Background: Nezo had a normal childhood and wanted to become a ninja so he enrolled into the academy. His father who was also a ninja taught him many techniques who Nezo was surprisingly quick to learn, even if they were simple. Nezo was always at the top of his class through the amount of effort he put and found more joy in getting better at jutsu than playing with other kids, though if anyone tried to approach him they would find him easy to talk to. His goal is to become an Anbu and eventually lead his own Genin squad.

I have a question about the sword on the cliff. Is it dangling off the cliff or on some flat surface they can stand on?

So do feel free to tag anyone you think may be interested, otherwise we can always fill in with NPCs. Suggestions for missions, Chunin exam events, and villain introductions are also appreciated seeing as I have no idea where to go from here lol *sheepish laugh*

You could always look to the anime for examples. Wasn't squad 7's first mission to escort that grouchy old bridge maker? One team could escort someone somewhere. Doesn't have to be a bridge worker. That was just an example.
Maybe a bunch of wild animals have randomly started attacking a small village for seemingly no reason one day. A group of ninja would go out to stop the animal attacks to find out that its complicated. Why are the animals attacking. They soon find out that rogue missing nin are responsible for the recently hostile animals.
Another potential mission; Perhaps a random scout team(s) have gone missing ,and a group of ninja are sent to investigate. Perhaps these people find out that the scout team were killed in a ritual summoning ,or are about to be sacrificed so the ninja team can save them. Alternatively the missing scouts could have been rogue shinobi who fled the village and are planning on selling classified information to a rival clan/future villain.
Theres all sorts of possibilities. Whenever you make a missions the most important questions are;
Who are the villains?
Where are they from/what affiliation are they?
What have they done so far/what do they plan to do?

Appearance: Kojuro stands at a rather tall posture with an average physique. He has that stuck-up look on his face most of the time, as well as neatly combed jet black hair and brown eyes. Kojuro dons an indigo haori and white hakama which look a bit worn out, otherwise, his clothing is far less traditional.
Personality: Kojuro thinks quite highly of himself and isn't afraid to convey that to other people. He likes to brag, which often results in him biting off more than he can chew. Always trying to impress and being the center of attention, he often overlooks other people. However, he is quite courageous and is willing to help others to make himself look like a better person. He is hostile to obvious enemies and has a clear sense between foe and friend. Kojuro is not easily manipulated and headstrong, mostly due to his stubbornness.
Weapon of Choice: Staff, it's classy.
Chakra Type: Earth
Known Jutsu: Earth Style: Quicksand Jutsu (the terrain around him turns into quicksand, which often causes damage to buildings); Sand Clone Jutsu; Jagged Earth Jutsu (he can summon a rock deep underground to pierce onto the surface, essentially Stone Edge). He's not too experienced on Jutsu and focuses on performance.
Background: Kojuro was born in Sunagakure into a peasant family. He had most of his early childhood there, but when he was 9 his family fled to Konohagakure in search of a higher rank. He needed to get used to the environment of the new village, though coped with it by being self centered so he could be more popular with the locals, which failed and caused him to be less popular. Nevertheless, he was able to partially cooperate with the folks in Konoha and has even built up a reputation.
