Name: Mark Lysio

Height/Weight: 6'0''; 143 lbs.

Hair: Semi-long, shiny black hair, kind of curly and slightly messed up. Goes forward in the front, and goes down and curls up in the back, right behind the neck

Eyes: Nice, relaxed emerald eyes

Clothing: Wears a tan/brown button-up jacket, never buttoned up, with a black t-shirt underneath, alongside with normal, blue denim long pants, slightly torn in a few places. Also wears a pair of white running shoes, which he takes everywhere he goes. Always wears a modern-day, brown cowboy hat (not curled at the edges, just flat) wherever he goes, while also carrying a small bag (able to fit a few books and some Poke Balls) with a strap that goes up to his other shoulder. During long treks, he wears a pair of green and black, fingerless gloves

Identifying Marks: Has a scar that goes down one eye- but doesn't actually touch the eye- that he graciously recieved from a pissed-off rampaging Gallade

Musculature: A sleek, yet moderately muscular build and very smooth skin.

Personality: Mark has an extremely friendly personality and is able to control his competetive side, but unleashes it during battles. He enjoys having fun at all times, but can be shy when confronted with a group of new, questionable people. Loves to crack jokes and sarcastic- yet harmless- comments.

Skills: Loves comedy and cracking jokes appear to be somewhat of a specialty to him. He's a fast runner and play the guitar fairly well.

Past: Mark has grown up with a family strapped to tradition. When he was five years old, his father had given him a newly- hatched Dratini. You see, his ancestors were the people that discovered the very first Dragonite ever, when they found out that if you raise a Dragonair for a long enough time, it will evolve into a fearsome beast, capable of intense power. Ever since, Mark's family took the first Dragonite and continued to breed it, giving birth to a more special Dratini, passing the bloodline down from generation to generation. Mark was taught to take care of his own Dratini, which is still an ancestor of the very first Dragonite, and bring him wherever he went

Family: Mom, Dad, and a brother he never got to see before he left on his journey, and hasn't seen them since.

Love Relationships: Hasn't met anyone, but if something clicks with someone, well, you'll never know

History/Personality: As said before, he is a descendant of the very first Dragonite, and refuses to be trapped in a Poke Ball. Dragonite's personality is about the same as Mark's, since they hung out since they were babies. He is always willing to protect Mark at all times.

Salamence

Gender: Female

Ability: Intimidate

Hidden Power: Able to create earthquakes

History/Personality: Mark caught her during his trip in Hoenn to Meteor Falls. She is surprisingly calm for a dragon, but is extremely fierce in battle, so she is NOT to be underestimated. She is Mark's "girl power" factor of his team.

Sceptile

Gender: Male

Ability: Overgrow

Accessories: He likes to wear a black leather jacket at times (Mark still wonders about how he gets it on, and how it fits)

History/Personality: Even though he had his Dratini, Mark's family friend Professor Birch insisted on giving him a starter Pokemon, with which he chose the little hyperctive Treeko. His hyperactivity is still noticable, but nowadays, Sceptile tries to act cool, but still can't help being energetic when it comes to having fun. The only time he is serious is when it comes to battling, where he devotes all his energy to making Mark proud with his superb fighting skills

Flygon

Gender: Male

Ability: Levitate

Accessories: Mark's mother had sent him a pair of over-sized glasses, which he did not want to wear, but his Flygon has taken a peculiar interest in them, and wears them when relaxing.

History/Personality: When Mark was trapped in a Sand Tomb by a Cacturne, Trapinch has shown up and pulled him to safety, and has become Mark's companion ever since. Flygon is known as the responsible one, for he always is seen deep in thought when relaxing. Flygon is always willing to learn new moves and battle strategies, which makes him somewhat of a bookworm. However, since he saved Mark a long time ago, he has become extremely over-protective of Mark ever since, and is willing to do Anything to keep Mark from coming to harm, making him also somewhat of a bodyguard.

