “What the fuck is going on?” Kiro mumbled to himself, slowly trying to stand up as he watched the wind merge with the flames to form a fire tornado. “It can’t get anymore crazier...” Kiro murmured, before looking towards the light from the opening Reaver had made. He blinked a few more times as his eyes were still a bit sensitive to the light. ‘Now’s my chance!’ Kiro figured that while Sagisō and the other ninja did battle, he could take this chance to escape. If Sagisō expected his help, Kiro would be damned if he even lifted a finger for her. With a slight limp, Kiro slowly and methodically started to make his way around the battle, towards the light.

Reaver’s metallic frame whirred and whizzed when the fire tornado whipped up. He was too late to hunker down, but his defenses were still powerful all in their own. His pole attachment which had sunk in earlier snapped compelling off, falling down on fire. The flame pillar surrounding him proved dangerous to the rain ninja, as he staggered back, his armor glowing red hot. Some of it burning into his skin like a cattle brand. He groaned in agony.

“Ngh! I know exactly what to call you...” he addressed the male hyuga. “‘Victim’.”

The attachment on his right hand had proved finally ready, as it went from the extended pole to a harpoon, which shot out alarmingly quick, covered in paper bombs at the tip, the aim was to explode when coming into contact with his skin.

All the while, the explosive balls he had sent out earlier blew up simultaneously, causing quite an explosive scene.

........

Kai and his newfound prisoner had reached the overworks. Kai emerged on a pillar of water, getting to the top of the leaf village’s wall, the block of ice prison filling suite. Waiting for them, was Kai’s father and the rest of the Yuki delegation. Kai bowed, before snapping his fingers, releasing tsuki from the prison.

“I have completed the mission father. But she proved to be of traitorous thoughts, even condemning me and our clan if she had the power.”

The older Yuki’s gazed fell to Tsuki. He calmly walked over to her, his stare cold as his Kekkei genkai.

“Tsuki. Do you know what makes our clan so special?” He said quizzically. “Sure our abilities are impressive, but MORE than that. What separates us from the rest?”

Taking out a disc made of ice, he made a small skin cut on himself. The back of the disk pooling up red, freezing over like red ice. He showed it to the girl.

“Our clan is thicker than our blood. We help one another, even if we had never met each other. Family always comes first. Condemning a family member is one thing, but cursing our clan is another. This is unacceptable. How will you repay me?”

Sagisō

Jumping backward, Sagisō retreated, the corner of her lip twitching in a barely suppressed rage. 'That ungrateful...[REDACTED] Uchiha.' Since she'd kept her Byagukan on in preparation for any sudden changes in the situation she was clearly able to see Kiro as he tried to limp away after she, risked life and limb to save him, and honestly, she had half a mind correcting her mistake and just taking his life in compensation. Not that she'd actually do that of course...

From the way the situation seemed to develop, whoever else was in these caves appeared to be on their side, and was also a wind-style user like herself. Nevertheless, they seemed to get the idea and had used their wind-style to boost her fake-fire style. Although she'd noticed the paper bombs that Reaver threw out she'd just assumed they were fake, like her own. No idiot would actually set off explosions underground...right? She soon realized she was wrong... very, very wrong. She once again reaffirmed the fact that she was surrounded by complete idiots, at least...for the moment. Clapping her hands together she released a Gale Palm, allowing the jutsu to halt the explosive bead in mid-air. The Nadeshiko kunoichi then continued to make a decision that didn't involve burying herself and her opponent under 20 tons for rock. She fled.

As she blew past Kiro she halted. She couldn't let him die here, she still had the use for him, and considering the situation his cooperation no longer required his consent. She narrowed her fingers down to two and performed a technique she'd been itching to try on someone ever since she'd learned it. 8 Trigrams 8 palms. Considering Kiro's physical state, just 8 palms would be enough to leave him temporarily immobile, and any more might just outright kill him. Since she was currently behind Kiro she aimed at his back, aiming for the chakra point that allowed chakra to flow to his legs. Carrying him around like a bean bag wasn't the most efficient choice, but it was better than allowing his resistance, and she didn't have that much time to think up alternatives. It definitely wasn't because she just wanted to hit him after he'd tried to escape.

