Not all of them though, I mean, she isn't the only person who can design them.

Hutsume designing the costume's would be awesome ,but I would imagine she'd if she made tons of hero costumes she wouldn't have any time left to make more "babies"... (that sounds awkward if you don't get the reference)

Well, speed-based ones, she could skate along using two crystal underneath her feet to give her a little boost, though not too much.
you would think she could shoot her crystals like bullets... or like throwing knives(except they are crystals of course)
Yeah, she can do that, but I'm not sure how that would help her in any of the tests...