Charizard

Gender: Male

Ability: Blaze

History/Personality: Was caught in the Johto region, when a Charmander was running from it's abusive trainer, and Mark fought him for companionship of Charmander. When Mark won, Charmander was his. Mark assumes that since he had an abusive childhood, his Charizard has become very secluded with himself, and often prefers to be alone and silent. But once he is in combat, he fights with all his heart for the person that saved his life

Tyranitar

Gender: Male

Ability: Sand Stream

Hidden Power: Able to conduct sandstorms on command

Accessories: Has a jewel embedded in it's chest, from living in a crystal cave for hundreds of years

History/Personality: Mark came across his Tyranitar when in Johto, when the locals wanted Mark to stop the constant earthquakes caused by Tyranitar. When he arrived, Mark tried to capture him, with success. Apparently, Tyranitar simply acts likes a toughie, when he is actually a shy monster. He believes that he is special, due to the jewel in his chest, so he reflects it in his fighting by being somewhat careful and using ranged attacks often

History: When Zephur was 10, he saved a baby Eevee from an angry Pidgeot. He let out his Treeko and told it to use pound over and over again. The Pidgeot eventually gave up and flew away. Treeko evolved into Grovyle because of the battle. The Eevee then became Zephur's best friend forever.

Past: Red grew up a normal child, however, he had a distinct fear of pokemon. One day when he was 5,he and his mother visited Mahagony Town. Red,however,wandered to far and fell into Lake of Rage. Red,only five years old, was not able to swim yet, but was saved by a tododile. He developed a strong both with this tododile,which he has had ever since.

Persoanlity: Riptide is very friendly, despite his appearance. He gets along with anybody, human or pokemon. He does however love to fight. He has an iron-will,and will keep fighting no matter what. He is also shown to be very stubborn.

History: Red's second pokemon. He was first found eating fruit in a tree, where Red found, battled and defeated her with ease. Blade's mother a Weavile, intervened and saved Blade. Blade although, saw how strong Red was, and left her family to become stronger with Red.
Persoanlity: Quite emotional. Is Very gentle and would rather not fight. However, she is quite vicous when forced to be. A leader. Never backs down. Also, never goes inside of a pokeball. Loves to travel with Red on his shoulder.

History: Red first met Fang as a Charmeleon. He was very arragont & challenged Red to a battle to see who was superior. Red sent out Riptide and, despite a type disadvantage, Fang defeated Riptide. Riptide, very traumatized by the loss, and his pride lost, Riptide and Red trained vigorously and re-challenged Fang soon after. Fang put up a valiant battle, but lost. Seeing Red's potiental, Fang dcided to travel with Red. After an uneasy start, Fang and Riptide are now bestfriends.
Personality: Very confident to the point of being arrogant. Hates to lose. Very determined. However, Fang loves to just relax and take things easy. Is almost always found sleeping in the sun.

Personality:Usually upbeat and enthusiastic(sp?). Often uses sarcasm. Becomes a completely different person when battling.

Past: Last year, Cody was named the number seven battler in the world by a Johto magazine. And, two years ago, Cody was made a secondary gym-leader of Blackthorne gym, filling in when Claire can't be there.

Cody's Pokemon rotate through 15 or so, though one is always certain. That's an Aipom, Silver. It was NOT Cody's first Pokemon, a Totodile was. Silver was, however, the first Pokemon that Cody caught. Since that capture, the two have never been apart for more then an hour.

Past:His father died in the ruins when a cave-in almost crushed Drake but his father pushed him away leaving him alone and with a scar for life.While stuck in the ruins a Hippopotas dug through the rocks and helped Drake out.

Family:His mother and younger sister live in Solaceon Town while is brother Zack is traveling.

Love:he had a crush on a girl named Lilly in Solaceon,but after his fathers death he became depressed and gave up on it.

Gliscor:A loner when Drake found him at Oreburgh City he wont listen any nicknames but is very friendly to other groung types and Drake but noone else

Gabite/Fangrake traded a Apiom for Gabite whom he nicknamed Fang.Fang is quiet and fearsome,but has a soft spot for Crash

Rhyhorn/Crash:Crash was found by Drake badly beaten by a Ryhperior in a fight for territory as Drake helped revive him back to health Crash went with Drake happily.Crash is very careful and jumpy since his tome with Drake

Personality; Intelligent, relaxed, and rather peaceful. He is most often the voice of reason in a group. When he is nervous, he gets quiet. When angry, he becomes cold and calculating. He does not believe in Pokeballs, his philosophy being, "If you and your Pokemon are close enough, there is no need for the restraining element that is Pokeballs."

