Here's my idea:

Description: An old man, he has been a pokemon trainer his entire life and has travelled the entire world. He is slightly arrogant, but he doesn't put the player down or anything. He is encouraging to challengers if they lose.

Yery hard to beat, mainly due to high levels and the fact that he has 3 psuedo-legendaries. Basically, a true champ.
