DPPt/HGSS Evening out my Feraligatr....

This is on my Diamond(note:I used action replay, please don'tt think I'm a cheater though)

Feraligatr Lvl 39 (Male)
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Blizzard
-Rock Climb

Please tell me if this is even enough or should I change something?

Well, feraligatr was really more meant for physical sweeping, I would try for

Ice punch
Waterfall
Brick Break
Earthquake


Although, breeding is required for ice punch, whitch can be a pain sometimes, you could settle for the less powerful, less accurate ice fang, or avalange, whitch would probobly be better anyways
