The Kiara-bot seemed to smile momentarily, before firing off three charged shots, finally destroying the two-pointer robot. Her work done, she cast a silver glow on herself, taking a few seconds to transform back into herself.
"Thanks. It's called Transfigure. I can transform myself or others into anything I want, pretty much." She chuckled a bit. "Yours is really cool too! Can you.. duplicate things? I couldn't really tell, I was too busy fighting this thing." She gestured to the heap of scrap metal on the ground.

"Ooh, yep. I can duplicate living creatures, like plants or humans, and objects." She slid down the side of the robot. "Nice to meet you, of course." She smiled. "We should team up. Our quirks fit hand in hand, coincidental, huh?" She started looking around for more robots, before spotting a three-pointer in the distance. "Do you see that? That should get us up to 5 points! Come on, lets go!" She touched the 'created robot' briefly before touching her fingers together, wiping the robot out of existence, as if it was never there. She starting running towards the three-pointer, weaving her way through the buildings attempting to get a better view of it.

Keiji dashed through the gates, ready to get into the action. He wanted to find his first enemy right away, and after a little looking around he noticed one of the enemy robots, it seemed to be a two-pointer. “Heh, that’s just what I’m looking for!” He then got into the stance of a cat ready to pounce and then dashed towards the bot with blazing speed. He was harnessing the running speed of a Cheetah using his quirk, luckily he researched them in practice for this exam, thinking it would come in handy.

As Keiji got over to the bot, it suddenly turned around and noticed him. The bot then stretched it it’s Scorpion like tail at Keiji, the thing was coming at him like a harpoon. But using his now enhanced agility he was able to evade this, and because the bot missed its tail was now temporarily stuck in the ground because of the huge impact. Keiji then decide this could be used to his advantage. So he then had the idea to summon the strength of dominant Silverback in his right arm as he then sluggishly made his way to where the tail was. And as he now had enhanced strength, he grabbed the tail with a tight grip, as then then ripped it out of it’s socket. And then with all his strength he swung it as hard as he could, hitting the bot dead on in the head.

And those were his first two points.

Kiara focused for a moment, before sprouting a small pair of wings. They weren't very powerful, but they let her keep up with Akari fairly well.
"Weapon of choice?" she asked the girl next to her. She picked up two sticks off the ground. One glowed silver and transformed into a perfectly-made trident, the tri-pronged tip gleaming in the sunlight.

As Kaito ran through the City, he ran into a few mark one robots who he made short work of. "Six..." Kaito muttered to himself before he heard the sound of a whistling object fly towards him, he looked up to spot a missile headed straight for him. Kaito immediately made his tentacles spring Kaito off the ground and dodge the missile just in time, although he was caught in the edge of the explosion, while powerful he definitely knew they weren't as lethal as they appeared, his eyes darted around to find the one who shot said missile only to see a mark three robot slowly close in on Kaito's position. He showed a smirk as he lowered back on to his feet and walked over to a nearby stop sign which he pulled out of the ground--with help from one or two of his tentacles--and suddenly charged towards the mark three robot.

As the robot began to fire another missile, Kaito's tentacles made him spring upward once more and land on top of the robot, in doing so, he stabbed the top of the robot with the stop sign he picked up earlier. "Nine." He said to himself before he spotted another mark one robot, out of instinct, Kaitod charge toward it and held the stop sign up to block the incoming gunfire, once he was close enough he whacked the robot's side with the stop sign and knocked it aside, he tossed the sign aside and wiped the dust of his hand. As he looked ahead to see if anything else was there, he failed to notice the mark two robot that began to slowly creep up on him.

Mike
Micheal let out a yelp as the 1 pointer fired a hot beam at him, the boy barely evaded the attack. "No time to catch my breath." he muttered before once again running at the bot- he was faster. Micheal grabbed hold of the bot's blaster and separated it with ease before moving up to dismantle the entire arm. Mike smiled as he began to get the hang of taking these bots apart, without anyway to attack Micheal jumped off before grinning. "Guess I should make sure it can't do anymore harm-" the boy muttered before he walked to the side of the street. He took apart the upper half of a streetlamp and the separated the actual lamp part so all he was left with was a rod. The boy then proceeded to charge with his new weapon and force it through the bot's body- one down... a lot to go. The boy huffed and wiped his forehead free from sweat. He was glad he separated from Akira- honestly he'd only hold her back at this point. Micheal knew he was working too slwoly, he needed to come up with a better strategy.

Alyssa

Alyssa moved onto her next target swiftly, the fist-like shadow shifted slightly to form a sharper shape, which she used two pierce another 3 point bot. The girl looked down at her hands to find them already partially transparent, Alyssa sighed and deactivated her quirk. She looked rather helpless without the large shadowy armor. She had to save it, hopefully some of her color would regenerate in the meantime. Alyssa ran for cover in the alley of a building, she didn't use her quirk but the shadows were certainly plentiful where she crossed to a different part of the city. As she expected, there were even more bots. Alyssa walked, timidly, as she searched for another bot to take down- she didn't want to steal anyone else's kill, afterall.

-Saki-
Saki was fascinated at Masakazu's idea, manhole covers are really hard, and they could bring down the one-pointer robots, probably even the two-pointer ones, "that could actually work!", Saki replied, just as the speaker announced the start of the exam, Saki looked at Masakazu and nodded, as the door opened, she rushed inside the city, only to find, what felt like thousands of students running, she was looking for Masakazu, as his plan said, they needed a manhole cover, Saki quickly went out to find one, she did find one near the door, and probably as near so that Masakazu can see it, "Hey Masakazu, i found that cover you needed!", Saki shouted back, hoping the boy would hear. @mallard

-Sayaka-
Sayaka needed to time her running so she could be more faster than everyone else, just as Loud Speaker counted she was already ready, and then the door opened, everybody came rushing out the door into the city, one guy even launched himself into the city, she went around a corner already collecting external sources from the other robots, mainly the two-pointer robots, but just as she was collecting energy, Sayaka saw a three-pointer robot, it kind of looked like a gorilla, Sayaka knew what to do, she ran towards it, just as she was glowing white, and her quirk was activated, the three-pointer robot shut down, and Sayaka ran past it, trying to look for more, she found another one, a one-pointer robot, it was fast, and Sayaka struggled to hit it, she reduced the radis of her quirk to only hit the one-poiner robot, as she dodged the rubber bullets the robot shot at her, she used the remaing energy, to activate her quirk once more, as the robot shut down, she continued to run, looking for more robots.

