Equipo Blanco: Seeking help for a White team

Alrighty then.

I've recently come to see how much i suck at competitive battling, so I've decided to get help from whoever can help me.

This is the White team that I've had for a bit that could use improvement.

Things to Note: I'm not real fond of replacing any team members, but I will if it'll make the team better. I also care more about the offensive attacks than defenses and stats, which is probably stupid, but whatever. If it makes the team better, I'll do it.
Also, none of these pokemon are level 100, and I've started breeding things to see what works.
