But there are, unfortunately, thieves looking to steal the kirakiraru in sweets, to use for nefarious purposes...So now, the legendary patissieres must partner with the fairy, Mogumogu, harness the power of the sweets they so lovingly make, and protect the kirakiraru!

As usual, the Kirakira Patisserie was busy, with customers coming in left and right. Miyoshi Kasugano, the only known precure, was busy in the kitchen, along with her fairy, Mogumogu. She simply couldn't get the desserts out fast enough.
"Geez, Mogumogu, why haven't any other precures come forward yet?" Kasugano complained, "I sure wish I had someone to lighten the workload!"
"Kasugano, you know how this works," Mogumogu explained, "Only people who exhibit strong desires to protect the love that goes into making sweets, or kirakiraru, can become precures, and work in Kirakira patisserie! And so far, no one like that has come forward yet!"
"Too bad," she huffed, "Cuz these desserts aren't gonna make themselves!"
Mogumogu glanced up at the clock. "Speaking of which, we have a shipment to deliver to a festival later," she explained, "They want all sorts of animal sweets! And knowing the kirakiraru thieves, they'll try to show up there, too, so be on your guard!"
"Very well," Kasugano sighed, getting to work on another batch of pastry cream. Hopefully, a new precure, or two, would appear at that festival too...
