After Lissia hitting it big in Hoenn, Contests sparked up all over the Pokemon world. From bustling Galar to the more distanced Alola, it was a craze everyone wanted in on!
Then the Global Contest League, or GCL, was founded. A worldwide Contest tournament, all ending with another, grander tournament in the huge Wyndon Stadium.
So you signed up too, hoping for Contest fame.

1. A Trainer can use as many Pokemon as they choose during the tournament, if they apply in time. Until then, they must follow the regular limits.
2. A Trainer may apply by obtaining the five aspect Ribbons (Cute, Cool, Tough, Smart, Beauty)for their region and then heading to a certain Pokemon Centre (Vermillion, Goldenrod, Petalburg, Canalave, Castelia, Lumiose, Hau’oli City, Hulbury.) to process it. Any other centre can be used to check how many Trainers have successfully applied, and if your Ribbons are valid.
3. The Grand Tournament shall take place in Wyndon after 30 Trainers have obtained their Ribbons. Instead of typical Contest rules, this tournament permits all to use more then one Pokemon in the appeal and battle rounds.
4. Any forged ribbons will prevent the Trainer from applying until the next year’s GCL.