Should the attack land, she would use the final two palms to, as gently as possible, blast Kiro into one of he off-shoot caves while she dived into another one for cover. She'd just leave him there until she'd taken care of Reaver, and then come back to pick him up once she was ready. There was an idea stirring in the back of her mind that she wanted to test, and she doubt Kiro currently had the ability to resist her. She knew it was possible to use another person's help to weave hand-seals...but could you also force them to use jutsu? She'd seen Kiro use a fire-style technique in his battle against Hashima, and she'd also seen the way the chakra in his chakra system moved while performing the technique. If she injected chakra into him and mimicked the pattern of movement from that jutsu while also forcing him to make the hand seals she just might be able to force him to use a jutsu as well. She figured that he might have been able to resist her if he had a bit more strength as he could forcefully disrupt her attempts at controlling the chakra she gave him, but given his current physical state and the fact that 8 of his chakra points would've been blocked, she doubted he could put up any meaningful resistance. She wasn't really sure if her theory would work though, or what side-effects it might have. What if she messed up and he exploded or something? Well...that was a little exaggerated, he probably wouldn't explode...but she'd need to be careful not to cause any internal damage to him, or at the very least no permanent ones.

Shura was hit by the harpoon strait in the chest, but then his body dissipated into wind which stopped the harpoon in the air. A stream of wind then blew out from behind a corner and blew back the explosion from Reaver’s other bomb. "Wind style: Wind doppelganger." The real Shura said as he walked out from around the corner. "I thought you were just a coward at first but it seem you're an idiot who doesn't know how to strategize either." He said as the harpoon he caught exploded. Shura waved a few signs. "Wind style: Storm wall." He shouted before a huge gust of wind appeared around Shura and blew the explosion from the harpoon and some of the other explosion around Shura back towards Reaver, but not directly at him but above him, aiming to crate some rubble to fall on the armored ninja.

Still dazed and concussed, Kiro continued to unsteadily walk towards the light. A fire tornado along with exploding balls did not help Kiro’s already shattered mental state. He just kept himself away from the action as he continued to limp away, completely forgetting that there were two Hyūgas. The range of the byakugan had completely escaped Kiro’s mind along with a majority of his other knowledge. The only two things on his mind were escaping this cave and staying as far as possible from Sagisō.

His idea seemed to be working until Reaver’s balls literally exploded. The explosion seemed to shake the cave as well as Kiro, who could barely keep his balance. However, before he could completely fall over and become crushed by a ton of boulders, Sagisō seemingly flew past him at a good speed. Kiro nearly fell over by what he thought was the breeze that followed her. Instead, he felt himself lose control of his legs as he was struck in the back. Kiro was still in disbelief that Sagisō had dared to come to his rescue and now... ‘She’s trying to kill me now?!’ Before he could even respond, Kiro felt himself being suddenly blasted away by another strike. His body flew into an offshoot cave before suddenly crashing onto the ground. His entire body lay still for a moment as Kiro was face down, more disoriented than before.

Still, Kiro managed to stay somewhat conscious as he opened his eyes. ‘Damn her! If she thinks this will keep from down...’ Kiro placed one arm forward and then slowly started to drag the rest of his body with it. “Damnit, I’ll crawl out of here if I have too!”

Reaver twitched as his enemy came out of cover, his eyes became more intense. His deep breathing was now audible, his arms rasing. As he did so, a heavy helmet seemed to slide in place over his head. On the helmet remained a grill to speak from.

“Coward, COWARD?!? A coward hides in the face of danger, a warrior FIGHTS!!!!!!”

As the enemy ninja called out his wind style justu, he raised both of his hands to face him. Out of compartments hidden In His wrists, railroad spikes began to shoot out, aimed for his enemy’s body. The spikes were made of iron, heavy and durable. The spikes fired in twos, trying to shoot through the wind wall with piercing power.

