What you'll need to do is to resize the sprites so that they are as big as the biggest sprite - so, in this case, you'll need to make them all the same size as the third one.

I've got a better idea, try downloading this.
I can't explain to you how to use it.
It keeps the image normal, none of the pixels that are messing that up.