Loud Speaker's voice came through to open the gate, which caused a mad dash outside. Masakazu lost Saki, so he did what anyone with wings would've done. He flew up to gain an aerial view. Sure enough, he found a red-haired girl in the crowd. Masakazu flew down next to Saki and tapped her on the shoulder. "I'll bring you up first, then get the lid." Masakazu scooped up the small girl in his arms, spread his wings, and bent his knees, then blasted into the air with a wing-boosted jump. He soared towards the center of the city, dropping Saki off on a building in an area where there weren't many people. "I'll be right back." With that, he twisted off the roof, finding another cover right next to the building. Masakazu swooped down to pick up the sewer cover, when two speedy bots zoomed around the corner, both of which immediately targeted him and raised their arms to fire. He could barely pick up the lid to shield before the mechs started firing. Masakazu rushed forward, still low to the ground to cover as much skin as possible, and soon flew in between the one-pointers. Then, it was a test of speed. As Masakazu twisted to hit both bots with a 360 degree spin, the foes were adjusting their aim. Masakazu succeeded in slashing open the chest of the first, the second was able to fire as the disk began to penetrate it's shoulder armor. The rubber bullets hit Masakazu's thigh, while the robot wasn't so lucky. He pulled the metal and concrete circle out of the robot, then flew up to present the object to Saki. "I read somewhere that this thing weighs almost 250 pounds." Masakazu shook it for extra effect. "So don't try to catch it, okay? Just... put your hands out to block it or something." He tossed it lightly at the girl.

Liam’s light brown hair blew in the wind, as the boy whistled in a seemingly carefree manner, accompanied by the smirk played on his lips. This was an unavoidable result of his boosted confidence, after downing two robots and gaining a decently sized piece of scrap metal show for it. The boy tossed the junk into the air and caught it consistently, until he heard quite a bit of commotion in the distance.
“Hey it’s that tatted dude who flew over our heads earlier. So that was his game, eh?” Liam quietly told himself, as he saw him absolutely tear into a 3-pointer. A few chuckles escaped the boy, due to the other candidate’s actions. “Why does he look so angry pummeling that robot? You gotta try to at least have a little fun with this.”

Soon a large shadow slowly crept behind the young man, but instead of turning around to face the machine, Liam simply tossed the scrap metal into the air. “Isn’t that right?” Liam sarcastically asked, whilst lightly kicking the junk into the air over and over like a soccer ball. “No response? Well whatever, I’m fully charged now.” In a flash of red lightning, the young boxer performed a roundhouse kick, launching the scrap straight towards the large robot’s core, stunning it. Then in less than a second, he moved in close on the bulky robot, unleashing a flurry of amplified punches which quickly ripped the automaton into large, strewn-about pieces.

With the red lightning fading away afterwards, the boy wiped the sweat off of his forehead and released a soft sigh of relief. “Good thing that really was a 3-pointer’s shadow, thought I kicked the scrap too high for a second. But alright, this makes.. 5 points now? Niceee Hunter, keep that pace up.” Liam nodded to himself and jogged down the street, hunting for any other bots to destroy.

The two robots closed in, with an additional two closing in. The three-pointer shot rockets from a distance at Toshi while the two-pointer and the two new single-pointers closed in. Toshi knew he would have a slim chance of timing his counter successfully even with the focus he had. He kept his strength boost despite the amount of time he needed to react. As the missile approached, he sidestepped and dodged it as it crashed behind him on the ground sending him towards the two-pointer ahead of him. He was spinning rapidly, but he used the momentum in order to move his arm at a fast enough rate to smash the robot. Its neck went flying through the air but Toshi grabbed it to use as a weapon.

Both of the single-pointers were heading in the same path towards him, allowing for a two in one attack. He swung the disembodied neck at the first bot and broke it into pieces while sending projectiles hurling at the second bot, destroying it. At this rate, he felt like he was running out of luck and energy. The three-pointer sent another missile at Toshi that caught him off guard. The missile exploded close to him and sent him flying against the wall of a building. He collapsed to the ground and became weakened and bruised, too dizzy to prepare himself.

With everyone approaching his location, he didn't want to depend on someone else to help him or potentially take his points. He tried standing up as much as he could until he got to his feet. "I can do this.. just a little further!" As soon as he fully stood up, the red aura around him has turned into a stormcloud that seemed to produce electricity. "I have to.. if I want to become a great hero!" He jumped and cracked the sidewalk beneath him while charging right into the head of the beast, smashing it down and destroying it. What followed was some heavy breathing and the storm cloud around him dying down back to the normal fog-like cloud. After a few seconds of rest, Toshi charged back onto the streets, continuing to rack up points although he was slightly injured.

Global Event: (Read discussion post first for clarity)

Speakers around all of the streets in every city blared to life signifying the return of Loud Speaker. "All of you fine contestants are doing a great job, but there is now a new threat in your cities!" In each city, flares shot up into the sky from five separate buildings. "The side quest I mentioned earlier is actually a hostage rescue situation. The 'Help Us Company,' a group of trained victims, will act as civilians in need of rescue. They will also be the judge of how well you perform and award you points accordingly. Do your best to rescue these civilians. You are still on a time limit, so hurry it up!" The speakers went quiet and so did Toshi as he looked up at the sky, seeing only three of the flares in the sky. "I only have time to go after one, so I've got to make it count!" Toshi started running to one of the skyscrapers that produced the flare.

