Xavier shrugged at the boy, confused still on how to get him his schedule. That was when a teacher approached her and told her to come with her to her spot in the forest. "Er, wait... um, this kid still needs a schedule..."

The teacher smiled at Terryn and said, "Oh, yeah, here you go," before handing him his schedule. Then she turned back to Xavier. "Follow me."

As told, Xavier trotted behind the teacher until she reached a clearing in the forest. Then the teacher left, and Xavier was left alone in the foliage. Immediately, she began to scale a tree, whistling sharply every minute or so.

Bandit
The Galarian Linoone rustled the leaves he was standing on. He twitched his ears, listening for the whistle he could recognize as his Trainer's. Nothing. He must not have been close enough. He tried Odor Sleuth, but couldn't pick up his Trainer's scent. But with a bit of trial and error, he was able to catch the acrid, briny scent of a Corsola. He shot off like a bullet towards the scent.

Silver
The Galarian Corsola was sitting on a log. She made no move to go anywhere, instead just waiting, ghostly tendrils waving in the dim light. She really didn't care how Xavier did on the test. She heard a piercing whistle, but ignored it, turning away from the noise.

She didn't notice the massive form creeping up on her from behind.

Echo
The Noivern's ears were peeled for a whistle. He couldn't pick one up very well in the close quarters of forest, so he braced his legs and crashed through the treetops. He twisted his head around, knowing that Xavier would've climbed a tree first and foremost. He skimmed the treetops, echolocating occasionally to give him a better view of where his Trainer might be.

Now deep within the forest and surrounded by nothing but bushes and looming trees, some of which shuffled ominously, Finley was a tad lost. The boy didn't let it faze him though, as he just just kept trailing forward with his hands in pockets. Finley really didn't know where to start in terms of finding Jenkins. He figured the Yamask wouldn't be treading lightly, and it's existance would be made quite apparent to others. Considering this, Finley was reassured he'd be able to track down his Pokemon.

Above Finley, an Impidimp hung from a branch on a tree, as it stared down at the boy. It giggled maniacally as it watched. Finley turned back at the sound of the laughter, but saw nothing as the Pokemon hid itself deep within the leaves of the tree. More on edge, he continued walking. The Impidimp followed, jumping from tree to tree.

Meanwhile, Jenkins drifted through the forest, fists clenched and holding the fiercest posture the Pokemon could pull off. As Finley predicted, it made sure every wild and not-so-wild Pokemon knew it's location. It would sporadically pound against something, whether it be the ground or a tree. Unfortunately, the Yamask bit off more than it could chew when it had woken up a mean team of ghosties. Two Gastlys emerged from the ground in front of Jenkins and from behind appeared a rather large Gengar. It grinned as it looked over it's prey.

Vikal and his Cramorant walked along the forest. Despite it's clumsy nature, the Cramorant had been moving in a oddly straight line, not even turning his head. As they went, a sharp whistle cut through the forest. Vikal flinched at the sound, while his Cramorant turned its entire body and walked toward it without even blinking. Was that a signal for this guy? Does he have a friend?
A pounding sound interrupted his thoughts. Immediately, Cramorant did a 180 and waddled to the direction of the pounding.
It was then it occured to Vikal: Cramorant had no idea what it was doing. It was just wandering around the forest randomly, only changing paths when he heard something, regardless if it was focused of something else.
Basically, by following it, he was more lost than before.
"Damn. Now what?" Vikal muttered. As he pondered, he still followed the bird. It's not like he wouldn't be equally lost if he went a different direction. May as well follow his pokemon as a means of defense.
Cramorant stopped. "What's up...." he needed to come up with a name for the pokemon. Regardless, he also needed to leave. He looked up to see a yamask.
A galarian Yamask.
"Jenkins?" Vikal asked, before looking around. "Whoa!"
Jenkins wasn't alone. There was two gastly on his front and a gengar behind him. All were grinning evilly.
"Oh geez. Can you do something Cramorant?" he asked desperately.
The bird squawked dully.

Sighing, Aussie continued walking in the forest, so far she'd had no luck finding even any signs of her team members. From what she could hear of whistles and among other things, other trainers had good ideas of what to do. That's when she remembered, she also had a little trick up her sleeves when it came to finding one pokemon in particular. Whenever Aussie would clap her hands in a certain pattern, Hattrem would hear it. So maybe, she'd be able to find one of them. She began clapping her hands in a pattern only herself, and the small psychic type knew. Hoping it could reach her ears. She paused every few seconds to listen for any sounds until a shuffling in the bushes behind her caused her to freeze, she quickly pulled out a spare Pokeball, just in case. But what jumped out of the bushes made her jump out of her skin and almost hit her head on a tree stump, was a pokemon she knew all too well. "Hattrem!" she yelled as the small psychic type cooed and jumped atop her stomach. "You scared me half to death!" She scolded the pokemon as she sat up, picking up her sunhat off the forest floor and placed it back on her head. She picked the pokemon up and held her close to her chest. Happy that she wasn't alone anymore. "Alright... One down, three to go," she whispered under her breath as she began walking in a different direction, the pokemon in her arms now suddenly fast asleep.

