Dasken genuinely didn't expect to get this far. He took a shaky breath, and he held out his hand. "I'm D-Dasken." He muttered, just barely audibly. He felt himself hold back more twitching, and tried to ease his mind, hoping he could calm himself enough to simply act normally.

Theren walked over the boy, noticing his condition worsening as he twitched erratically and stuttered. He looked to and fro and then peered over to him.

"Do you need me to call a doctor or...?"

This boy had started making him feel uneasy. He wasn't sure weather to pity him or consider him a closeted cereal killer.

Blake didn't respond. She couldn't, as Leo, whose expression had darkened the smallest bit, shook her head. "Maybe we should give him some space," she said. It was almost like Leo had been in a similar situation. Probably has, since she's the most social person I've ever met. Heck, she's probably met with borderline psychopaths before, Blake thought.

Dasken felt... oddly strange and empowered all of a sudden. His anxiety skyrocketed, however, and he stumbled even more over his words. He tried to take a step, but would up tripping over his own foot. He flinched, preparing for impact, but it never came. Instead, he was tilted forward in an impossible way, suspended by nothing he was aware of. He was an inch away from Blake's face, and he held his breath.

Theren stepped back. Okay, officially over it! He couldn't believe what he saw, the man seemed to float, or some kind of lifting unaturally off the ground.

"What that-?!"

As he said that, some of his zipper started to zip up and down in his different pockets on his hoodie and pants. This just triggered more alarm bells for him as he turned to the people.

"What's happening??"

Blake stumbled backwards, dropping her coffee cup. When she hit the ground, tripping over herself(she is beauty, she is grace), a nearby pond seemed to explode. Water shot upwards and to the side and pretty much everywhere. Blake--and the others--were given quite the soaking, but she was even more surprised to see a large blob of...something heading towards her. Only when it hit, knocking her off her feet once more, did she figure out what it was.

Clay. And it was kind of pinning her to the pavement.

Dasken slowly turned to face Blake, now stuck to the pavement by a chunk of something - mud, maybe? Maybe clay? - and he felt his body pump full of anxiety, nervous energy, and adrenaline. He also felt that odd feeling grow, and he ran over towards Blake as fast as he could. Unluckily for him, Dasken ran too fast. He barely managed to turn, and he skidded in a half-circle before sliding away from Blake and into a nearby building. He shook his head and jogged over, closer to his normal running speed but still insanely fast for him. He didn't even wonder why he was moving at such speeds - he only wanted to help Blake up, and he had no idea why.

Seeing the huge ammount of water splash up startled Theren, but what followed after scared him more. Two clumps of clay were hurled up, one hitting the pavement and another coming right for him! He put his arms defensively in front of him and yelled. When he did so, his zippers went up and down increasingly fast, so fast that they started to heat up. Just then, the Chubk of clay was thrown in a different direction.

"...what....?"

He opened his eyes, unharmed, as his zippers stopped moving, but steam sill came from them as they were nearly red hot.

Dan watched as the events unfolded. "The heck?" He said quietly to himself. One person stopped mid fall. Another's zippers went psyco. The girl just got sealed in concrete. "Am I going crazy?" He whispered to himself looking forward. That gut feeling seemed to scream run away, knowing that this was not normal. He followed them, of tried to. In fact, his feet were frozen in place, sealed in some kind of metalic substance. That was Dan's trigger. Nobody held him down. He forced his feet to move. Nothing happened. Trying again, nothing. The fear of being stuck forever slowly hit his face and Dan shoved his feet forward. Only then did the metal disapper away down from his feet.

Leo was, for lack of a better term, freaking out. Her friend had just been attacked by a giant blob of whatever the heck that was, and a lake had exploded, all in addition to everything else that had happened. Some of the water that had landed on the ground began to float up, along with the coffee in her styrofoam cup. It all sort of circled around Leo in a big loop around her torso. "What the...What the hell's going on?!" Leo exclaimed.