-Saki-
As Masakazu flew into the air, Saki got a full view of the city, well most of it, everyone was fighting, they really want to get in UA, they're giving it their all, Masakazu went to get the cover, as Saki watched him fly, he was soon gone, Saki was worried, she tried to find him from every angle she could find, but as expected of him, he came back and with the lid, Saki blocked the lid that was thrown lightly at her, and she quickly went to the edge, and much to her surprise, there was a three-pointer robot just passing, she activated her quirk and manhole covers started to rain from above, it hit the robot quite a lot, destroying it, some of the manhole covers nearly hit other students, this made Saki worried "SORRY!"she shouted, some even hit one-pointer robots, completely destrying their heads, Saki turned to Masakazu, "it worked!" Saki said smiling, but just after their plan had worked, Loud Speaker said something about trying to save victims, and as he finished, flares started to fly in the sky, they seem to be coming from different buildings, and Saki felt like this was important, first she had problems with the robots, and now this rescue mission. @mallard

-Sayaka-
Meanwhile in City B, Sayaka was having so much fun killing these robots, she wanted to be on top, she also started laughing hysterically, while pulling a one-pointer robots head off it's body, but just as she was in the middle of killing yet another one-pointer robot, she heard Loud Speaker announce something, she heard it clearly and faced the sky, and saw flares fly off of buildings, she abandoned the one-pointer robot, and ran to one of the buildings that shot off a flare.

Loud Speaker's voice surprised Masakazu. He listened to the announcement, then, turning to Saki, said "I hear HUC is a real pain in the ass. I won't bother with them, so I'll be taking this." He crouched to pick up the sewer cover, and took off from that position. Masakazu dove down to the streets, swinging at numerous mechs. As he reached an intersection, he turned left, but heard a crash coming from the other direction. Masakazu swung around to find a giant tank of a robot. "Hell yeah! That thing must be worth so many points!" (He didn't pay attention to the presentation.) Laying down his weapon, he sped to pick up rubble the mech had created, and tossed it into the machinery of the steel beast's caterpillar tracks. Masakazu looped back to pick up his weapon, and zoomed right back. He attacked by hitting the areas with exposed machinery, and although smoking, the bot seemed fine. "Screw it." Masakazu flew off to handle some other robots.

-Aoi-
After a final punch he stopped his assault on the three pointer, which had quickly been reduced to a bunch of scrap in a matter of seconds. He'd gotten to excited, wasted time just tearing into metal which he'd already got a point from. "Crap!" Aoi raised his head to look towards the other candidates, one of which seemed to be talking to him? No, he couldn't get distracted, he had one objective- an easy one.The tail of a two pointed was suddenly flying straight towards him, hitting Aoi square in stomach and causing him to recoil. Despite the pain he'd managed to grab the tail in a tight grip. The black marking pulsated once again as the teenager let out a shout, stuck his feet firmly down and used most of his strength to haul the two pointer around and into the side and the building.

No break, no time to pause or count or regain his breath. He hopped down off the wreckage of the 3 pointer and started off towards a pair of robots on wheels, one pointers. They opened fire on the teenager whom was quickly closing the gap between them. To protect his face Aoi raised his arms in an X pattern in front of him and then leapt off the ground to cover the final few meters. Now that he understood his current strength, he didn't overshoot his mark, instead he landed on one of the one pointers and tackled it to the ground. Whilst it didn't seem like there was much grace in his attacks they were at least following a style of boxing and kick boxing.

Aoi had just finished with beating the other one pointer when he heard Loud speakers voice once again. He stopped for a moment and listened, his attention being caught by the flares for a moment before he rolled his eyes. "What a waste of time" The rescue effort would take to long, he reckoned in the same amount of time of just beating normal robots he could get more points. Aoi took a deep breath and then breathed it out, searching around the area for more robots to tear into. Adrenaline was keeping him active right now, the moment that this test was over he'd be so ready to hit the hay.

~Ito~
Ito turned off down a side street. Everyone seemed to be going straight down the main road so hopefully the areas off to the side had more robots. He'd lost Alyssa almost immediately in the rush and there were a bunch of powerful people, he couldn't waste time looking for and thinking what to do. As he flew out into a medium sized plaza rubber bullets began to fly past his head, catching Ito by surprise and dragging him out of his thoughts. He tilted the rock floating rock he was on to the right, to cover himself from the bullets coming in that direction but there wasn't just a one point robot there. A rocket blew up the piece of earth Ito was on, sending him tumbling on the ground in front of a one pointer and a three pointer. That wasn't all though, there were a pair of two pointers behind him.

He quickly got to his feet, only being in mild pain from the scuffle against the ground. The robots were fast approaching in front and behind him so he had to act quickly. Ito used his quirk to grab the rubble of what he was floating on a moment again. The rocks lifted into the air with an orange glow and then flew towards the one pointer, battering and destroying it and a shower of stone. Right on cue the three pointer launched a rocket at Ito. He could stop it in the air if he wanted too but he decided against another course of action. With a step to the side and a wave of his hand, Ito redirected the rocket with his mind, the explosive projectile moving around him and straight into one of the two pointers. They had gotten closer than Ito expected though and the explosion had only managed to take out one. The tail of the second one shot forwards. Ito used his power to push it to the side with his mind, redirecting it into the ground besides him. Despite this it still threw him back, the orange haired boy once again tumbling across the floor as he let out a shout.

Ito stayed lying on his stomach for a moment, lifting his head to look up at the robots with an annoyed expression. The three pointer launched some rockets at the downed teenager. In response, Ito's eyes burst with an intense glow of orange. An aura of the same colour suddenly gripped the rockets, halting them and holding them in midair. The same energy had also surrounded the robots, keeping them frozen on the spot as Ito rose to his feet. His hair was lifting up, waving about gently as the an orange energy seemed to surround and pour out from him. His arm was raised in front of him, holding up his open palmed hand which was pointing straight at the robots. Ito clenched his fist and the machinery and missiles were all flung into each other by the orange aura. It disappeared once they were destroyed, Ito letting out a sigh of relief as his hair flopped back down and the glow in his eyes disappeared. There was a mild pain in his head but not too much. "Wait how many ... 8?" That wasn't a lot, he needed more.

It was at this point Loud speakers announcement had happened, Ito listening in on what he had to say and then gasping a little. Without a doubt rescue points were more valuable than normal points. You had to be more clever, careful and caring than just simply attacking a robot. He looked for a flare in the sky, spotting one rather close to him and smiling. "Alright!" He crouched down, tearing up another chunk of earth to use as a floating platform. Once airborne a few feet above the ground Ito set off towards the flare. His mother and father were heroes that specialised in recuse, it sort of felt like he was honouring them in someway. The floating rock on which Ito was crouching zipped through the city, arriving close to the flare point in no time.

