Multi-Language use Question

I don't know if i can clarify this, but basically, i'm an spanish user and i wanted to start some new Threads on this site. The main problem: I still don't know if it's allowed to start a Role Play wall or a new Thread only allowing Spanish users or other language for that discussion. I need to get that doubt out of my head, since i strictly want to follow every rule on this page.

Hello - sorry, but this is a predominantly English-speaking community, and as such the forums (including the RP forum) are English only. Non-English languages are allowed on profile messages and on the Creative Corner - but you can't really run an RP on that.