Wooloo did not expect this. All he wanted was to find his trainer, but now, he was stuck in a bush, his hooves tangled up in the vines. He wailed a chorus of please for help a few minutes prior, but now he was lying on the ground, finding it useless to call for help. All he wanted now was his trainer and his friends.

Frossmoth flew around frantically, looking up high from the trees to as low as the ground. She didn't care if she was tired by the end of this, all she wanted to do was be back with her trainer, the whistles of the unknown trainer bothered her ears immensely, but she pushed on. Her wings were aching and she could barely fly, but she wouldn't give up just yet.

Unlike his teammates, where Toxel was put, was where he stayed. He was too tired to do anything by this point and didn't care if his trainer found him, he crawled up to the top of a nearby log and sprawled his body across it, listening and waiting for this whole thing to be over.

"Guess it's time to go home," Terryn told his Bulbasaur.

Terryn started walking to the woods seeing all types of pokemon looking like they were in distress. He then encountered a weird one, who just didn't care, only laying down looking impatient. Terryn eventually made it into his little lodge in the woods and prepared their meals before they were going to read a book.

"It smells good!" Terryn told his pokemon.

The Bulbasaur only smiled as it was prepared to dig in.

The Gengar formed a Shadow ball and blasted it towards Jenkins. It swooshed by hardly missing the small Yamask. Jenkins flopped to the ground once it dodged the attack. When it looked up it saw the boy who was rooming with Finley and some odd bird Pokemon standing next to him. Jenkins didn't have time to acknowledge them however as he was fully dedicated to the ghostly battle.

After dusting itself off, the smart idea would be to book it out of there and live to see another day. Unfortunately Jenkins' mind didn't consist of bright ideas and it prepared to retaliate. The Yamask readied itself and then launched its fist into the Gengar's belly. Unfazed, the Gengar's grin stayed in tact, and after witnessing the pathetic attack, the three ghost Pokemon burst into laughter.
----------------
Finley was now sure he was being followed by something. He finally decided to turn around and examine the tree nearest to him. His weak eyesight really didn't help him figure out if anything was in the tree. Tired of the nonsense, he picked up rock from the ground and swiftly chucked it at the tree. Suddenly a shadowy figure jumped off to another tree. Now quite peeved, Finley chased after it yelling "Hey! Where do you get off following me around?! Get back here!"

Vikal watched the battle nervously. He didn't have any pokemon other than Cramorant, and that thing definitely had a few screws loose.
from behind him, he heard a bleating sound. "What was...?"
Before he finished his sentence, Cramorant, following his odd instinct, waddled in the direction of the bleating. The ghastly floated in his way.
Cramorant stood there, looking blank. Underneath his derpy gaze, the bird was trying to remember how ghastly taste. After remembering it's past experience attempting to eat a poison gas ball, the bird continued to waddle, until the ghastly blocked it's path, laughing mischievously.
Without blinking, the Cramorant opened his mouth, and a HUGE STREAM of water sprayed out-hydro pump- and sent the ghastly away.
"...WHAT! You can do that?" Vikal exclaimed, baffled about how such a dumb pokemon could be so strong. "Alright Alright. Hydro Pump that gengar!" Vikal ordered.
The bird waddled on.
Vikal nearly fainted from shock. This bird was not preoccupied at all. He probably wasn't aware that they were in a battle.
Back with Cramorant, he had found the source of the bleating. A wooloo, tangled in a bush. The bird went over and took it in it's mouth, pulling it. It looked like a heartwarming event of a pokemon helping out a fellow pokemon.
Nope! Cramorant was just hungry. Although the whole sheep pokemon would definitely not fit in his throat, it was ready to attempt to eat it, and pulled the wooloo harder.

By now, at least 20 minutes had passed since the challenge had started. Yet for Aussie, it already felt like an hour. She continued walking through the forest, Hattrem sleeping peacefully in her arms. As she walked, she continued looking for signs of her pokemon. She had heard the bleating of most likely a Wooloo a few minutes prior, and ever since she had been listening for it again, but it seemed as if it was silenced. She began walking faster, which caused the sleeping pokemon in her arms to wake up. And suddenly, the bleating began again, but this time louder and more pleading. She immediately began running as fast as she could. She bit her bottom lip, stopping herself from calling out to the Wooloo, even if it wasn't hers. And once she reached the location of the bleating, her eyes widened at the sight of a Cramorant pulling at a Wooloo who she immediately recognized as her own. "Wooloo!" she exclaimed, realizing that the Cramorant was wanting to EAT Wooloo. She placed Hattrem down. Aussie then quickly looked down at Hattrem, "Stay here!" and immediately after ran towards her Wooloo and the hungry Cramorant. "L-Leave him alone!" she began pulling at the Cramorant's left-wing, doing her best to not hurt either-or of the pokemon.

Frossmoth was in an absolute panic by now, she had heard Wooloo's distant Bleating and with that plus the whistling of the distant trainer, all she could think about was falling to the floor and falling asleep, if she had to do this for any longer then 30 minutes, she would most definitely give up.

