Is Seviper the evolve form of Arbok?

Is Seviper the evolve form of Arbok, because it says so on the Anime but I thought he did'nt have any evolve or pre-evolve forms.

As of now, Seviper does not evolve into anything or from anything. That was all just a goof-up by the dubbed Anime, and certainly not their only one.

Honestly, a lot of the dub's mistakes are be easily identified by most Pokemon fans, but younger fans who haven't played the games wouldn't know any better. I pity them >>

OK thanks. I got really confused when the pokemon commercial thing came on and it said "Trainers! what is the evolve form of Arbok?" and the answer was Seviper. So thanks

No seviper doesnt evolve from arbok but it sure looks like it does