During this, the explosions went off around the cave, rocks fell everywhere, violently bursts of concussive energy going off all across the cave floor. The wall ceiling began to crumble, lighting shining through to the village above. They seemed to be on the edge of the wall, in the housing district. Rocks fell everywhere, some of a rebounded explosive went off above reaver as loud *CLANKS* hit across his armor. Clanks starting to litter his armor. Before long, the drill extensions on his shoulders began to hack at the falling debris over him, lessening the overall effect

Tsuki stared at the leader of the Yuki-nin, his face seemed devoid of emotion which was relieving to her. Anger had been her greatest fear, she could handle disappointment much better, and even if the older man had a shard of anger in him, he never showed. She opened her mouth to speak before hesitating, if she wanted the Yuki clan to see the truth, she must first accept their lies.
"I will do whatever you or Kai asks of me. I will train, I will learn to kill, and I will not associate with another Xeno unless instructed to," Tsuki offered, hoping that this would please the older Yuki-nin, unknowing of an anonymous figure watching the village with disdain.
"It's only a matter of time before they perish," The stranger then walked towards the
Meanwhile, a small leak of water had started to fill the corridor of where he was running down, he also heard noises of a battle taking place elsewhere.
I can't let it end yet, I need to apologize to Furijia about making her cry. Until then, I have a job to do. And I am still in debt with Tsuki, I have yet to save her, so I certainly cannot die here, not when someone out there is responsible for saving my life. He was convicted that this would not be where his grave lied, not when he is still in debt.
"Guys, what do we do now?"

Kai was internally pleased at the remission from Tsuki, weather it be genuine or out of fear. He hadn’t stopped kneeling before his father and clan leader as the older Yuki-nin circled around Tsuki with a commanding presence. With the ice disk still in hand with the small trace of his blood on it, he flipped it to the other side, the side without blood.

“Not to Kai, not anyone else. To your family, and to the Yuki clan and their head. No matter whom that may be. Loyalty. Your family will never turn a blade to you. I have been told you haven’t taken the oath. Now is the time.”

He handed Tsuki the ice disk, the side without blood facing her. He awaited her response. Meanwhile, Kai took off his mask and watched the rare occasional in which a Yuki nin was sworn into the clan.

“Do you sware to uphold the name of your clan, learn our arts and ways, and uphold our sacred traditions?”

Mori was shocked when he felt the earth rumble. "An earthquake? Here?" Since the rumble stopped soon, he doubted that it was an ordinary earthquake or even an earthquake at all. It seemed to come from Konoha but when he tried to enter, the village was in ruins and a barrier was around it. "What the heck is going on here? The village is a mess!" Mori was determined to get inside and since he could not dispel the barrier, he tried it an other way. "Earth Style: Hiding like a mole technique!" Mori sank through the ground eventually finding a cave system that seemingly allowed him to be under Konoha. "I just hope there are no more tremors like the last one, don't feel like being crushed today."

The Yuki-nin briefly hesitated, she thought that if she went too far in this phase of her plan where she obediently accepted their lies. However, Tsuki believed herself to be smart enough to hold out until she had extra conclusive evidence that the Xenophobic ways are flawed, was worthy of being listened to, and had the ability to fight to prove her use to the clan and her friends.
"I swear to uphold my clan's name, learn the Yuki clan's arts and traditions and uphold our sacred traditions," The female genin clenched the ice disk and a special determination sparked in her eyes. While most of it was fake, there was a small part that was real, the ember of pride she had in being a member of her family, the desire to protect and please her clanmates, and the yearning to bond with her family.

After around 5 minutes of walking Mori came across quite the scene, hurt genin or new chuunin, marks of explosions and a shinobi with...metal armor? Mori whistled. "Whatever happened here must have been one rough fight. Let's see what will happen here. Earth Style: Hiding in Rock technique!" Mori hid in the walls of the cave system, keeping an eye on the situation and ready to interfere if needed to.