While all the other pokemon and all the trainers in the woods were panicking and causing anarchy and whatnot, Toxel was relaxing to his heart's content. Not giving a care in the world for a single, thing. A sly smile formed on his face, the sadistic little poison type enjoying the sounds of panic and screaming.

"Why were you following me you damn dirty Pokemon?!" Finley shouted as he continued chasing after the Pokemon in the trees. Any chances of him trying to find his Yamask were gone. Finley was completely absorbed in chasing down this other shady Pokemon.

He continued running until he nearly stepped on some odd purple creature completely engrossed in relaxation. To avoid squashing the creature, Finley ended up losing balance and face planting into the ground. he got up, dusted himself off, and upon further examination of the purple Pokemon, Finley realized it was a Toxel. "Jeez. This isn't a very good place to take a nap, ya know" he said to the Toxel, quite irritated.

While Finley's guard was down, the Impidimp that had been chasing him sprang from its tree to bounce onto Finley's head and off to another tree. Completely red with anger, Finley looked around the trees as he heard the Impidimp shuffling around. "Show yourself and fight me, coward!"
----------------
The Gengar grabbed onto Jenkins' measly arm and yanked the Yamask away from the ground. Once Jenkins was airborne The Gengar released its grip from the arm and the Pokemon went flying far beyond the trees.

Xavier continued to whistle periodically as she reached the top of the tree. She clung to the highest branch as she scanned the trees below for a sign of her partners and was gratified to see a Noivern—her Noivern—gliding above the treetops. Her whistle changed tone and became piercing, and she could see the Noivern’s head swivel around. It shot towards her at incredible speeds, bringing its talons to bear. Echo snagged her shoulders as she launched off the tree and flipped her onto his back. She grinned at him and they soared down, skimming the trees. Foliage flashed by below her, but she couldn’t see any sign of either Bandit or Silver...

Vikal turned to where Jenkins was, he wasn't planning on chasing Cramorant and leaving him alone. Unfortunately, the pokemon seemed to disappear the second he turned to Cramorant, and all who was there was two fainted Ghastly and a giggling Gengar.
Better leave before he remembers me.
Vikal ran, going where Cramorant went. He started getting worried, he was hearing some cry, and he wasn't sure if Cramorant was okay.
Turns out he didn't need to worry. About Cramorant anyway.
The bird pokemon was eating, or well, choking on a wooloo, while... "AUSSIE?!" was pulling at cramorant.
"Cramorant NO! Bad bird!" Vikal scolded as he pulled the poor wooloo. After some struggle, Cramorant let go off his victim, causing him to fall over, wooloo in his arms.
Cramorant didn't looked bothered in the slightest. He simply stood still, squawking unintelligible things every so often.
Vikal stood up and held wooloo to Aussie, looking apologetic and ashamed "I'm soooo sorry! I just caught this Cramorant and he's not very bright or well trained. I swear I didn't want this to happen." he apologized.

Aussie stumbled back, but Hattrem pushed her forward, making sure her trainer didn't fall, though it wasn't needed much. Aussie was shocked to see that the Cramorant was Vikal's new pokemon. "N-No, i-it's f-f-f-fine... I-I'm j-just t-t-thankful W-W-Wooloo's alright... t-thank you V-V-Vikal," she mumbled, gently grabbing Wooloo from Vikal and nuzzling her head into his wool. Smiling into it as Wooloo bleated in glee, nuzzling into Aussie's neck, Hattrem gently hugging Aussie's leg and staring at Vikal. Once finished with nuzzling into Wooloo she gently set him down on the forest floor. Immediately Hattrem jumped on top of Wooloo and squealed with joy. Wooloo bleated again as he began running in circles around Aussie's legs. The two happy to be with each other again. The scene caused Aussie to smile a bit before she turned back to Vikal. Rubbing the back of her neck she stated quietly, "A-Apologies i-i-if I h-hurt your C-C-Cramorant at a-a-all." Wooloo set Hattrem down on the ground before bounding up too Vikal and rubbing his head against Vikal's legs before letting out a bleat as a thank you for his help. Promptly after returning to Hattrem and Aussie. Aussie bent down and picked up Hattrem in her arms, now looking at the floor, unsure of what to say.

Now sitting on the edge of a tree branch, Frosmoth curled her wings around her body, resting for the time being. She just hoped Aussie had at least found one member of the team. Even if it was Toxel, she didn't want to have Aussie alone. Even if it meant having the pokemon she thought was horrid was the one to keep her company.

Toxel, as he had been doing the entire time, was blissfully relaxing on a log. Listening to the sounds of panic and absolute dismay of trainers and pokemon. This trainer was the most entertaining of all the ones he had been with. And the team members? Even more entertaining. Even Frossmoth was entertaining to watch her rage over him lazing about.

Vikal smiled in relief. "I'm happy he's okay too. I'm sure Cramorant is fine. Aside from the fact that I'm 90% sure he doesn't comprehend pain, he was choking on your wooloo. You kinda saved his life, I think."
His grin grew wider when wooloo rubbed against his legs as a thank you. "No problem wooloo."
He looked over at Aussie "So I guess you already found half your team huh? I still need to find everyone. At the very least though, I got a new member to the team, although I'm not sure if he's aware of being caught."