The skyscraper that Ito was approaching was built with the normal concrete and glass layout. Multiple entry points can be used such as the windows on any floor, the roof, or the bottom floor doors. With Ito's abilities, it seems as if he can take any entrance he pleases. There are thirty floors on this building, and the hostages are kept up on the twenty-fifth and are lightly guarded by droids.

-Toshi- Me
Toshi arrived at the building where one of the flares came from. He wasn't too sure about any of the specifics of how it would work. He had no partner to help him out with this, and it seemed like nobody was there to help him at the moment, but anyone could come along to help, which he didn't mind due to his injuries. Toshi was weary of how well he could do as he had a slight limp still if he paid attention to it. He looked up at the building and noticed that each window on each floor had a little divot, enough for him to use as a type of grip in rock climbing, a specialty of his own. He turned on his red steam again as he boosted himself up each floor, looking through the glass to see if the hostages were on any of the floors.

The building was around forty floors, and every floor seemed to have one or two droids on it. As he passed by the windows, some droids would notice him but not bother to alert anyone as they didn't know what it was. Toshi jumped up all the way to the thirtieth floor, which freaked him out a little because of the wind, but he saw the hostages on that floor. The floor was filled with around twenty or so droids, a tough feat to accomplish, but he had a plan. Toshi turned on a blue steam that made his skin look a little tougher and close to the hardness of the wood. He took no time in smashing the window pane and hopping into the building.

He was slower than usual, but the droids reacted surprisingly slow. They all activated and turned to him as he stood up and rushed at the closest five in a line. He charged at all of them and broke them with ease as they were fragile. He kept away from the hostages that were kept in a corner to prevent any stray fire to hit them. As the droids fired at him, the rubber bullets hurt bad, but they didn't bruise him. He kept running around smashing robots as fast as he could, but more were flooding in from other floors at a faster rate than what he could defeat them at. He might be in danger, but he hoped that someone might show up soon.

Before Ashi could leap down into the streets from the rooftop he stood on, he felt the building shake a bit. "What the hell is th-" Before he could finish his thought, a Two Pointer robot burst through the roof. Ashi cursed and jumped back and away from the mechanical menace. The robot pounced forward, trying to swipe at Ashi, all while destorying the roof they stood on. "I need to get some height before all the standing room before its all gone..." Ashi charged up for a few seconds, and just before the robot reached him, leaped up. The power of the jump caused the roof below them to collapse, sending the robot down. The things weight was so heavy it kept crashing down floor after floor, untill it broke.

Ashi smirked to himself, seeing it unfold from the air. As he soared through the air, his eyes were trained on the streets, which were of course filled with other would be heroes and robots. He noticed one boy in particular, his blue skin standing among the rest. He stood around a pile of broken robots, but seemed to fail to notice the two pointer approaching him from behind. Ashi landed on a building just above this and charged up a jump. "If I jump high enough, I should be able to hit that thing with enough force to destroy it on the way back down." With a plan in mind, he followed through, charging up before leaping once again. As he fell back down, he readied his legs, and delivered a powerful two legged kick right through the robot's body, just as it was about to attack the blue skinned boy. "Phew, that was close. Got a impressive score so far by the looks of it." Ashi complimented the boy, pointing at all the robot pieces surrounding him.

@Red Gallade

Mike
Micheal heard Loudspeakers announcement and a wide grin took over his expression. "My time to shine!" the boy looked up at one of the flares and took off full speed towards the building. As Mike's legs carried him faster than before, he was suddenly thrown off balance when a bot crashed into him. Th boy rubbed his head as he got to his feet and stared down a three pointer. "Hey, you've got feet!" the boy pointed out, rather comically, though he did have a reason. It's be easy to stick the feet to the ground. Mike huffed, he didn't have time to waste here. The The boy charged at the robot, and dropped into a sliding position- he made contact with the bot's left foot and binded it to the floor. Without warning, the bot spun around- it's able foot landed directly onto of Micheal before it struggled to free itself. Mike sputtered as an intense pain shot through his body- "Lose some weight, big guy. That hurt." the boy groaned as he pulled himself to his feet again with his whole body shaking. It didn't take long for the adrenaline to kick in, though he didn't want to go fro round two with the robot- so he took of sprinting once more, knowing it couldn't follow him. An additional 10 minutes, stupid robot, later Micheal looked up the side up the building and felt a shiver of anticipation.
@ToshiThenAgain

Alyssa

With Loudspeaker's announcement, Alyssa noticed the streets empty. They were all going for rescue points, it seemed. The girl huffed- she could definitely rack up some points while the others were busy. But she needed to both rescue and attack to be a hero- she had to do the right thing and push herself. Alyssa looked up at one of the red flares and nodded to herself, as she ran Alyssa summoned an over-sized shadow sword that sliced through a few robots on the way. Nothing wrong with multi-tasking. When a large robotic appendage shot towards her, the girl was almost caught off guard. Alyssa quickly sunk into the shadows beneath her feet- it was instinct- she had to be more careful. Alyssa looked up at the two point bot the challenged her. The girl looked back to see if she could run away. Honestly, up close these things were a lot more scary than when she could slice through them without them even noticing her. Alyssa melted back into the shadows, she knew the bot couldn't get her in the realm of darkness- she slowed her breathing and attempted to calm down. After a bit of wasted time, the girl got a hold of herself. Alyssa appeared from the shadows only to find out the bot had left, and the road was empty. Figuring she didn't have time to think about it, Alyssa took off once more towards the building. As she ran, Alyssa noticed a familiar figure floating above her head. She wanted to call out, but feared drawing attention to herself. The girl summoned a large amount of shadow to pick her up to the sky- she couldn't quite make a floating shadow- rather a pillar of darkness moved from the ground and lifted Alyssa up to Ito's level. "Hey, Ito, are you going for the rescue?" the girl panted beside him. She clearly had more confidence than before the event began.
@Martin Pine

Kaito panted lightly to catch his breath, despite the fact he tried to make sure it was brief so he was ready before what came next, it still counted that he let his guard down for one second, and in that second he heard a loud crash right behind him, so naturally he jumped forward and turned around to face this potential menace. As the smoke cleared--his tentacles waves to make the smoke clear faster--he spotted a boy stand on top of a broken robot with his peculiarly strong legs compared to the rest of him.