Sagisō

The flames of the explosion raged as Sagisō took cover around the corner of an off-shoot tunnel. She stared worriedly at the ceiling, gauge how much more punishment these caves could handle before they caved...no pun intended. Once the explosion had died down, she blitzed Reaver, rushing in close to get closer to taijutsu range where she could let loose and really lay into him. While charging at Reaver she slung some kunai knives towards his face and meanwhile she finally got a good chance to look at the newcomer...or rather two newcomers. Besides the first shinobi, who she found recognizable as she'd seen him around the Hyūga manor before he'd left on his mission, the second was a new face to her. However, considering he chose to hide rather than engage she only made a mental note to keep an eye on him in case of an attempted ambush, but otherwise payed little to no attention to him.

Furījia

No one would really stop just because you asked them to, so Furījia only ran faster when she heard her pursuers gaining on her. While she wouldn't usually make such an irrational decision, she wasn't in the mental state for any kind of logical thinking and that's also why she didn't even notice as she moved closer and closer to the source of the cave's flooding. As she passed by an intersection a geyser of water erupted from one of the cavern's paths and blindsided her, washing her along with it as it continued rushing through the caves. She flailed helplessly in the water, barely managing to avoid being slammed against the protruding rocks or walls of the cave through a feat of sheer luck.

Reaver, unknowing of the outcome of the railway spikes he shot out toward Shura, he heard kunai hit his metal helmet. If he hadn’t been wearing it, it would have pierced his skull for sure. The accuracy was to be commendable. However, pericing metal with a throwing knife was not going to be an easy task. The kunai seemingly bounced off of his helmet, making small dents in the armor. He turned to his second assailant.

“The Famed Hyuga of the leaf. Will surely make a good trophy!”

Unknowing she actually WASNT from the leaf, he turned his right arm to face the charging girl, twin death spikes shooting out, and a seemingly clear colored gas emmitting from under his wrist as well.

.............

The Yuki clan leader swiped quickly and cleanly a small cut in Tsuki, just barley making the back of the ice plate red. He looked at it, seeing the blood on both sides. He handed it to a scribe behind him, who had quickly stashed it away.

“The oath is complete. Now we should no longer have to fear and unruled behavior on your part, which is a relief. I was almost afraid you had lost your way.”

Kai stood up and applauded, a few other Yuki present doing the same. It was a orovekage to watch a coming of age ceremony such as that. Usually this ceremony happened to toddlers or those at age 6, but Tsuki’s ninja training was begining late, therefore needed a later ceremony. Kai’s father looked at her.

“You are now an honorary genin. You may Persue the ranks of ninja now, and bring glory to our clan as well as our village. Congratulations.”

Tsuki
Tsuki bowed respectfully, even if she was faking most of this, the respect behind her bow and her happiness for this opportunity was genuine. She now looked at the cut, the blood dripping out and being reminded of Taiyo. She shook her head and went to Kai and asked a question.
"So, where should I start?" Her eyes had an almost childlike sense of wonder in them as this was her first day training. I'll have to forget about my old friends for now, until I can get them to see, this is my life now. The Yuki-nin was hopeful that her reaearch would benefit her for something.

Taiyo
Eventually, Taiyo had caught up with where Furijia, only to be swept away by a separate wave of water. Kai, forgiving Tsuki’s misdeeds had brushed himself off, still having his mask off. Which was rare for anyone to see happen who wasn’t a mist ninja.

“Simple, aquire missions, discover intel, or do as much for our village and people as possible. I’m surprised your coming to me as your source of guidance, but I’m happy to see your coming into the fold quite nicely.”

Kai looked to her and analyzed her up and down. Her intelligence gatherings skills were great, but her justu seemed worryingly undeveloped, especially since she couldn’t break out of his ice prison earlier.

“Tell me, what do you know of our clan’s kekkei Genkai?”