Auto
Auto's nervous noise was completely drowning out any other sound in the vicinity, which was probably why he didn't notice Jenkins hurtling at him from above until he looked up and saw the ghost type ten feet in midair, flying right to him. The golett made a surprised noise, and, realizing he couldn't move away fast enough, put his arms over his head, and braced for impact.

Leekcut
Leekcut continued flying and gliding, although after a while he started to daze out. That is, until something appeared in front of him at a distance. Leekcut snapped out of his daze to see a huge noivern flying right at him at an alarming speed. He squawked in surprise before loop-de-looping over and on the noivern. He ruffled his feathers, thoroughly freaked out, before noticing that he wasn't the only one on the noivern's back.

Bunkick
Bunkick paused in the middle of her hopping, see a toxel resting on a log through the trees. She grinned mischievously. Time for a prank. Slowly and quietly, she bounced down and snuck next the the toxels log. She playfully kicked the log, hoping to startle the toxel by rolling over the log with him on it.

Vikal was relieved. Aussie was uncomfortable. That was the better attitude, because neither of them had a reason not to be. The floor suddenly caved under them, sending the two and their Pokémon into a pit.

The forest was dangerous in many ways, but they'd only paid attention to the obvious ones. Something could jump out at them from the trees at any moment, but as long as they kept their eyes open, they'd be fine, right? Wild Pokémon were a threat, but they only attacked directly, right? They weren't smart enough to set a trap, so they could at least trust the ground below them.

But that thinking was ultimately their downfall. This wasn't the work of a wild Pokémon. When the dust cleared, the one that appeared at the large hole's edge belonged to a human. Three pairs of sadistic eyes looked down at the prey caught in the deep. Sydney's Dugtrio had stayed hidden all this time, weaving an intricate network of tunnels beneath the woods and weakening the ground in this particular spot.

Then, she'd used her special move to flood the caves with sludge. There were small, dead-end holes in the new walls surrounding Vikal and Aussie, but just beyond them were poison-filled tunnels. All Dugtrio had to do was break the thin soil holding back the toxins and they'd pour into the trap, slowly drowning the students.

Sydney was far away, but she smirked at the thought of what her Pokémon was doing. The three-headed mole was strategic and intelligent, if not a little disturbed, but all that mattered was she didn't need a trainer's constant direction to execute a plan. Syd could go her own way and find her other Pokémon in the meantime. She knew, without ever having ventured in, that the forest hid a waterfall cascading over a cliff into a small lake, somewhere. If she listened for a subtle hiss and followed its source, she'd reach it eventually.

As the two fell onto the dirt Arceus knows how many feet down into a pit, the moment Aussie hit the ground, a searing pain washed through Aussie's left arm, which had broken the fall a bit for her, but the rest of her body hit the ground hard. What she hadn't heard though, was the slightly quiet sickening crack that accompanied the impact. "W-W-What the h-hell?!" she whisper-yelled as she saw Wooloo upside down, hooves in the air with Hattrem on his belly, her sunhat atop of the psychic type. Her mind was spinning what in the world happened?! She pushed herself up with her arms but immediately fell back onto the ground, hissing in pain as another wave of pain washed over her left arm. Adrenaline rushed through her veins as the red-head was pushed into a sitting up position by the now standing up Wooloo and sun-hat wearing Hattrem. Aussie's left arm was by her side, completely motionless, while her right gently squeezed it, but she jerked her right hand back as a smaller, wave of pain washed over it. She cursed under her breath. Eyes widening, she mumbled under her breath; "U-Uhm Vikal... w-w-w-we h-have a p-p-problem..." Wooloo's bleat caused her to turn her head up. Her eyes widening once again at the sight of three pairs of menacing eyes. Slowly turning her head down she mumbled once more; "A-A-Actually.. t-two p-p-problems...." This wasn't good in the slightest.

Frossmoth was still sleeping to her heart's content, wings curled around her body as her eyes were closed in bliss, completely unaware of what just happened to her trainer.

Toxel jumped off the log the moment it rolled over. Landing swiftly on his feet before watching the log come to a stop. He glared at the fire type before jumping atop the log once more, and laying down as if nothing had happened.

Jenkins spiraled through the air as he fell to the earth's crust like a meteor. Having no control over his body, the Yamask hadn't even begun to realize he was going to be landing on Auto, his trainer's roomate's Golett. He hit right into Auto and kept going. Jenkins rolled against the ground until he bounced against a tree.

His vision was a blur from the dizziness but he could tell a Pokemon was there with him, and assumed it was the Gengar that had launched him. The Yamask got up and put its fists up, ready to initiate a fight with Auto, who he now thought was a Gengar. Jenkins threw his fists like a angry drunk who was trying to start up a bar fight.

Little did Jenkins know, the real Gengar that had originally attacked him was watching the two within the darkness of the forest.

Finley's attention was now caught by a Scorbunny that was making trouble for the sleeping Toxel. He then recognized the Scorbunny. "Hang on, you're Vikal's Scorbunny. You should probably go find him cause I'd imagine he's looking for you."

