Does anyone have any good thoughts for D/P Special abilities? I've got a few:
Vengence-when the user's Hit Points are reduced to 1/3, Dark type attacks will do 1.5 times more damage.
Freezing Mist-The opponent has a 30% chance of becoming Frozen when it comes in contact with this Pokemon.
Mystic Power-Sharply icreases user's special attack automatically when sent out to battle.
Anyone else want to submit?