Sagisō

When she saw Reaver turn around the corners of Sagisō's lips curved into a smirk while she dropped into a split immediately, wincing at the feel of her legs scraping against the rocky ground which while certainly not comfortable, was bearable. She'd effectively dropped under the twin spikes and as they sailed over her head, she pulled a set of senbon from her pouch, threw them into the air, and then begun weaving hand seals. "Wind Style: Violent Whirlwind"

She waited until the senbon fell past her mouth and then blew with the full force her lungs could dispatch. The senbon flew along the wind aiming directly at Reaver's face, where they would embed themselves nicely into his skull, preferably killing him on the stop. However, Sagisō didn't really think that'd happen. What she actually wanted to do was create an opening for the other Hyūga to score a hit on Reaver as he was much closer to the shinobi than Sagisō was.

Mori was impressed by the genin working together against the armored shinobi. "Not bad, but what did he say about a trophy? Does he want to behead someone?" He looked at the armored shinobi and knew he was nearly invincible, but the least he could do was stop those death spikes from killing anyone. He just hoped he had enough chakra to do so. "Earth Style: Rock Dome!" A rock dome surrounded the armored shinobi, although Mori was forced out of the wall from lack of chakra. "Damn, that is still a bit too much." He looked at the genin that now knew of his existance and he wondered what they were going to do with him. Kill him, capture him or try to befriend him? He didn't know but he was not going to go down without a fight if he was attacked.

The wind boosted senbon proved to be a good concentrated hit, as the needles just barley pierced Reaver’s helmet armor. They didn’t go all the way through, but they managed to creates holes none the less. Reaver growled, snapping the senbon needles in half once they were stuck in his armor.

“I know what to call you. You’ll be remembered as the strategist.”

Before he could get his attacks he had planned off, an earth dome surrounded him. He was surprised as the sudden dome as both of his enemies were wind style users. Either they were actually jounin or a third ninja interfered.

No matter. He brought out the two drills extensions coming from his shoulders and began to drill away at the dome he was in. Slowly but surely he was piercing the barrier. He took this opportunity to change the weapons on his left and right arms.

Mori could feel the dome being pierced but reinforcing it could kill him due to having low chakra reserves. This was going to go south very fast and he did not like it. "Where the hell did he get something to dig through my Rock Dome? Just who is this guy?"

Mori tried to stand up but had to hug the wall. If only he had a Military Ration Pill with him, he could fight better. Sadly, that was not the case and the armored shinobi did not stop digging through the dome.

Tsuki
As Kai had asked her the question, Tsuki felt disappointed in herself, she only documented the fighting styles of Xenos, while she was armed with a baseline knowledge of what it is, she lacked proper usage of it.
"All I know is that it is a combination of the Wind and Water nature transformations, and it is another thing that separates us from Xenos," Tsuki offered up her knowledge, attempting to be as professional as possible.
---------------------------------------------
Taiyo
The Leaf-nin had been swimming for a while when he saw a figure free-floating so to speak in the water. Immediately, Taiyo thought that it was Furijia and he called out to her, also it sounded more like gargling due to being submerged underwater. He increased his speed by pushing off of a rock and reached out to her.
-------------------------------------------------
Seiun
As the Chunin stood at the gate of the mist village, there were two Jounin guards that were stationed there. Seiun had the clothes of a genin that had the unfortunate chance encounter with him and so, he decided to casually walk into the village, readying a sleep Genjustu in case he was stopped.

Sagisō

Although slightly surprised that the hidden ninja chose to interfere at this moment, Sagisō had no intention of letting the chance he'd given her slip away. "Byakugan!" She spent a few moments observe Reaver, who was within the rock dome and then rushed forward. Since he was drilling through the dome, she pulled a small stack of paper bombs from her ninja pouch and slapped them around where his drills would exit the dome if her were to continue. This way, while he was drilling his drill would pierce the paper bombs and set them off, hopefully blowing off his arms, or even better outright killing him. These weren't timed paper bombs so they wouldn't go off prematurely, but she was capable of remotely detonating them should Reaver, for some reason, manage to avoid those paper bombs.

She cast a glance at the earth style user before she retreated back into one of the off-shoot caverns to defend from the explosions, and she assumed he would do something similar. Now that she had a temporary 'break', Sagisō casually strolled over to Kiro who'd been crawling along the ground in a pretty pitiful way. She knelt next to him, choosing to kneel over crouch for very obvious reasons, and poked at his arm aiming to shut down the chakra point around his elbow joint. "You couldn't not have seen this coming...could you? I'll admit your determination is admirable, but there is a point where determination becomes idiocy, and I'm not quite sure which side of the point you stand on."