While Finley was distracted The Impidimp that had been antagonizing him made its move and took off in a new direction "Wait!" Finley shouted as he kept on following the Impidimp.

Vikal felt like he was being watched. He looked around the trees, but found nothing.
Why do I feel so jumpy all of a sudden?
Vikal turned to Aussie 'A-Anyway, maybe we should g-". Before he could finish his line, the floor decided to nope and cave in.
Luckily, Vikal was near the edge of the pit, so he didn't feel the full splat of falling on the floor, rather, he rolled along the edge, and came to as stop near Aussie. He stood up and winced. His body was covered by scratches and cuts from the fall.
Still, it was the cause of the cuts that was bigger issue. "Aussie? You okay?" he called out, before seeing the girl in a sitting position, looking pained. He ran over. "Oh Arceus!" he cried out, seeing her oddly motionless arm. "Oh Arceus, Oh Arceus, what the hell is happening?! Wait..where's Cramorant?"
As if on command, an odd squawk came from above. Vikal looked up. Somehow, Cramorant had remained on the top, whether by flying or just sheer luck he didn't know. Either way, they were saved. "Cramorant! Buddy, you need to help. Think you can carry Aussie up?" Vikal pleaded.
The bird gave another dull squawk, and continued looking at them without comprehension.
Vikal mentally screamed. Of course he was stuck with the dumbest pokemon in existence! His mental tantrum was cut short by Aussie's worried sentence.
U-Uhm Vikal... w-w-w-we h-have a p-p-problem. A-A-Actually.. t-two p-p-problems.....
Wha?

Then he understood. On the other edge, opposite of his Cramorant, were three glaring, almost evil eyes stalking them.
Crappity Crap Crap
Looking around, all he saw was dirt, dirt, and-big shocker-more dirt. Without any pokemon capable of thinking on his side, he felt absolutely useless. "Okay, Okay....Aussie, you have competent pokemon, can you do anything?" he asked hopefully.

Auto
Auto rolled over and smacked into a tree. Slowly, the pokemon got up, and reviewed his body for any cracks. It gave a whirr, it's version of a sigh, of relief. Of course, he wasn't allowed to go off scott free, as Jenkins was punching toward him like he was blind, which he might as well be. Auto didn't want to hurt the fellow ghost, and being the pacifist pokemon he was, only tucked in his limbs and let the yamask punch him, using iron defense frantically as to better tank the hits. He hoped the yamask would come to his senses soon

Bunkick
Bunckick snorted at her trainers roommate. She didn't want to end her fun so soon! Although she was tired...
She looked over and, seeing the toxel remain undisturbed, sat on the log as well, hoping to rest for a couple minutes before bouncing around again.

Wincing as another small wave of pain surged through her left arm. "W-W-Wooloo's n-n-never b-battled and H-Hattrem k-knows s-s-some good m-moves b-but n-n-none would b-be an h-help u-us get o-out," she muttered, watching as Wooloo ran headfirst into the dirt wall next to them, having no sense of what was happening or where they were, but clearly thought the dirt was an enemy. And Hattrem was running aimlessly, sunhat covering her eyes. "I d-d-don't b-battle m-much," she chuckled lightly, trying to distract her self from the slowly getting more intense pain in her arm. Though it was subtle, she knew the adrenaline in her veins would hold off the pain for a while longer. Though with the circumstances the two were in, it would last a lot longer. She tried standing up with putting the weakest amount of pressure on her left arm while using her right arm to its full power. But suddenly, she put to much pressure on one side and ended up instinctively using the dirt wall next to her as a stabilizer, but that caused an even worse wave of pain to wash over her arm, and she quickly fell back into a knee-seated position. Not willing to risk hurting it anymore. Her legs and arms were covered in dirt, along with a few scratch marks from growing roots. "T-This i-is bad... r-r-really b-bad," she muttered under her breath, watching as Wooloo nudged her right arm and Hattrem run into her knees, the sunhat falling off and onto the dirt, grabbing it with her right arm, she placed it into her lap, brushing off the dirt before using the same arm to put it on her head. Her eyes fixated on the floor.

Suddenly, the branch she was on, gently swayed to one side, though not enough to cause any damage. When she opened her eyes, she saw a fairly small Snom on the end. It moved towards her and stopped a few inches away from the moth-like pokemon. Frossmoth gently unfurled her left-wing, which the small snom snuggled up against. She curled her wing in gently, closing her eyes as she, and the small snom fell asleep. Frosmoth's motherly instincts kicking in for the tired baby pokemon.

Toxel's sleep was interrupted by his log rolling over once again. He growled, expecting the rabbit pokemon once again. But instead, he saw a female Toxel smirking up at him from the top of the log, as he clung onto it for dear life. The female Toxel hopped onto the log, a sadistic smile on her face as she began walking to nowhere on the log, causing the latter to fall over and nearly get toppled by the log. And before he knew it, the female Toxel was gone, along with his precious log.

Xavier was soaring above the tree line, all too conscious of time ticking away, when the next thing she knew...