Theren quickly blew on his zippers and patted them to become less scorching hot. Sighing at putting them out, he looked at the utter chaos before him. Between metal reaching out, clay growing on the floor, and other abilities, we got utterly creeped out. He ran away, or tried to at least. As soon as he did, objects started to fly with him. The block of clay, leaves, and even a park bench were all flying toward him. Before he could do anything about it, the block of clay tripped him as he fell onto the park bench that was thrown under him. The park bench then pulled back and was thrusted along the sidewalk, right near a certain someone incased in clay

In a literal blink, Dasken felt his body coil like a spring, and then he launched; he flew directly into the path of the bench, and within mere moments, the bench had blown apart into millions of wooden shards, some of which caught Dasken. He rolled across the ground, battered by the reflexive action, and slowly got up while bleeding from several woulds, including a short, skull-deep gash in his upper right eyebrow.

After the bench was destroyed, Theren felled and fell down along the grass, the wood shards stopping in place, and turning to him. He knew what would happen next, so he put his arms in the way to defend himself as the wooden shards hurled at him. He closed his eyes and braced for the coming pain....

....

He opened his eyes and saw the wooden shards being held in place. He blinked and started to control his breathing. Am I...doing this?

Dan's mind wasn't able to comprehend all that was happening. Bench decentigrated. Boy being chased by the same bench. This makes no sense. The metal slowly started it's way back up Dan. "The hecks going on?" He called out as the metal-like material covered his lower body. It felt cold, but strong. It was like a normal leg without feeling anything. It felt, well, empty. Clear. Without feeling. Amazed and scared at the same time, Dan didn't notice it completely envelop his body.

Blake struggled to get free of the clay that was holding her down suddenly split a little, allowing her to free herself. Thankfully, it had absorbed several of the wooden shards and prevented them from hitting her.

Leo was, for the most part, shrapnel free as well. The liquids had sort of absorbed the splinters, and now the teenager was surrounded by a bubble of sorts, with lone pieces of wood floating through it.

Theren blinked several times at the sight in front of him. All the woods, splinters, and shards floated in place, without even any wobbling. He slightly moved his hands down, and the wood started to move down toward the ground with gravity. So it WAS him doing it after all. He then put his hands all the way down and the entire storm of wood fell without a second thought.

"....what....the...."

Manuel watched amazed at the chaos that was suddenly unleashed within Central Park. A pond exploded, wooden shards shot everywhere, there were too many abnormal things going on. He crouched quickly to avoid the wooden shards directed at him, a few of them hitting his arm. He was definitely stressed, this was not the kind of thing that would usually happen.
Right?
Manuel got up, he had to do something. Maybe help the person enveloped by metal? That seemed like it. He ran over to the now huge metal ball that enveloped the person, still holding on to his tablet. He tried to find an opening in the metal, to try and get the person out, somehow. He managed to find one small enough to put his finger inside, and he felt the other person’s skin.

Suddenly, he felt a surge of energy run through his body, which was released in a blast that made a medium-sized hole in the metal, and Manuel fell to the ground.
What just happened? He thought to himself. He wanted to scream, but there was no way he could.

As all of these unbelievable events took place in front of Vincent, beads of sweat began to form on his forehead, his temperature shooting through the roof before rapidly declining. "Whys this....happening...whats....going..." He stumbled forward, his words slurred and his body slowly starting to shiver from the loss of heat. ....oh man.....here we go..." He mumbled, his breath cold in the back of his throat, his vision hazy. "...gotta get away....." He finished after a long pause before quickly falling forward, unconscious. "Its okay now....'

Theren, after dropping all of the shards of wood to the ground, noticed someone collapse. He was worried that someone might have got hurt by any of the powers going off in the park, or worse by him directly. He went over to the person struck and quickly figured out that it was Vincent, the person who helped him up earlier.

"Oh this is bad..." Theren said, scratching his head.

He offered a hand to help him up, but accidentally brought the boy floating up into the air, his feet slumped over the pavement. Crap, is there an off switch to this? Theren tried to turn off his powers somehow, withdrawing his hand. When he did, the boy then fell toward the ground. Theren put his hand back instantly, in fear the boy would crack his skull.

"Well....ain't this great..."
