DPPt/HGSS Latios and Regice help!!

I need serious help on the movesets of a Lv.50 Latios and Regice.
I need a SP. competitive moveset (in emerald) for both.
Please suggest items ,too.
Both have calm natures.

Maybe...unless the person cares to correct me, this is for Emerald right...my guess is no D/P moves then.

Latios@Soul Dew
-Dragon Claw
-Thunderbolt/Calm Mind/Surf
-Ice Beam/Calm Mind/Surf
-Psychic

Dragon Claw and Psychic for STAB.
Thunderbolt and Ice Beam give coverage.
Surf is better against Steel/Not Ground type than Thunderbolt, but can be interchanged.
Calm Mind increases Sweeping capabilities.

Here's my current Regice moveset:

Regice @ Leftovers

- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Rest
- Thunder Wave/Toxic

Ice Beam and Thunderbolt provide very good coverage, plus with Regice's 100 Base Sp.Attack and STAB on Ice Beam Regice can still hit relatively hard. Rest for healing - Regice has no other option for healing so Rest it is, and either Thunder Wave for team support (and to stop people murdering you whilst Resting) or Toxic to pick apart other Special Sponges who will not suffer much damage from your other attacks. I prefer Thunder Wave myself. Also, put 252 EV's onto HP and Defense, and the other 6 on Sp.Atk.