“Aah! Pfth! Pfth! Pfthooey!” Feathers, feathers, everywhere! The mound of feathers had landed on Echo’s back, and it was then that she realized it was a Pokémon. Supremely unimpressed, Xavier plucked a feather from her hair and flicked it off. Suddenly, the Pokémon seemed to look familiar to her. Then it hit her. “Leekut? You’re Vikal’s, right?”

A black and white blue flashed between the trees, and Echo came to a sudden halt. “Hey, there’s Bandit! Two down, one to go.” The Noivern dove down, being careful of the Sirfetch’d on his back, and Xavier scooped up the furry body of her Linoone. He curled around her neck, growling affectionately. “Wait a second... Echo, stop!” The Noivern obliged, and landed on the dirt.

The ground just... fell away in front of her. A deep hole in the forest floor, with tunnels branching off. She couldn’t tell for sure, but... were those students down there? “Hey!” she called down. “Are you guys okay?”

Silver
Silver had fallen asleep beside the waterfall she’d ended up at. The spray was a nice mist that covered her body, cooling her off. The ghost-type has been lulled to sleep by the sound of crashing water. One eye opened slowly at the sound of a snapping branch behind her. A Zoroark emerged from behind a tree and grinned fiercely at his newfound prey. Silver glanced around; trees on the left, bushes on the right, water behind, and the Zoroark in front. Nowhere to run! So she faced the Zoroark and prepared to battle.

Vikal sighed, they were out of luck. Putting the weird eyes issue in the back of his head, he started pondering on ways out, although the stinging in from the multitude of cuts on his body made it hard to focus. He heard a thump, and turned to see Aussie and her attempts at getting up. He walked over.
"Do you need help?" he asked.
Hmmmmm.... she can't walk, her arm may be broken, and she's in probably pain. No, she's just peachy obviously.
"Sorry, I hope I didn't sound stupid." Vikal apologized, before putting his arm around Aussie and pulling her up in an attempt to help her stand.
As he did so, he heard a thump from above. Then a voice. A familiar voice.
"Xavier!" he called out in relief. Now they were saved! "It's me and Aussie! The floor just kinda dipped, but I'm okay. Aussie isn't though, you need to take her to help." When he spoke, Leekcut perked at the voice, and leaped into the hole, keeping his wings out to glide on Vikal's head. He stood there, looking angry at his trainer's injuries.
"Leekcut! You brought him too? Thanks Xavier, you're a lifesaver." he said gratefully.

Cramorant squawked in surprise at the giant bat that flew by his side. After staring at it with his cross-eyed gaze, he semi-shrugged with his wings again. He may be stupid, but he was not-stupid enough to know that he couldn't eat that Pokemon.
It looked big and would probably fight. Too much hassle to eat. Maybe later he'd try it.

Jenkins took aim for another punch at the Gollett, but in a split second his vision became more clear and he realized he was attacking the wrong Pokemon. The Yamask redirected his fist and ended up knocking himself to the ground. Jenkins got back up, and quite relieved to see a potential ally who could help him pummel the dastardly Gengar that had wronged him, he viciously clenched onto and shook Auto's hand, though the Yamask had intended for it to be friendly. Behind Jenkins appeared the Gengar's Sinister face, back for round two.

Name: Nolan Eliwood
Gender: Male
Orientation: Bisexual
Age: 16
Troubling, Wealthy, or Intelligent? Wealthy
First, Second, Third, or fourth year? Second
Team(If you wish, add genders, personality, level, moves, etc.): Lilligant, Nidorina
Looks: A slender boy, about 5'7". He has a rosy complexion with bright pink dyed hair and emerald green eyes. Nolan enjoys dressing in suits and other fancy clothes. Prefers to keep himself well groomed and hates feeling "stinky or disgusting".
Personality: Nolan can come off as snobby or uninterested on the outside, however this is a front to hide his socially awkward side and lack of self confidence. Mr. Eliwood also is paranoid of some of his personal traits becoming public knowledge, due to a rather rough upbringing by his father. Nolan grew to love Pokemon because they cared for him despite his interested or attitude, unlike several members of his own family. Whenever Nolan feels comfortable, which is usually when he believes he's alone or just with his pokemon, he tends to act a lot more openly flamboyant and enjoys dabbling in things such as music and baking.
History: Being the youngest son of the esteemed Eliwood family, Nolan is expected to carry himself with dignity and pride above that of the "common folk". As a youth Nolan was a sweetheart, taking more after his selfless mother than that of his stereotypically snobby upper class father. A successful businessman who funded many scientific advancements throughout the world. Nolan throughout his early teenage years butted heads quite a bit with his father over Nolan's future. Likewise Nolan was picked on by his elder brother for being "wimpy and girly".

