XY/ORAS Looking for a Gen6 3-4IV Eevee (Speed and Sp.Atk desired)

I'm looking for an Eevee (male preferably) with 3 to 4 IVs (Speed and Sp.Atk would be preferable IVs), Mild Nature, no preference on Ability.

Here's a list of Pokémon I can trade for it:
  • Pawniard lvl 1 (female), 5 IVs (HP, Attack, Defense, Sp.Atk and Speed), Adamant Nature, Inner Focus Ability
  • Archen lvl 1 (JPN male), 5 IVs (HP, Attack, Defense, Sp.Atk and Speed), Naive Nature, Defeatist Ability
  • Rhyhorn lvl1 (female), 4 IVs (HP, Attack, Defense and Sp.Def), Docile Nature, Rock Head Ability
  • Rhyhorn lvl1 (female), 4 IVs (HP, Defense, Sp.Atk and Sp.Def), Serious Nature, Lightning Rod Ability
  • Whismur lvl1 (JPN male), 4 IVs (HP, Defense, Sp.Atk and Speed), Timid Nature, Rattled Ability
  • Noibat lvl1 (JPN female), 3 IVs (Sp.Atk, Sp.Def and Speed), Timid Nature, Frisk Ability
  • Octillery lvl30 (male), 3 IVs (HP, Defense and Speed), Jolly Nature, Suction Cups Ability

If you don't have an Eevee that match my listed specifications, you can offer any other Pokémon with matching IVs to any corresponding Pokémon on my list.
