Ask to Join Magic Knight RP

Dylan sighed as the overly talkative and extremely late captain of the Azure Pheasants used his grimoire to spectate what had happened hours ago. "If you were actually on time, like a competent captain should be, you wouldn't be using that right now." So far, very few had barely caught the Platinum Lords captain's eye.

Norin eyed all of the winners of the sparring match and whistled softly. A lot of them showed great promise; it would be up to the captain to decide whom he wanted in Brown Grizzly.

Sephari stormed into the coliseum on the back of his scarlet armored stallion at a breakneck pace. It was his first initiation as the captain of the Scarlet Falcons and it was crucial for him to be there as his faction of royal knights was the newest, and as such, the smallest with only six knights including him. And although his current knights were some of the most talented knights he knew, he still accepted that without greater numbers he would be insignificant compared to the Platinum Lords, his old group of knights. Sephari sighed, he would have been at the event on time if he had not been such a charitable person towards the poor. Sephari just marked it down as a insignificant sacrifice for trying to lift the burden of others.

Two servants ran up to Sephari, one to guide his horse away and another that handed him a stack of papers saying, "These are the reports of what you missed as you requested, Captain sir!"

"Thank you, your dismissed." The servant nodded and departed from his presence. Sephari walked up to where the other captains were seated and took a second to salute Dylan, his old captain, before taking a seat at his designated seat. He shuffled through the notes, grateful that he took precautions of having scouts just in case he was late. He spotted some intresting reports about some of the knight to be's. Specifically a couple stood out and he began to label who he wanted to select.

As Sephari continued to write he turned to the other Captains. "You should totally give me first pickings as the brand new faction right? Pretty sure there's a rule somewhere that says that." He said in a sarcastic manner. Besides Dylan he knew none of the captains personally, and as such he decided that it would be best for his faction if he started on good terms with the rest of the captains.

“Well, that sure goes to show how certain squads deal in situations.” Levi chuckled as Sephari came in. “Man, it sure would be cool if we get that guy over there with the wind, too bad someone else will probably pick ‘em.” He made a Möbius strip above his hands with a piece of string he found in his pocket, and took a deep breath.

"No one catch your eyes yet Mr. captain of the top knight squad?" Violet asked Dylan jokingly. She then turned back to face the trainees. "I have an idea of who I want." She said.
Violet then called out the next examinee. "Next is #78." That was Tina's number.

"Gah! No good! No good! If I read all their memories the ceremony will be over before I finish!" He thought as he simply gave a thumbs up to every candidate that came up, hoping that they would choose his squad.
"I'll erase all of their memories later! No one should know about this!"

Sephari already had picked five knights out of the 78, two water-based healers, one combat focused lightning user, and the other two being earth and wind specialists. While they weren't the greatest knights, they each had similar powers to his current knights so they would be easily taught.

When 78 was called Sephari flipped through his notes and found a positive showing that he could develop. "The Scarlet Falcons offer membership to the knight in question", Sephari stated in response.

Tina walked forward nervously. She hoped they didn't think her power actually was Wind. Especially when it wears off in about an hour or so. "Right here!" She said, her voice wavering.
Simon looked over at the captian looking at the ball. "You know you can't do that, right? Bad influence." He said. But what does he know. All he does is strategize his team, being how they are not the brightest. He already got 3 new boys on his team. Two with different earth magic skills and one with thunder. They would be great in the Shop.

Mina was looking at the card she was given at the beginning of the event, she was #80,when her number was called she hesitantly stepped forward and sighed nervously, she didn't expect many people to accept her,she looked up at the captains waiting for there reaction

Zephyr was able to salvage three promising knights, a Wood Magic user and two rock users. While the rookies were sceptical about their new captain, they were glad that they could make the cut, but knowing the Zephyr was accepting everyone, It would seem that all participants were gonna make the cut. Knowing that his squad might be filled with weaklings, Zephyr decided to follow the rest of the captains, meaning that if no one accepts a candidate, neither will he.

Dylan leaned forward in his seat when Tina was called, making it the first time he actually showed signs of interest. She appeared to have a knack for Wind Magic, Dylan assumed. She looked extremely nervous when her number was called. Sighing, Dylan nodded and raised his hand, calling out with a clear and projected voice, "I'll take it upon myself to initiate Tina into the Platinum Lords."

When Tina was called up, Violet eyed her. "She's pretty talented, but her attitude is kind why I don't believe I want her in my squad, could interfere with efficiency during missions." She said. Edwards then looked at her and smiled before raising his hand. "I want to initiate her into my squad." He said.

Cyrus took quite some time selecting knights to join his squad. He was targeting those with abilities enought to infiltrate and to end a fight quickly. He could not let someone with Tina's abilities go to another squad without even trying.
"Hi there." He said, making sure his voice was clear enough "I can't help but to think she would do great in the Golden Scarabs" He said "I would love to initiate her into my squad."

Sephari mentally sighed as many of the captains demonstrated interest in the candidate he wanted yet again. How was he suppost to recruit members to increase his numbers when all the large established factions stole them all from him? As of now he had only ten members besides himself!

"What is it going to take in order for me to get a break around here, at least give me some decent people!"

*Clank Clank Clank* a knight was walking slowly into the kingdom his sword dragging in the dirt *sighs* "well clover city I know I'm late for my squad tryouts but let's see where I go from here.

Carmon explores city till her fines the squad tryouts and see the line and waits to be called up for his tryout.

as he waits he wonders what is happening back in his town since he left.

The tests in the exam were particularly easy, in Krain's opinion. He had been able to keep his broom elevated with no difficulty and his sparring opponent didn't put up much of a fight, or probably couldn't. Krain waited for his number, 91, to be called as his stood with his hands behind his back and his eyes closed, meditating.