She was just about ready to undo all of Kiro's progress by moving him back into one of the off-shoot caves when she realized- she no longer needed him. Whoever the new guy was, he was an earth element shinobi, and that'd be far more effective than her initial plan of blasting her way out. She might've been able to escape earlier if Hashima were here, but that was impossible for reasons that lay at her feet. She considered just leaving Kiro, but he'd probably get killed by a falling rock or something lame like that, and that was too pitiful for even her to watch. Well, he would probably recover mobility soon enough, but his chakra points were still pretty shot...but he'd probably be fine.

“...ice. Wind and water transformation.” Kai said, his eyebrow wrinkling. “I suppose you don’t have any skills in our famed kekkei genkai, as you couldn’t break free earlier.”

He crystallized part of the shattered ice barrier into the form of an ice dagger, and held it out to Tsuki.

“Incredibly handy and incredibly effective. Our justu is one of the most feared in the world. And if you want to be a comeptetent ninja of our clan, the first step would be to know how to preform said justu. I would be willing to train you, In mind and Power.”

..............

Reaver’s drill extensions from his shoulders continued to drill on the shell of the dome until the reached air...or would have if it weren’t for an explosion in either end. His drills were blown to pieces, his shoulder armor tattered as a result. Sparks came from the fractured poles that held the drills, as the debris fell across his feet. His clenched his fists, angered at the destruction of his parts.

“Hampering me will only delay your death!”

Reavers new setting kicked in. His most famous setting. Fire rocked out of the openings where his drills were hacking at, the rock around it turning red hot. Within a moment, reaver charged the red hot rock dome and barged it down, flaming rocks flying away from him and toward everywhere else nearby as he effectively broke out.

“No prison can hold the reaver! Burn! burn to ashes!!”

A odd grey colored gas spirted out before intense pillars of fire shot out from his attachment on his arm. The fire was mindless and filled with fury. Torching everything he could see. The flames seemed to stick wherever they went, even in the rock, which fire normally wouldn’t set fire to.

The explosion caught Mori off guard, thankfully the explosion was not aimed at his general direction. The armored shinobi was less armored but somehow was spewing out fire. "This guy is too much! Is he even human?" Mori straightened his back and cleared his mind. No way was he going to die down here to a monstrosity as him, even if he had to die by his own hand. He collected the little chakra he had, leaving just enough to survive and went in for a possibly fatal attack. "Earth Style: Headhunter Technique!" Mori vanished underground and tunneled to the flame spewing menace that was the unknown shinobi. He attempted to grab his ankle so that he would be buried underground, he just hoped that he would be too busy setting things ablaze to notice.

Sakura & Ino looked at each other when Zaku made his plea to them, the desperation in his voice rather uncharacteristic for the Oto-nin. Though in spite of their feelings towards Zaku they were well aware that the boy was rather innocent in all this as the refused to acknowledge Zaku but moved by the boy as Sakura began to work on the CPR with some mouth to mouth respiration with Ino there to provide support and needed chest pumps only when called upon.

Tomiko panted as she laid her arms to the side as she felt they were burning; clearly her recovered muscles had been pushed to their limits during that last exchange, but as she tilted her head over to Zaku & the boy she knew she had made the right decision. Now the two Konoha-nin had to help the boy.

--------------------
Madoka had made it to the surface as she watched the exchange among the mist ninja, having gotten out of Raven to get some air. Madoka frowned a bit, they seemed overly cruel in treatment towards Tsuki even in their aims to insist they they would train her. If this clan has this kind of mentality, Madoka had no idea how this guy represented any sort of "national pride" when he almost seemed ashamed of one of his own clansmen.