Kaito chucked at the boy's compliment and lowered his arms as he slowly walked towards him. "Thanks, I try my best like a lot of people here, thanks for the help back there. I let my guard down for one second..." Before he could finish his sentence, he heard the speakers announce something said by Loud Speaker who said something about 'Hostages' and the 'Help Us Company.' Kaito immediately turned to the new person. "The H.U.C.? I've heard of it; Those are people who go in to harm's way--if not simulated a bit--to test on how well heroes manage to save them. Might sound crazy, but what do you think about us teaming up to do that? The name's Takumi Kaito, but you can call me Kaito." The tentacled boy introduced with a friendly smile.

-Mike- @Barefoot_Kittens
The tower Mike came to was pretty short compared to the others. It was only twenty-five floors total. There were many robots on each floor, evenly spread out, but still having less on the top and bottom-most floors. There are ten hostages set in the corner of the fifteenth floor furthest from the stairway or any entryway beside the windows. The basic approach would be through the bottom-most floor and cause a consistent onslaught from the droids, but in an alleyway to the side, there is a hidden outer staircase. The staircase would prove as a quick way up and would lead to fewer encounters with the droids, but soon after entering would they be alerted to Micheal's presence. Creative approaches are also a possibility.

~Ito~

He was nearing the building now, looking up to reaffirm where the flare was and then humming. The information they'd been given on the rescue was minimal. All they'd been told was that it was a hostage situation and that the people acting were the H.U.C. Where would they be taken after they were rescued? How harshly would they be judging them? They'd barely had any training before this. Ito was auto piloting at this point, it would've been tremendously easy for a robot to ambush him right now. Thankfully Alyssa was the only surprise in store for Ito.

"Ah!" Her sudden presence caused Ito to jump, looking to in her shock and loosing concentration. The rock he was floating on dropped for a moment, Ito falling along with it until he got it back under his control. Thankfully he hadn't crashed and he'd quickly regained composure. "Y-Yeah" Ito responded to Alyssa, less out of breath but clearly strained. He looked a rough to say the least. His clothes were dirty and his body was bruised but he wasn't bleeding from anywhere, there were no serious injuries "I think it's this building just here!" The floating rock that Ito was on began to lower to the ground, coming to a stop just outside the entrance. Ito released the rock from his telekinetic grasp and quickly hopped off it. "Yeah it's this one" Smoke from the flare on the roof could be seen coming off this tall building.

He didn't stop moving, as soon as he was off the rock he made his way to the buildings door. Ito wanted to mention something about her quirk or speak normally to her but he was also aware of the time limit they were under and how other people might turn up. He was rushing essentially but still also trying to do things properly. "I can search the building using my quirk! When we locate the hostages and enemies we can quickly sort out a plan, yeah?" Once inside the empty lobby he stood still, taking a deep breath in and then releasing it. He closed his eyes and activated his quirk, not grabbing anything with his telekinesis but instead feeling it.

Ashi returned the friendly smile and gave a nod. "Ashi Hiyaku. You can call me whatever you want, I don't mind." He jumped off the remains of the robot, and brushed off his pants. "And a team up sounds great. Gotta be good though, I've heard those H.U.C. guys can be pretty picky when it comes to rescue training. Speaking of which, we should go over our quirks. Be better to know them ahead of time instead of when we're there and trying to save people."

"Nice to meet you 'whatever you want, I don't mind.'" Kaito chuckled. "Just means they're encouraging us to be good heroes that give people hope. As for my quirk." He said as his tentacles grew out of his back. "They can be really useful when it comes to climbing, transport or lifting, and just one tentacle can lift around or slightly over my body weight. So where do you think we should go to look for any hostages." Kaito asked as he folded his arms and looked around to make sure no other robots targeted him, only one mark one robot decided to close in on the pair, so Kaito remained where he stood with a look of indifference while one of his tentacles grabbed the stop sign he used earlier and threw it at the mark one robot, the impact immediately destroyed the machine.

Ashi's eyes turned to the sky, glancing around. "I see some flares littering the sky, thats probably our best bet. Hopefully some people already haven't started to flood the buildings..." He muttered out, crouching a bit to charge up his jump. "Our best bet is to hit the one farthest away, less people are likely to have gone for that one. They're all concerned about getting these points as soon as possible that I doubt they went to any of the ones further away."

Alyssa
Alyssa grimaced when the boy nearly fell, it appeared that he needed concentration for his quirk to work. He wasn't in perfect condition either, looking down at her own body Alyssa realized that she hardly had a scratch. Was she not pushing herself hard enough? The girl sighed as Ito lowered, her quick melted away until her feet touched the floor. Alyssa nodded quickly at the boy's plan. Alyssa stood still next to Ito, and furrowed her brows. He was rather powerful, what if he didn't need her help. Then she was just getting in his way and taking his points. Of course she would do that to someone she thought was her friend. The girl clenched her fists by her side- no, she had to make use of herself. Alyssa's gaze swept the room before she sighed. She didn't have as many shadow to use inside, just little ones, which meant she wouldn't be able to muster up any large attacks. Perhaps this infiltration mission would allow her to use her stealth more, she could travel undetected so long as all the shadows in the building connected. Alyssa looked down at her skin, she wasn't as faded as she expected to be, perhaps her earlier travel methods weren't as exhausting as she thought it would be- at any rate she still had a while to go before she'd have to stop using her quirk. Alyssa didn't want to disturb Ito, but her expression tightened as she thought intensely about a plan. Having two people always meant that their was a possibility for one to serve as a distraction, but the pair still didn't know each other's quirks very well.