Name: Nic Rea (she's virtually the same person as my OC Nic and has the same Pokémon mainly, but the way she obtained the Pokémon is different, and she doesn't have all the same Pokémon as my OC. As well as that, she's pretty much just starting out her journey.)
Gender: female
Orientation: bisexual with a lean towards males; asexual
Age: 12 years old
Troubling, Wealthy, or Intelligent? Intelligent
First, Second, Third, or Fourth Year? First
Team: Alolan Raichu (female // Nature/Personality: Hardy) (was received from her mother), Kirlia (female // Nature/Personality: Serious) (caught), Corvisquire (male // Nature/Personality: Careful) (recently caught, evolved from a Rookidee), wants to catch a Yamper, wants to catch a Scorbunny (although Scorbunny is probably quite rare, being a starter Pokémon)
Looks: Shoulder-length auburn hair that she wears in a small, high bun, brown eyes, tan skin. Wears a black hoodie over a white tanktop, also wears pastel blue shorts. For her shoes, she has a pair of Doc Martens-ish boots with black socks that go up to just below her knees.
Personality: Somewhat quiet, pretty shy. Likes making friends but is super afraid of being judged by strangers. Generally more friendly around Pokémon than humans. Often stands up for what she considers right.
History: She was born and raised in Circhester, where she received an Alolan Raichu from her mother, hatched from a Pichu and evolved all the way into a Raichu, as it had been Nic's favorite Pokémon when she was a young child. Later, Nic left and caught a Rookidee, evolving it into a Corvisquire. She received a letter from her mother, asking her to come back home, as there was news. This news was pretty much just asking Nic if she wanted to attend the Galar Academy, which Nic accepted, believing it would be fun. Now, she is attending the Galar Academy with her trusty Alolan Raichu and Corvisquire. She really wants to catch a Yamper, and a Scorbunny.

(OOC: Where are all the characters? I'd like to roleplay but (I'm very sorry) I currently am unable to read through the whole roleplay history. This is the character sheet for the OC I'll be using, though, I hope it's fine.)

Nic was roaming around the forest with Corvisquire perched on her shoulder. Both were searching for Raichu and Kirlia. She spotted other Pokémon, other Kirlias, but somehow she could tell that none were hers. Probably because of the close bond between Nic and her Pokémon. Since Alolan Raichus majorly showed up in Alola, Nic saw none here. But she and Corvisquire kept looking, perhaps hoping to run into someone along the way.

I'm really dumb, for some reason I posted this in the discussion earlier. Here it is now, though, in the actual rp.))

"Aah! What the--" A Dugtrio popped out of nowhere, knocking Xavier off-balance. Into the hole! Well. Congratulations, self, you just SCREWED UP BIG-TIME. She fell, landing awkwardly, but on her feet. Her agility and tree-climbing skills were a definite help. She felt herself over. Nothing broken? Sweet. At least I have a Pokemon that can fly.

As soon as she thought that, she heard a... rather unsettling sound. Water? No, it was too slow to be water. Something bad, for sure. Some sort of liquid. She smelled it as soon as she saw it. Poison? What the actual hell. This is waaaaaay to complicated to be orchestrated by a Pokemon. She shook the thoughts out of her head. Right now, they needed to get the hell out of there. "This is just perfect," she gasped out through the choking fear. "Echo, get Aussie and Vikal outta here!"

The dragon-bat looked confused. "Get 'em out!" Xavier called. "I can climb! Get them out first!" Echo didn't like leaving his Trainer for the others, but he flew down into the hole anyway. He knew that he couldn't carry all three, but he could probably carry the two out. Bringing his talons to bear, he grabbed Vikal and Aussie by the back of their shirts and attempted to fly them out. Xavier didn't waste any more time in trying to climb the crumbling dirt on the side of the hole. It was slow going, but she was slowly but surely climbing from the hole. Veeery slowly. But with any luck, she'd make it in time.

"Wait what? No, you are not being left behind, just-" he cut off when he heard a slow, gurgling sound, "Oh crappity crap. Now there's poison. Awesome. But you are still NOT-" before he could continue, Xavier's noivern took him and Aussie into the air. Leekcut had jumped on Echo's back. Vikal realized he left someone else.
"Wait! Cramorant!"
The aforementioned bird was somehow not startled by the dugtrio popping up. It cross-stared at it, doing calculations no one knew, until it decided on something.
It was hungry.
Cramorant squawked and opened his beak wide, shoving the dugtrio into its throat, and pulling, not unlike a bird getting hold on a worm. All three dugtrio would not fit in his throat, but the bird remain determined, pulling at the dugtrio harder.
Vikal saw the bird attempting to have a meal and sighed in relief. The dugtrio was definitely the culprit for this entire affair, although how a wild pokemon did such a complex plan was beyond him. Cramorant was too stupid to give up, so hopefully he'll keep the dugtrio distracted long enough for Xavier to escape.

Fourth Year

Pokemon: Shuppet
Typing: Ghost
Nickname: Hush

Looks:
Whisper has a black hoodie covering his face and arms with the word sadness written across in Arial Black font, jeans stretch down to his legs and they appear frayed and worn. His arms are always in their pockets and that is where he keeps his pokéballs. when he takes his hoodie off in hot weather or after hours he replaces his hoodie with a short sleeve t-shirt with the word Sadness written in Arial Black font. he has black hair that fades into a deep purple that reaches to his neck. He wears a face mask covering his mouth. And a scar is visible reaching from his forehead across his eye to his cheek.

Personality:
Whisper has trouble connecting with people and lashes out easily, he doesn't like talking with people and will often leave in the middle of a conversation. His favourite thing to do is battling and he is very respectful if he loses.