Past; He worked in the Goldenrod Pokemon Center when he met his first Pokemon, Nidoran, who was mercilessly abandoned by another trainer. It was then Daniel adopted Nidoran, and they set out, to become the best of friends and battlers.

Bio; Scyther is very competitive. He was caught by Daniel and Nidoran during a Bug Catching Contest in the National Park near Goldenrod. having being beaten by Nidoran, Scyther decided to join the two, in hopes of bettering his fighting ability. This determination was furthered when he placed second place in the contest, next to a Pinsir.

Bio; Arbok delights in pain of any kind, especially if it is inflicted by her. She was caught in a rock slide south of Blackthorn City, where she was found and rescued by Daniel, Nidorino, and Scyther. Now in a life-debt to the troupe, Arbok now accompanies them wherever they go, delighting in pestering the determined Scyther, the loyal Nidorino, and eventually, the silly Rhydon. She especially loves to torment Rattata, simply because he is so small. She doesn't bother Mightyena, as he is usually napping.

Bio; A happy-go-lucky Pokemon from the start, Rhydon joined Daniel's troupe, purely on a whim, back when he was a Rhyhorn in Mt. Silver. Wherever he goes, Rhyon seems to lighten up the mood. He is also rather clumsy, resulting in lots of trouble for Daniel and the others. Whenever a situation is serious or dire, Rhydon demonstrates his destructive fighting ability, becoming akin to a runaway train on legs. Much to Rattata's vexation, he loves to play with the tiny pokemon, usually resulting in bodily harm.

Bio; Rattata is a very nervous pokemon, intimidated by almost everything larger than himself. Unfortunately, that means he is afraid of almost everything. Fortunately, when Rattata reaches the panic point, the little pokemon goes berserk. When not intimidated by anything, however, Rattata is rather warm and affectionate. He originally joined the toupe out of pure fear of the untamed wilds.

Bio; Mightyena is a lazy pokemon if there ever was one. Almost always sleeping, Mightyena only wakes up to battle and move with Daniel and the rest. Most of the time, however, he remains inside his pokeball, happily sleeping the days away. He has a kinship with Rattata, mostly because they joined the team at relatively the same time. When roused to fight, however, Mightyena loves to play with his opponent, and take naps in the middle of a battle. He was originally caught by Daniel while he was sleeping. When Mightyena woke up, he didn't really mind his new surroundings, and thus, stayed with the team forevermore.

Past: When KK was a child her mother and father both died in an accident while coming home from the hospital. KK was left on the side of the road hurt, but still alive. A few days passed and she was growing weaker. An Eevee spotted the child and carried her back to Fall City's Ranger Base. There, Prof. Hastings, Eevee, Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon took care of here until she was old enough to Become a Ranger. KK liked the idea and started training. When she was 12, KK was ready to go out all over the world to help Pokemon. KK was a bit afraid. Prof. Hastings realised that she needed Pokemon to help her. He gave KK Eevee, Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon. Then she walked out the door on her adventure. She still has no memory of her parents at all.

The coat has a faux feather lining around the collar and around the sleeves.

Identifying Marks: His left eye has an eyeliner dagger underneath of it.

Musculature: Lithe frame; slightly toned arms.

Personality: Temperate, loyal, unpredictable

Skills: Strategizing, acting (can easily make most people think that he's a normal teenager.)

Past: As a young boy who grew up in Celadon City, Kanto, Hitoshi was cursed to be the son of an alcoholic father who physically abused him. His mother was of no help either, taking out her rage and anguish on Hitoshi by verbally abusing him. At school he was very reserved and withdrawn, isolating himself from teachers and students. In the beginning of junior high, Hitoshi joined up with a gang. They found pleasure in harming people and pokemon; for once, Hitoshi felt the control and power that he craved. A little after he turned 13, he was kicked out of school half way through the year and ran away from home. To defend himself, Hitoshi had stolen an Eevee from a pokemon arcade prize store and fled Celadon. On his way to Fuschia City, Hitoshi came across a biker gang. A friend of his from the school gang was in it, and he offered Hitoshi to join.