Micheal
Mike looked up at the building, it wasn't too tall but he still wouldn't be able to scale it from the outside. Micheal could see some droids from the windows, it would be easiest for him to avoid the bots completely- but he didn't know what floor the victims were on. Maybe it'd be easier to wait for some help. The boy cursed at himself for making such a statement, shaking his head he decided to do a perimeter check. Along the way, the boy picked up a few scraps of metal from nearby robots as he circled the building. Mike's face lit up when a stair case came to view, it lead to the middle of the building- he assumed that the victims would be kept on one of the middle levels- it'd where there were the most droids. Quickly sitting down, the boy laid out the pieces he had collected and put them next to each other to form an almost square shape. Within seconds, Mike stuck the pieces together to form a sloppy shield. "It'll do." Mike huffed to himself and headed up the stairs. Micheal took a moment as he stood outside of the door, then without a warning he slammed the door opened and a surprising amount of droids turned towards him- perhaps he had miscalculated. Without warning, the bots began to shoot- Mike's shield actually easily deflected the bullets that were being fired. These droids seemed to be weaker than the villain bots outside, Mike smirked as he rammed one droid into the wall with his shield before a cry from down the hall caught his attention. It must've been one of the actors- they sounded awfully realistic. A shudder was sent down his spine at the cry for help and Micheal suddenly started taking things seriously. The boy kicked one bot's head into a wall, and the bottom of his shield to crush another. He wouldn't be able to take all the droids, he had to get to the civilians first. Mike already knew what he was going to do- he just had to hope he was strong enough.

Kaito shrugged. "I suppose that makes sense, they're likely gonna be after whatever's close to them for easy points." He said as he let four of his tentacles hoist his body off the ground to be used as legs. "After you Ashi. Let's see what kind of enemies and hostages we'll find... hopefully both parties won't be too crazy." He joked.

(oh no! I've not been getting alerts for this! )

Akari looked towards the girl. "Umm, I don't know how you did that, but i'll take it, if you'll let me." She got close to the robot and jumped slightly at Loud Speaker's, well, loud speech. It took her long to realize the robot had noticed her, and a nervous smile found its way on her face. She jumped sideways avoiding the three-pointer's laser beam."Hey, I think we should crush this guy before saving the victims. Wouldn't want to lead it to them?" She shouted at the girl. "Hey, mind if you could pass me that?" Nodding her head at the trident "Or, at least, a sword?" She asked, dodging more attacks as she spoke.

Holding the second stick, Kiara focused for a moment. The stick slowly transfigured into a sword, and Kiara tossed it Akari's way, the tip gleaming. It was impeccably made, and incredibly sharp.
Giving Akari a thumbs up, she lunged at the three-pointer, which fired at her. She momentarily transfigured into a tiny bird, dodging the bullets, before transfiguring back into herself, barely dodging one of the bullets, and stabbing into the robot's metal with her trident.
"Akari! Now's your chance!" Kiara called, keeping the monster immobilized. She was struggling to keep the trident stable in her two hands, and wouldn't be able to hold it still for much longer.

~Ito~

The situation looked grim to put it simply. Human sized robots lingered on each floor in small groups of around 5-7, however on the 25th floor with the hostages there were 20 robots. He imagined that if they alerted one robot, they'd all know of their presence. Ito stopped using his quirk, letting out a small huff as he looked to Alyssa. "Alright, on floor 25 there's a bunch of hostages with 20 robots ... but there's robots on every single floor leading up to it" He couldn't really think of a way around it. There were many ways they could approach the situation but none of them were perfect, all of them had risks. If the points they were received depended on how well the rescue went it would be a bad idea to just fight their way through to the top floor and hope that the hostages wouldn't be harmed.

After a few moments he realised he was working with limited information. He turned to Alyssa, noticing how she was trying to think of something too. Time was short but he figured they should probably know about each others quirks. "Alyssa" Ito spoke clearly but quickly, glancing to the entrance again midway through talking. "My quirk is telekinesis. I can essentially feel, hold and move stuff with my mind. It takes concentration, it's difficult to move organic things and it gives me headaches if I strain it too much. I have one plan but it'll put me under a lot of strain and I'm not sure if I'd be able to do it" He smiled and nodded to Alyssa, hoping she'd explain her quirk to him or come up with a plan using both of their quirks. They'd only met less than an hour ago but he'd say he trusted her.

@Barefoot_Kittens

Akari grabbed the sword. "Hey, this is pretty good!" She said, slashing away at the robot. She then lunged forward and shot the sword through the robot, damaging it's circuit and main wires. The robot shut down, and came tumbling down with a loud thud. She stabbed it again, making sure it wouldn't be able to get up again. "Technical knockout." She smirked. "I'm going to keep ahold of this sword. It's well-made and doesn't seem damaged." She looked up at Kiara, waving it carefully. "Now come on. We've got people to save!" She said, grabbing a piece of the robot, and cleanly placed the sword in it. Akari started at a walk, to a run, going to where she had seen the flame earlier, from the corner of her eye. 'Mike must be there' she thought while running, looking behind her at Kiara.

Alyssa
Alyssa didn't like Ito's expression as he focused his quirk, clearly this wouldn't be easy. When the boy explained the situation, Alyssa nodded softly- admittedly 20 was a bit more than she expected. "Considering both of us can reach the 25th floor form the outside, we could break in through a window or something to avoid the lower levels." Alyssa quickly stated. After realizing he had given his quirk the girl, who had to hold back from commenting on how cool and strong the boy's quirk was, gave her's. "I, uh, essentially can manipulate shadows. I can move through them or camouflage with them- but mostly I can turn the shadows around me into solid objects." the girl explained. Ito said that manipulating living bodies would be difficult, she didn't want to put to much strain on him by having him move the actual victims. Perhaps he could do like he had earlier and move something that the victims would ride on. Would that be deemed to dangerous? Would they get points off for moving the actors 25 stories to the ground outside? Alyssa bit her lip, she didn't want to offer the plan unless it was foolproof. Perhaps her quirk would be safer, she could make a ramp or a slide from the window they break in through- but that meant Ito would have to fend off the robots by himself. Why was this so difficult. After a minute of chewing on her lip and eyes shooting back and forth between her feet, Alyssa nodded to herself. "It... I don't know if it'll work but-" Alyssa hesitated before realizing she had no time to hesitate. "If we enter through a window, we can evacuate the civilians through the same window. It might take some time, but I think I can muster up the shade from outside to form a slide for the victims to get down on- but that would render me pretty much useless as far as dealing with the robots. You'd have to either keep the droids distracted or make sure that none of them get the the civilians before they're all out of the building." Alyssa offered quietly and crossed her fingers that nothing would go wrong.