Madoka cast a sympathetic glance at Tsuki, but knew she had to go back for Yasu & Tomiko. So she began to depart...but not before using her invisible chakra thread to guide a slip of paper into Tsuki's pocket; careful to do it with Kai focused on his explanation of the Yuki-clan Kekkei Genkai and the others there distracted even momentarily. Their disregard for all things "Xeno" worked to her benefit. With that, Madoka climbed back into Raven and moved back down the tunnel with an air sphere around her as she swam through to try and find her friends. Unknowingly she moved close to Yasu's location.

----------
Kenji frantically was flung through the tunnel as the flood had caught up with the group. Kenji kept his mouth closed as he tried to get his balance in the water, before he took note of Taiyo & Furijia in the distance ahead. Kenji knew he had to save Furijia, though given Taiyo had been closer perhaps simply assisting him in saving her would be the more sound move. Kenji pulled some wire as he began to swing it around while he swam to the surface; the plan had been to try and lasso the two when Taiyo got close to Furijia and try to swim so their heads would have been above water and thus able to get air.

Just like that, with a simple poke on the arm from Sagisō, Kiro had now been stripped away of the ability to even clench his right fist. Kiro had listened to her words and it only irritated him more. ‘Damn her! Acting like this...’ Kiro would’ve liked to see what Sagisō would do had their positions been reversed. However, he couldn’t deny that she did have a point and he should’ve expected nothing less. But still, Kiro couldn’t help but wonder what her intentions for him were. “Why?” Kiro asked, his voice a bit shaky as he still dealt with some of the side effects of the concussion. “What is it that you want? Are you trying to further my immobility for the sake of your own entertainment?” As he questioned Sagisō, Kiro used his left hand and reached for a kunai down in his weapons pouch. “Is it idiocy when unlike you, I don’t give up when the odds are against me?” Kiro paused for a moment to think about what he had said. Maybe this concussion had really messed up his brain. “Actually, that is actually quite idiotic. But still...” Kiro pulled out the kunai and raised his arm up towards the wall of rocks beside him. Using all the energy he could muster up, Kiro jammed the kunai into the wall and slowly began lifting his body up. Breathing heavily, he looked back up at Sagisō. “If getting out of this hell hole like this is idiocy, then fine, I’m an idiot.” With that, Kiro looked away and started to drag his body forward with the kunai.

‘There’s no way it can get any worse than this.’ Kiro thought, recognizing the humiliating situation he was in. He felt sick to his stomach just envisioning himself in the position he was currently in. ‘Disgraceful.’ Then he heard something. It was quiet and he probably would’ve missed it had he not been listening. ‘That sound...’ Coming from a village such as the Mist, that particular sound was all too familiar. It was in that moment, Kiro knew that all of the effort he had just given was about to be washed away.

Kanshi

Kanshi put a hand up for one second in front of Tsuki and Kai.

"Perhaps, I should train her for now. After all, since I'm a Chunin I have more experience, naturally. I would pass her over to you later."

Kanshi really wanted to see what Tsuki was capable of.

Raiku

Meanwhile Raiku was walking along at peace with Taiyo until the flood appeared once more to take Furijia with Taiyo and Kenji going after her in order to save her. Raiku was gonna help but before he could lift a finger the flood reached him too and after hitting a rock Raiku loss consciousness.

Reaver struggled as his weight was used against him, his ankle being dragged down into the ground. As he continues to sink, is two remaining extension on his shoulder, BuzzSaws, arched down and collided with the cave floor, preventing further sinking. His legs were submerged in the ground, but his arms and above were exposed. He was caught off guard with the situation, but he stayed determined.

“A coward hides under a veil, warrior fight in the field of battle, plane as day, roaring with might! DIE!!!!”

His flames kicked back up, aiming to smoke the mole out of his hiding holes. He scorched the ground, heating it up immensely that the surface grew red hot. While doing this, several hidden hatches opened up on his back, as more explosive spheres were shot out like mortars, some rolling into some of the mole holes that were created.

Kai was surprised at Kanshi’s Request. Usually, he had been mello and hadn’t spoken out for his own very much. So him making a request resonated with Kai. When Kanshi spoke his mind he always had a purpose. Kai nodded, putting his ice blade away.