However, he declined, wanting to go it alone for now. Then, his friend told him of another gang he was a part of: Team Rocket. This organization intrigued Hitoshi; his friend took him to the Team Rocket HQ and spoke with the leader, Giovanni. After a rigorous test of endurance, for both he and Eevee, Hitoshi was accepted as a grunt and became partnered with his friend. When Hitoshi was 14, his friend was killed on a mission when they went to Seafoam Island to unsuccessfully catch Articuno. Ever since, Hitoshi vowed to work harder, blaming himself for the death of his partner. By the time he had reached the age of 16, Hitoshi had climbed his way through Team Rocket and had become respected (or feared) for his age and diligence.

Umbreon (Male) - Hitoshi had stolen Umbreon when it was just an Eevee from an arcade prize store in Celadon City, having no other ideas of how to get a pokemon to protect himself. Umbreon is his most loyal pokemon, and would fight to the death for Hitoshi. Umbreon tends to be aloof when not in battle, and sometimes tends to come off as if it feels superior to other pokemon - and people.

Houndoom (Male) - Hitoshi spends most of his time in Johto, where most of his missions are. On one of his many times there, he had been randomly attacked by a Houndour in a field. After weakening it with Umbreon, he had decided to catch the pokemon, realizing that he could "make use of it." Houndoom is always on the alert, and is Hitoshi's most agressive pokemon in battle. Houndoom is very difficult to become close to for anyone, even Hitoshi.

Sneasel (Male) - Tracking down Suicune, Hitoshi ended up in Mt. Silver. He had lost the legendary pokemon, and himself. Hitoshi was being bothered by a wild Sneasel, it trying to make him even more lost and playing tricks on him. Hitoshi had eventually decided to fight the pokemon with his own. He had then caught it, seeing that it held a razor claw. Hitoshi removed the razor claw, deciding to hand it over to Team Rocket. However, he kept the pokemon for himself. Sneasel is rather mischievous, always trying to confuse others or start trouble, especially when it is in a pokemon battle.

History/Personality: Nicholas raised Mitchell from a Ralts. Nicholas had always feared Mitchell would die, because he would constantly get sick and refuse to eat. Fortunately, Mitchell grew into a Gardevoir rapidly. He is now perfectly healthy, and has a very serious personality.

History/Personality: Solo was always the alpha-male of his litter. Always feeling a sense of superiority over his siblings, he would constantly attack them for no reason. Nicholas' parents said that he might have to be released into the wild, but Nicholas decided to take on the challenge of raising Solo. Solo is still the only Pokemon Nicholas travels with that challenges Ninetales, but fails miserably every time. He's too stubborn to quit, so he just keeps trying.

History/Personality: Flutter is extremely intelligent. He respects Ninetales too much to use his hypnotic powers on her or Nicholas. He likes to do it to any other pokemon or people he encounters. Flutter dislikes combat, so if threatened he'll just fly to a safe distance.

Special Features: None too different from the usual Spiritomb, but very few are seen anyway.
History/Personality: Spiritomb is shrouded with mystery even to its companions. Why it follows them even Nicholas doesn't know. Even though it's very strange, Nicholas can't help but care for it whever it's around.

Identifying Marks: His very tan skin, a hairline scar running across the underside of his left arm, towards the armpit. He also has a more sturdy left arm, because it was broken, but with clean, straight break that healed back stronger. He did that to his legs as well, but none of it was of his own doing.
Musculature: Very well toned.
Personality: Evan is a bit Rash and often times doesn't know what to do when faced with life-altering decisions, but if he must, he will make a choice. He wants to get stronger at everything he does so that he never has to run away again. If a friend or companion of his is hurt, then he will do whatever he can to help.
Skills: He can swim faster than almost every human alive, but has never cared to be officially recorded. His cooking skills aren't bad, but they aren't fantastic. He can also hold his breath for 3 minutes and 24 seconds.
Past: Evan was born in Olivine City to a loving mother and father. His father at one point had owned the ferry service, but didn't for very long. But Evan loved to go on the boat trips with his dad while he was five and six. He would love to look down at all the pokemon swimming and playing beneath the water's surface, until one day he dived off of the ferry and played with them.

