May as well take a dump here because who doesn't need another useless Cryronn character in one of these RPs! There's probably a whole plot and story planned and I would have no idea because nepotism is alive and well among us! SO.

Name: Jasper Mulligan
Gender: Female
Species: Draconian (Humans with dragon properties, specifically wings, claws, horns, spikes, scales, etc.)
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Age: 123, basically an early 20 year old in human aging scale.
Appearance: A gruff individual physically, with a hardened, battle-worn expression and stance. She is muscular to an extent, though not entirely, and she has long, and usually unkempt, black hair, which turns a deep frost white when her Dragon abilities are used, her scales being deep sky blue and her claws/spikes/teeth and such being a grayish black. She usually wears a loose gray tank top and a tighter white skirt, preferring to stay minimalistic. Her shoes are standard as well, being quite standard for sports shoes.
Personality: While she is gruff from the outside, Jasper is actually quite the sweet individual, with a bubbly personality. She prefers to keep on friendly terms with everyone she meets, and isn't afraid of what other people say or think, direct insults being pretty much disregarded, until they happen often from the same person, to which it pretty much gets her all depressed and marks enemies. In battle though, she is very no-nonsense and is down to the point, liking to finish the job in every fight.
Powers: Soul of a Cryo Dragon, she can create ice and snow with her draconic power alone, also able to morph parts of her body into the visage of the Dragon. Freezing everything in a few meters of radius in each step, at least when her dragon parts begin to form, she is known by many as the frost-walking demon, despite her inability to keep her balance on ice without being in motion.
Home Universe: She comes from a war torn universe, Universe DR-11-13, where the dragons of yore, Pyro, Cryo, Verna, and Autumni all fight for domination of the planet Ahadralla, creating its seasons, though in a much more violent manner than on Earth. On this planet, half of the population gains a Soul of a dragon, being their "Avatars" so to speak, too walk among the earth during times of change. Jasper is one of these Avatars, though has lived longer than most, as Avatars have a relatively short average lifespan all things considered.