“Very well. Can’t say I expected you to request such a thing. But if you want it, I won’t be getting in your way. I trust you to teach her the ninja way of our Clan Kanshi.”

As they spoke, small sounds of rumbling were heard. The clan leader, Kai’s father turned over to see a rather large metal cases ninja, submerged in rock, blasts fire and explosives recklessly but effectively. He simply watched the fight progress, Kai and several delegates going next to him to join him.

“Look at them.” The lead Yuki spoke. “Fighting like savages. None of them the invader, but fighting regardless. Beasts. The true nature of foreign nations revealed. They yearn for blood as much as the sound. They are no better. How can we have diplomacy if this is inside of their hearts? You may only repress a lion’s bloodlust so long before it devours you whole. Thus is the fate of the Xeno.”

...................

Kou coughed back to life, water escaping his mouth as he gasped for air, salty tears in his eyes. Zaku was releived his friend had escaped the cruel hand of death. He grabbed him and greeted his newly conscious friend.

“Hey, Kid.” He said with an uneasy smirk. “How are you holding up?”

“Urk...wet. Everywhere.” Kou responded, getting another cough of water out of his mouth. “What...what’s going on? Why is everything crumbling?”

Zaku felt a tinge of guilt stab through his heart. His village was responsible, but how would he break it to the kid? Dosu was also the one that nearly killed him, but that was a problem for another time. He cleared his throat and adjusted his dripping camo scarf.

“Err...well...Some ninjas just have some scores to settle with other ninjas.” Zaku put it lightly, kneeling down to him. Gripping his shoulder. “Punishing people that keep putting people like you down.”

“And...them?”

Kou pointed toward his rescue party. Ino, Sakura, and Tomiko now doubt hearing every word do their conversation. Zaku looked back before addressing Kou, not looking away from the trio.

“...They are exceptions.”

Kou coughed, wobbly trying to get on his feet. Zaku tightened his grib on the boy’s shoulder and motioned him back down.

“Hey, hey! Easy...you don’t got a battle to fight Or anything. Hmph.”

“Oh, got it...boss.”

Kou layed back down, looking at the golden trophies he had gotten from the stadium with weak smile. Zaku has got up and flipping his body to face the three girls before him. He shook his head trying to get his head back in the game.

“So, why did you save me? You know I’m a deadly engine of destruction, right? Unless this is a trap...” he got defensive between the three and Kou, almost like a mother protecting a son

"Shinobi are not supposed to be standing out, they stick to the shadows and go up in a crowd. Standing out would most likely end in an untimely demise." Mori jumped out of a mole hole, threw a kunai and landed in a different hole, avoiding the spheres and thinking about throwing them back but refused to take that risk right now. The heat of the red hot floor was starting to take its toll and he became exhausted. If he stayed in a mole hole, he would boil alive and if he jumped out too much, he would be killed. The only option he could think of was to flee, but that would mean he had to pass more hot floor and be at risk of being blown to bits.

Tsuki
The female Yuki-nin looked at Kai for a while, almost studying him. While still retaining the Xenophobic belief, he seemed to be a kind-hearted individual, which pleased Tsuki. But his beliefs were like black tentacles that wrapped around his otherwise good heart, and in order to exterminate those tentacles, she'd have to know how Kai thought. Kanshi then interrupted with his own offer, which she also was willing
"Of course, I look forward to training with you," Tsuki bowed respectfully to Kanshi and waited to hear her first lesson.

Shura had dodged the spikes fire at him earlier by Reaver and had been hiding to find a good opportunity to strike. He watched the events unfold in front of him then decided it was time to attack. "He's going to bring the whole cave down if he keep going with the explosives." He thought to himself before he quickly dashed out of cover and in front of Reaver. He activated his Byakugan. "Eight Trigrams Air walk!" SHura would hit Reaver with an palm uppercut that will pull him into the air if hit. "Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher!" He shouted as he would hit Reaver with a powerful wave of chakra emitted from his palm which would sends him flying towards one of the now many openings to the outside in the wall.