His father freaked out and stopped the boat, scanning the water for Evan. He was found happily playing with a Mantyke and a couple of Remoraid. Evan's dad gave the child a stern lecture, and when they had arrived at the port that they were headed to, the pokemon Evan had been playing with awaited him. Evan's father said that they could stay around as long as they wanted, and Evan treated them like pets.

When he was ten, he was running little errands across Olivine, as the city's own messenger and delivery boy. Evan loved this job, and it helped him stay in shape, because he sprinted to every house, laden down with packages coming in at around least twenty pounds each.

He kept this job up, and when he was thirteen, he had decided that he wanted to be a great swimmer, so he swam with his Mantyke and Remoraid every day. Once, when he was fourteen, he was swimming, and a Carvanha attacked him. Evan's Mantyke and Remoraid defended him, and when they had beaten the Carvanha, Mantyke had evolved and became a Mantine. Evan was overjoyed, and began to swim daily with the Mantine, until his mother told him that he should capture the Mantine, which the Mantine happily accepted.

As Evan turned 15, his father had arranged a marriage with another girl at Olivine, in order to marry into the lighthouse owner's family, in an attempt to make money. Evan did not truly love the girl, and didn't know what to do. He tried to convince his parents to let him go, but they were not convinced. Evan decided that he would fake his death, and successfully managed to fake the death, and he slipped away to travel the world.

She would participate in the games, but if they weren't going on, she found ways to amuse herself. During his adventures, he found a dark cave with a beautiful inner spring. The spring was surrounded by water stones that glowed in the dark, and the water itself looked beautiful, reflecting back a sparkling color. The Eevee walked up to a stone, and she nuzzled it. The stone vanished, and the Eevee became a Vaporeon. She loves to swim with Evan, because she can fit into th small places that the other large or earthbound pokemon can't.

He braced for an attack, but instead, the Scizor had sealed itself up inside Evan's pokeball. Shard's parents were very rich and loved to go on cruises and vacations to big cities, sometimes even out of Kanto, so Shard grew up used to being home alone for about a week, even at a young age. His parents made up for their absence with Pokemon that they brought from their trips. Shard was very teased at school for his weakness, often even badly beaten. His parents decided to take their son out of school and let him wander around freely.

Shard's father agreed and gave Shard his Scyther. Scyther is a very wild Pokemon, but still one of Shard's most loyal companions.

After a while Shard's and Golbat's friendship was strong enough to evolve it into a Crobat.

They were near death when Vibrava came to their aid, leaing them out of the desert. Vibrava was happy they were safe, and decided to go with them. Vibrava was later given to Shard.

In stead of appealing, it had squirted water on all the judges and contestants. When it all was over Buizel's trainer refused to take it back. He gave the pokemon to Shard's parents. While on the ship home, Buizel made a scene by soaking all passengers on board. Buizel was given to Shard, who managed to calm it down.

Pokemon: Ambipom: his Ambipom is his most loyal Pokemon and it can understand him. It had been with him for eight almost nine years and it would do anything for him.

Torterra: he got this Pokemon as a turtwig when he went to challenge the Sinnoh league. He was walking into twinleaf town when he stumbled onto this little guy and he captured it. After months of training it fully evolved. It has a calm and quiet nature but in battle that is the opposite of how it acts it is a powerhouse.
Moves: Wood hammer, Earthquake, crunch, gigadrain

Roserade: he got this Pokemon as a Budew after he got the Turtwig, it was hiding in the tall grass crying and he came along and caught it. Its love for him lead it to evolve into a Roselia and when he found a pretty looking stone and let Roselia hold it his Pokemon evolved again into a Roserade. Roserade is very confident in itself and usually stays out of its ball with Ambipom.

Steelix: he got this Pokemon as an Onix after his first week as a trainer in a cave. He had fallen into an empty cavern looking for some Pokemon and he thought he was done for but lucky for him an Onix came by and saw him. It saved his life and let him capture it and eventually it evolved into a Steelix.
Moves: Iron tail, crunch, earthquake, stone edge

Flygon: he overheard a tip from someone in the center that there were trapinch in the nearby desert so he went and caught one. At first it didn't listen to him but after his third Hoenn badge it became not only a great companion but a Flygon. It is his primary mode of transportation because it is bigger than a normal Flygon.