Micheal
Mike prepared his shield to the front of him and charged through the crowd of bots. Surprisingly one a few bullets hit him from the side, and while the stung pretty bad he managed to push through it. Micheal assumed his adrenaline was keeping him form hurting- honestly he just hoped he could keep it up before the exam ended. Micheal made it to the room where he heard muffled cries, and not to his surprise there were even more bots in the room. "Sit tight- I'll get you guys out of here!" Micheal huffed as more droids filled the room from behind him. It looked like he'd have to fight the bots after all. Mike groaned as he ran back to the corner where the hostages were. The boy turned towards the wall and placed both of his palms on it, with his back turned the bots open fired and honestly the pain began to built up. "Come on..." Micheal groaned as he slowly opened up the wall. Eventually the was a small hole in the wall, the room next door was empty. Honestly, it was a lucky guess by Mike that there were not bots- but he knew it's be easier to maneuver once they were at least safe. "Go on through, you're safe in in there! I'll let you know when I'm done, these guys will be easy!" Micheal smiled. No, it wouldn't be easy- but the boy would prefer to believe that he knew what he was doing. As the victims made there way to the other room Micheal sighed and blocked the crack so he knew the bots would have to get through him to reach the hostages, the boy then tightened his grip on the shield and prayed he'd be able to hold out. There were at least 100 applicants in the city with him, right? Someone had to come- so long as he could could hold out.

~Ito~

"Hmmm" Alyssa's suggestion of breaking through the window was not something he felt confident in but he couldn't deny it's ease and availability to the both of them. As she went on to explain her quirk Ito smiled a little. It sounded versatile and pretty impressive, not mention cool. Once she'd explained her quirk the plan he'd originally thought of began to sound more viable but he still listened to her idea too. Truthfully it sounded like a good idea. They could quickly deal with the robots on the hostage floor and then get the actors out of there. Even if the robots from the other floor came to attack, Ito could hold them off whilst Alyssa got the civilians out of there. It was a good plan, though he felt a little uneasy about his part.

"I like that plan, it's really good but ... I'm just not too sure about holding off the robots on my own" He felt a little bit sheepish admitting this. They were only the size of a human but there were a lot of them and what if he were to get injured or loose concentration? Everything would fail. "After hearing about your quirk though I'd like to explain my plan if that's okay" Ito felt a little rude for asking of such a thing, it showed in his expression which was looking a little embarrassed.

Ashi gave a confident nod and gave a quick thumbs up. After that he launched into the air, making it pretty clear exactly what his quirk was. He jumped from roof to roof, smiling as the air hit his face. "I see the building up ahead! Make sure ya don't lag behind!" Ashi called out with a chuckle, before finally sliding to a stop on top of the building where the flare was launched.

As Masakazu was destroying robots, he came across a group of the one and two pointers, who were ganging up on a contestant that seemed to be belching flame, and the fire's heat signature was probably attracting the robots. Masakazu twisted through the bots to reach the kid, and just barely dodged the rescue target's attack. Masakazu grabbed the person and threw him out of the circle of metal bullies, then threw his heavy weapon to decapitate two of the bots. He jumped at another one pointer and swung himself around it's torso, planting his feet behind the hunk of metal. Masakazu hoisted the bot up and over, suplexing the heavy robot. He found his trusty sewer lid outside the ring of enemies, and got back to splitting metal skulls.

-Sayaka-
Sayaka wanted to finish both missions, even the rescue mission, that is why she set out to one of buildings who set out a flare, on the way she saw two one-pointer robots zooming towards her, she picked up a piece of metal from a another destroyed one-pointer robot, and ran towards the enemies, Sayaka stabbed the piece of metal into the one-pointer robots head, and kicked the other one, she went back to the twitching robot she kicked, and threw it, it hit another one-pointer robot, smashing them both, as she finished destroying the robots, she faced the building that fired a flare, and ran to it, like it was the last thing she had to do. @ToshiThenAgain

-Saki-
As Maskazu left Saki, she wondered if she should go to one of those buildings that fired off a flare, it felt like it was important, but Masakazu said they're pretty hard to deal with, after thinking for a couple of seconds, she had made up her mind, she didn't want to go there, maybe there's some other time she can do it, as she looked down from the building, she saw other students fighting, and thought if she can still pass with just killing robots, as she was brainstorming yet again, a rubber bullet hit her from below, she didn't know where it came from, but she had to use it fast, she quickly spread her palms out, and rubber bullets started to shoot two different two-pointer robots, both got hit in the head, making them both crash, Saki continued to shoot other robots, mainly the three-pointers.

Alyssa nodded gently at Ito's words, but when he mentioned his doubt her heart sunk a little. The girl's brows furrowed though she did, honestly, agree with Ito. She was putting too much on him. Alyssa's jaw tightened- How stupid of her! Of course she would give him the hard part while all she had to do was make a slide. Idiot. When Ito began to offer his own plan, the girl heard the slightest bit of hesitation in his voice and she quickly remembered that they were only human. Yeah, it's okay if things don't go perfectly.Tossing around ideas was the only way to get the best possible one! "Yeah, go ahead-" she nodded eagerly with a smile- she was willing to help in any way she could.

-Sayaka- @Ironic_Man
The building Sayaka came upon was a lot different from the rest. This one was like a mall, but not as big as most you would see. It consisted of three floors with the width of three of the normal building's side by side taking up most of one of the streets. The place was littered with droids evenly spaced out, but there were multiple places that could be used for entry. Since it was like a mall, there was a big open area in the center with shops along the sides. The open center area had a glass roof to allow in normal sunlight. Each shop had its own outside entrance leading into the building one way or another. Anything you would also find in a mall is here as well.

-Toshi-
The hostages that sat in the far corner called out to him. "I believe in your hero! Please get us out of here!" Small words of encouragement were shouted at him to keep him going. Eventually, as time passed, the rate of the droids slowed, seeming to have actually completely stopped. After a moment of double-checking for a sign that the coast was clear, he ran to the hostages and smiled. "Is everyone here alright? I'll assist any of the injured." The hostages, although actors, were surprised and happy by his collectiveness and close to the proper response to the situation. Toshi had actually spent a lot of his childhood watching hero videos as he hoped to be like them, so he studied their behaviors.

