how do you make sprites?

I've looked at a lot of cool sprites, and got curious about how to make them! So I went to the forms:
"Background Transparency on Sprites Tutorial
Photo Shop / Image Ready tutorial for sprite animation"
And it didn't really help.... so any pointers?

Sprites can be made from scratch or edited from those found on the interwebs.

You could probably have found that by looking around the forum, or searching spiriting on a search engine. I have given you a warning for your spammy topic, along with your double posting.(Don't do it, edit the post if you need too)
