The year is 2007, and the crime rate is at an all time high. There’s a dangerous syndicate of criminals lurking about, seemingly using magic powers to make their victims dissapear. This gang has grown enough notoriety where even the mayor is beginning to advise people not to walk alone anymore, and to lock all doors and windows whenever possible. You, and a group of other people with powers known as Stands decide you’ve had enough of this, and decide to team up to take down this threat, and restore peace to the city.