The hostages one by one stood up and one of them seemed to have a prop of a bloody bandage wrapped around them. "Kind hero, I was injured as they were moving us here, I need assistance." Toshi quickly moved to his side to support the old man. "Everyone else who is healthy enough to walk, I need you to stay behind me as there might be more up ahead. I'll call for an evacuation at the top of the roof." He walked with the old man and everyone else up the floors. The only droids he encountered were on the roof, which he took care of before bringing everyone else up. Everyone seemed to be relieved which made Toshi happy, despite it still being a test.

Toshi noticed an orange machine to the side of the building. As he approached it, he noticed a note on it. It read, "If you bring/brought the hostages to the roof, set this off with the green flare to signify that you completed the task and the hostages are up there." He nodded and activated the machine, setting off a calming green flare. He sighed and looked back at the actors to see that they were calling him over. He ran back to them, still with his limp. The old man he carried up smiled and looked at him. "You did great young man, we just came together to discuss your performance, and even though that's not the best way to do it, you still kept us safe which is a great sign that you did well. Now get back down there, and finish the exam." Toshi nodded and smiled. "Thank you sir!" He started running off, but the old man stopped him once again. "Wait. Are you alright to finish in those injuries?" Toshi nodded and held up a thumbs up. "I'm aiming to become a great hero, of course I'll be fine." He climbed his way down the tower through his old rock climbing tactic. He hit the ground and looked around for more robots to beat. Time is running out.

-Sayaka-
As Sayaka approached the building, it became clear to her, that this building was more like a mall, maybe with three floors, and droids running around in it. Sayaka went near the mall, with confidence in her heart, but that confidence grew even more, as she realized this was going to be more like a hide and seek game, she smiled and walked along the open area, with sunlight shining on her, she went inside one of the shops, and quickly found one of the droids there, she blocked herself using a table as the droid shot rubber bullets at her, she grabbed the table's legs, and used it like a shield, to block her from the droid's attacks, eventually she was so near to the droid, that she bashed the table onto the droids body, smashing it, after that commotion with just one single droid, she went inside the building, and found more of it. "are you kidding me?" Sayaka said before running back inside the shops she was in, she gathered the energy from the shop, and walked back inside the mall yet again, this time, she was glowing white, and soon an electromagnetic pulse was released, shutting down all the robots in the area, probably even the escalator, as Sayaka walked peacefully up the escalator, she was greeted with yet another batch of droids, she frowned, and whispered, "whoever made these droids, are dumb", she evaded the droids attacks by jumping behind another droid, and using it as a shield and at the same time a gun, she made the droid face it's comrades, and shoot it, she slowly walked with the droid onto the 2nd floor escalator, getting her shoulder shot in the process, she just gritted her teeth and finished off the last droid, as for the one she was using as a shield, she just threw it away, since it was shot at anyway, she walked up the escalator, expecting to see more droids, but instead she got silence, until the droids showed up, Sayaka ran away from them, but they still caught up, she hid in one of the shops in the third-floor, and drained the energy from it, making the lights go out, the droids noticed and walked near the shop, there was a light glowing inside, and it was Sayaka she ran out of the shop, ramming the droids, while preparing her quirk, once she activated her quirk, the droids shut down and fell to the ground, Sayaka sighed and thought, 'god i shouldn't have come here', she walked around, scanning each and every shop, just as she was going to give up, she entered one of the shops, and found the hostages, "the hero is here to save us!", one of the hostages said, as Sayaka untied them, one of the hostages, specifically a woman, was concerned about Sayaka's shoulder, "oh dear, your shoulder" the woman said, Sayaka smiled, as if to say that she's okay, after untying them, Sayaka led the hostages to the rooftop, still clutching her shoulder, it felt like a bee sting, but she endured the pain, until they reached the rooftop, she saw an orange machine at the rooftop, and quickly knew what this meant, she activated the machine, and a calming green flare flew up in the sky, Sayaka smiled at the hostages, and went back down to the streets. students were still fighting, but time was running out she gathered energy once more, and activated her quirk, but this time it was weaker, it only brought down one-pointer robots, Sayaka sighed, "i never thought it would be this exhausting", She said to herself before stopping and hiding from behind one of the buildings.

Ito noticed Alyssa’s initial reaction, a small wave of guilt washing over him for a brief moment until he pushed it away. Her eager words helped ease the feeling as well, besides he decided that he’d let her choose once his plan had been explained. “Thank you Alyssa. Admittedly this plan still puts a lot on me but a bit more on you. Now if the enemies we had to get past were organic, I wouldn’t be to do this but they’re only machines.”

“I can freeze them in place, use my quirk to make them unable to move or do anything. Whilst they’re like this it’d be up to you to work through each floor and quickly destroy them. You’d only have more than a minute at most but I think with your quirk it would be possible” He looked up to Alyssa with unsure blue eyes. “This plan’s a little bit selfish of me, it’s leaving you to destroy all the robots under a time limit even if they’re immobilised, you’d have to rush from floor to floor so it’s up to you okay. My plan or yours, it’s your choice” Ito glanced to the entrance. Thankfully no one else had arrived yet but they couldn’t be hesitant. “Another thing I thought about is that I we can lead them to the ground floor or lead them to the roof. The flare’s on top building and maybe we have to turn it off when we’ve done? As well as that the roof is closer and I guess we’d saved a little time?”

Kaito looked up in awe at Ashi's jumping, almost made it seem like the entire world was his trampoline, but he knew he had to catch up, so he let all six of his tentacles act like feet and made them run at a quick pace. He made them quickly climb up a building in under a minute to join Ashi on the roofs, once on top Kaito made sure to try and match Ashi's pace, each gap seemed easy to jump across thanks to the pushing force of all six of his tentacles.

Once Kaito was standing beside him on top of the building, he gave him a smile and thumbs up. "Nice work! Good thing I got all that excitement out of me because now we gotta be smart, quiet." Ashi rubbed his chin, staring down at the roof below him. "We have no idea where the hostages are...We'll have to take this slow."

Kaito landed on the same roof as Ashi and retracted his tentacles back into his back. "Perhaps I could do a lil' climbing on the exterior with my tentacles and see if I can find any hostages through the windows? That way I can see what we're dealing with alongside how many we might save?" He suggested as he walked to the edge of the building and readied his tentacles in case he approved... although even if he didn't Kaito was likely to go through with it anyway.
