Flaw 1: the villain can’t flip gravity completely upside down
Flaw 2: gravity can only flip for about 5 minutes (maximum amount of minutes) and then have a 1 minute cool down

For story drama purposes, let's say Allie was from the same high school as Nero. Ruby attended a different school. Allie will recognize Nero immediately.
Also, what exactly do you mean by "infamous"?

I like it! Infamous means that he was well known at the school, and yet he rarely ever talked, and when he did, it was of few words.

"infamous: well known for some bad quality or deed."
