All right y’all to keep this rp flowing and get to the Training arcs faster I’m skipping the test phase and tier assemblies, Unless of course there’s are any objections to this?
I must ask however that everyone’s next post include the following template of your test results and how your character(s) feel about it while in transit to your new location.

And before anyone asks yes I am stealing the template from MHA. For scale a 2 is an average human being

though not a concrete rule keep in mind your characters tier and that they are students. I dont want to be seeing 5's on a bronze tier, though exceptions to this can and will be made.

My bad, I didn't get any pings for the discussion thread so I didn't see the limits for bronze tier students. However, I would like to argue that Adrains strength would be high but highly inconsistent. His powers let him absorbed the surrounding strength of impacts around or on him, so if he let out his strongest stored waves it would be tremendous, but since they're hard for him to (currently) get he would only be powerful once or twice, but really low every other time, if possible I want his strength to show as 2 after the training island because he's just that bad at maintaining constant strength.

Either way, I just want Adrian to be really incompetent right now. like he barely made the bar to enter school incompetent.

That argument falls under power not strength, even some Gold students don’t have 5s in any stat so a bronze student with a 5 stat is impossible. Inconsistency wouldn’t increase Adrian’s stats either if any inconsistent abilities bring the stats down.

I can see what you’re trying to do but it really would have worked better if you’d discussed this first

In a way it is a mix of creativity and how broadly it can be used and the other uses of the power that arent immediately obvious

such as Quasar using his energy blasts to fly or to create shields

Personality: She acts tough and can be arrogant, but she is super sweet on the inside. She has a no-nonsense kind of attitude towards pessimism and bullying along with being naturally curious and mischievous. She won't let anyone bring her spirits down and she is a generally optimistic person, which can make her seem slightly unrealistic at times. Once she gets friends, she is very loyal and protective of them. She has very strong emotions, which can cause her to transform a piece of her body on accident. As a dragon, she loses her human logic in favor of a very strong primal and instinctual urge to either protect those she sees or potentially hurt those she views as a threat. Whoever she was before is gone, so she tries to keep her dragon form under wraps. Her dragon is a separate entity due to her quirk. Even though she craves control and destruction, she only wants that because she was taken from the spotlight, taken from being able to control the body she had been living in for the rest of her life. She still holds honor though, and won't attack someone who won't fight back.

She only has some control over this and can only use them when she feels threatened. Once she transforms a part of her body, she starts to act more feral. The more parts of her transform, the less human she'll start to act and the more animalistic she'll become. She can transform fully into a dragon, but only when under extreme emotional or physical duress and will lose herself completely. She is exceptionally strong and has heightened senses and agility when in this form, but she can't reliably control herself.
Setback: She can't control her transformations, and she only transforms completely when she's under a lot of emotional or physical duress. This causes a lot of mental strain as she attempts to regain control and transform back to avoid her more primal side from hurting anyone or destroying anything. Since she can't control her quirk, she doesn't have a hero name or a hero costume and, even though she believes she can become a good hero, she has a fear that she will never become a good hero and will never control her powers.

He is 9'00" (274.3 cm) from snout tip to tail tip and his wingspan is 8'05" (256.5 cm). He has a spiked ball at the end of his tail, sharp spines from his head to the tip of his tail, amber eyes, sharp teeth and claws, and he has a very muscular appearance. His spines can either relax and hug close to his body or tense them up so they point straight upwards.
Villain Costume: Doesn't need one.
Personality: He is very arrogant and loves power. He can also be a little cunning, but he further enjoys crushing people's defenses with his sheer strength. He is incredibly sadistic and cruel, the dragon completely taking him over and turning him into a savage killer that feels nothing but anger and pain, which fuels his desires to hurt others. The only time he feels good is when he projects his pain on to others by completely overwhelming them.
Major Malfunction: He is no longer himself.

He wasn't as funloving anymore and would just stare at them in the middle of the night, especially when his mother was pregnant with their second child. When Drayda was born, Drache felt he was immediately set aside for his little sister and he held resentment towards her for taking away his spotlight. He began acting out, hurting small animals and stealing items. After witnessing these acts, Drayda told her parents and the officials locked him away in juvy. He was released, but is now at large again for theft and assault. Every now and then in the middle of the night, a silhouette of a giant dragon could be seen flying over the city he lives in, blotting out the stars and moon as it flies past.

Personality: He is known to be very Goofy and Charming and due to his height, Very intimidating.

Costume (hero garb): A black and white suit, cape with a hood, a Domino mask under his hood.

Explanation: Whenever he activates his power whatever living thing he attacks pushes or moves won't happen until 20 seconds.
This means he can stack attacks and all of the pain and pushback from each attack will be one massive attack when 20 seconds pass.
Setbacks: Only works on living things, Will release exactly at 20 seconds
Extra information: When he was little, Law was your average kid. He went to a normal school with normal people and normal things. Until one day he got into a fight. He was walking threw the halls and bumped into the school jerk. He asked him did he have a death wish and pushed him to the ground. He stood back up and punched him in the jaw. The kid laughed and said "I didn't even feel it!" and attempted to punch him in the gut when...POW! The kid's head snapped back and went crashing into one of the lockers. Everyone was shocked and the teacher asked them what happened. Law told her what happened and she was shocked. She called Laws parents and told them he had developed an ability. Law then applied to the school to learn more about his power and if it means something. He got into the school with his Amazing Strenght and Intelligence.

Unfortunately, all the Silver Slots are full, however, there is still an empty slot in Bronze Tier if you're happy with that. You are also missing a Backstory so once that's amended you should be all good to join the bronze tier

So fa all students have arrived on campus, had their preliminary evaluations and now the Three tiers have been seperated for a training exercise.

The Gold students are currently working as pro-heroes on an island that is about to be attacked by a new villain
SIlver students are partaking in the Silver Peak Challenge, a team-based race to complete a variety of tasks and challenges.
Bronze students are doing a boot-camp like training camp to kickstart the development of their abilities

At this stage the villains aren't active but this will be changing soon as I want to set up a small villain sub-plot to run in the background so they are well established for the next major arc which will be villain based.

What were the preliminary evaluations? Similar or the same as MHA?

I'm going to make a post where she comes in late, does the preliminary evaluation on her own time while there is some downtime, and then is sent off to the Silver Peak Challenge.

It's very similar to MHA, You can join the existing team after the completion of the first challenge. Though late arrival to Hero High would actually make things messier. How about she just joins the existing team after the rest of her team failed the
first challenge