History:
Whisper was abandoned as a child and lived in and orphanage until he was 14 when he ran away and lived with a friend behind a shopping centre and lived by robbing the stores. this is where he found a discarded shuppet, they bonded and now they are best friends. unfortunately he was caught robbing a electronics store with his friend. He spent 2 years in juvenile delinquents and was released into the school of Galar in order to teach him good and evil.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A slight breeze blew through the trees rustling the leaves all around, it almost sounded like a whisper.
"shu....shuppet."
"I know Hush, but I don't care about this stupid school." "we just have to live here for another year or 2 and then we can get back to life." Whisper replied.
He felt a slight buzz inside his pocket, reaching into his hoodies pocket he pulled out his rotomphone. the display showed Galar Academy. he waited for the phone to stop buzzing and send the call to voicemail. Pocketing the rotomphone he sat down on a rock. He stared out into the forest watching the Pokémon live their lives. A flock of tailow flew up into the sky, a weedle slowly crawled up a tree, an oddish scuttled through a bush. Hush flew around his head.
"Shuuuu!" Hush cried.
"I'm not going back there, Hush." Whisper replied. "It's just some stupid professors going on about how to be good and bad, and some stupider stuck up nosed kids talking all day long."
"Shuppet."
"Stop trying to get me change my mind!" Whisper cried."I'd rather sleep out here in the forest than go to school, I know all that I'll need in life. I don't need some old dude telling me what's good and bad. Now are you going to help me sneak back into the dormitories to get my stuff or not?"
Whisper stood up from the rock and started walking toward the school. He stopped walking when he realised Hush wasn't following him. Turning around he started to freak out. He ran back to the spot where he left Hush. He looked around frantically,
"HUSH!" He shouted "Where are you?"
"Shuuuu." Hush cried back.
"I'm coming." Whisper started to sprint in the direction of Hush's voice. When he had sprinted around 50 metres he was out of breath, he started to slow down, he was getting breathless and his legs where starting to hurt, but he kept running. He made it to the edge of a river where he saw Shuppet cornered by a group of Phantump. He collapsed onto a patch of grass near the edge of the river. His eyes began to fuzz and he began to lose consciousness. The last thing he saw before fainting was the clear water and his reflection in it.

*This passage contains blood and dark themes, you have been warned*

Whisper awoke slowly, at first he felt nothing but then he felt a sharp pain in his forehead. He tried to get up but his body wasn't responding. He felt a cool liquid around his head, thinking it was just the water he relaxed a bit but when his eyes drifted downward he saw a pool of red liquid. Shocked he managed to succumb all his strength to bring his hand up to his face. As it made contact he felt incredible pain on his forehead. When he brought his hand back to where he could see it, it was covered in blood.
He lay there unmoving for a while. eventually he had regained enough strength to sit up. He looked across the river and saw Hush laying on the ground against a tree. She looked hurt and was unconscious. He couldn't too much to help her if he bled to death so he first needed to stop the bleeding. He ripped a piece off of his shirt and dampened it in the river. Slowly cleaned up the cut using the clear river water as reflection. Then he found a few river reeds and used them tie the cloth around his head. He then started to survey his surroundings.
He saw a few rocks he could probably jump across but the were blocked by a clump of trees. He walked along the river looking for a place where the river became smaller and easier to cross. Eventually he came across an old bridge with a giant hole in the middle where the bridge had broken away. Cautiously creeping up to the hole he saw that the jump wasn't that far. He stepped back to get a good run up and leaped across the gap.
He made it to the other side but realised this side of the bridge couldn't support his weight. He panicked when the bridge started to break underneath his feet, in a desperate attempt to save himself he dived onto the other side of the river landing head first on the ground. Immediately his makeshift bandage ripped off and the cut began pouring blood again. He entire body ached as he lifted his hand to his head to stop the bleeding. He found the cloth and placed it back over his head but he felt weak and knew there wasn't much time. He sat there against a tree thinking about everything, about Hush, about his friend, about who is parents were, about everything. He realised if he was going to die it would be with Hush. He slowly waded to where Hush lay and he lay next to her, hugging her tightly.
He started to fade again, and within moments he was unconscious again.

Alcremie (Vanilla Cream/Love Sweet); Impish nature, knows Decorate/Charm/Hyper Beam
Looks: Floofy blonde hair, dark green eyes, sundress patterned with strawberries and cherry blossoms
Personality: Sweet, sarcastic, kind, a bit nerdy, somewhat silly
History: Adelia was born in Unova, only to lose her parents in a tragic double murder. Scarred for life, she ran away, living in a forest. It was here that she got to know N, and when she turned 12, she bade her friend/quasi-brother adieu, as she was moving to Galar-----but not before they decided to become pen pals. After moving, she was welcomed into Hop's family, where she would join her adoptive brothers at GA.

Adelia got off the train that took her to her brand new school. She turned to her partner Alcremie and said, "All righty! We're here, so back in the ball!" "Cremie!" Grabbing her bag, she walked into the building and stood in line with the other first-year students. Surely her dear friend and pen pal had taught her enough to qualify as intelligent. As the line grew shorter and shorter, Adelia adjusted her floofy bangs.