Metagross: after getting his trapinch he went on to beat all the elite four of Hoenn and after that he met a guy named Steven and he gave him a pokeball and inside it was a beldum. His beldum was very smart and it quickly evolved fully into a Metagross on his way through Hoenn's victory road.

She loves showing off her strength by carrying heavy objects such as cameras and additional equipment Andy might need when writing an article. She has also learned how to work a camera through Andy's teaching. Although her photos aren't of the best quality, Andy still praises her for her assistance.

Special Features: Sealeo is Shiny or Alternately colored.
History: While doing a report on a mysterious, oddly colored Pokemon off the coast of Mossdeep City, Andy discovered it was an oddly colored Spheal. It grew attached to her, and so she captured it, solving the mystery of the Mossdeep creature. After saving Andy from falling off a boat once stormy night, it evolved into Sealeo.
Personality: Like most of his species, Sealeo is energetic and playful. He has a child-like disposition and despite his huge size, can be a bit overly sensitive. Sealeo helps Andy when she needs underwater camera shots or if she needs to travel across bodies of water.

History: Drifblim was just a Drifloon when Andy had caught him. He was one of many migrating Drifloon, but had gotten seperated and lost from the flock. Despite Andy's help in finding that flock again, it decided to stay with her. It evolved into a Drifblim during its first battle.
Personality: Drifblim has an odd personality, and other Pokemon tend to look at him strangely, despite the severe lack of any emotion on its face. It likes to float lazily in the sky, and because of this, he functions as Andy's bird's eye view camera.

Identifying Marks: D.O.S. doesn't have ears, but a white and blue headphone-like apparatus, which functions as her power supply. She also has armor protruding from her shoulders. And her hands look like gloves, but her fingers have mechanical joints.
Musculature: D.O.S. resembles a normal-looking 13-year-old girl, but is incredibly fast and strong.
Personality: D.O.S. possesses a child-like curiosity, but often times does not display any sort of emotion, save for happiness and a sense of content when she is around persons she is very close with.
Skills: D.O.S. as a gynoid, is gifted with advanced intelligence and an ability to learn quickly from her actions, surmising the most effective way to solve a problem. Her main function is to gather data on Pokemon and continually update it.
Past: D.O.S. S.I.G.G.M.A., meaning Data Optimizing Sentry, Sentient Intelligence-Gathering Gynoid Model A, was created to gather information on Pokemon, and her data would be transmitted into updated models of the Pokedex. Thus she has also received the alias of being "The Mother of all Pokedexes." She was made as a gynoid so that she could experience first-hand the various characteristics each Pokemon exhibits, and record them as data. She was to set off on a journey, cataloging every species of Pokemon known to man. However, she seems to exhibit a want for an alternate purpose, one that she has somehow chosen for herself. Like all young travelers, D.O.S. wanted to train and befriend Pokemon. So long as she maintained her primary directive, this was fine with her creators, and thus she set off on her own journey to learn about the world not for her function, but for herself.
Family: Professor Ichiro Sakura, D.O.S.'s "father" and Chief developer.
Love Relationships?: Gin, a young trainer who at first accompanied D.O.S. on her journey as a chaperone. It is uncertain why or how, but D.O.S. exhibits a very prominent emotion of happiness when she is around Gin, such an emotion she reciprocated with only her father before and her Pokemon, Ni.

Special Features: Ni exhibits strange tendencies and personality glitches, similar to those its evolution shows. However, Ni is still a Porygon2.
History: Ni was a Pokemon that roamed the cyberspace where D.O.S.'s AI was being programmed. He functioned as a security measure, to ensure no viruses were to infect the space and corrupt D.O.S.'s program. After she was activated, Ni was given to her as a Pokemon to protect her once she would leave and carry out her directive.
Personality: Ni has a quirky personality, and has spent its entire life in the Cyber World. Thus like its trainer, it has a curiosity for the world around it. It also seems to be jealous of Gin, who D.O.S. harbors affections to.
